た、位置調整自在が望ましい。そのためには把持部材は
アームが上下運動と円弧に回転運動する上下回転機構7
に連結されていることが望ましい。 【0010】本発明に係わる記録媒体は、追記型記録媒
体、再生専用記録媒体、書換用記録媒体等に適用するこ
とができる。特に透明な樹脂基板を用いる光記録媒体に
好適である。 【0011】 【発明の実施の形態】以下に、本発明の記録媒体用把持
装置の望ましい実施の形態について、図面を参照して説
明する。図1は、本発明の一実施形態に係わる記録媒体
用把持部品、および搬送機構を示している。図2は記録
媒体用把持部品の一部の拡大を示している。図1におい
て、記録媒体用把持部品1a、1bには凹溝状の逃げ2
a、2b、記録媒体用把持部品を駆動装置に固定するた
めのねじ穴3a、3b、3c、3dを備えている。そし
て例えばポリカーボネートからなり光記録媒体となる記
録媒体用基板4は把持部品1a、1bにより挟み込まれ
る形で把持される。把持部品1a,1bは接続部材9
a,9bによりアクチュエータ先端6a,6bに連結さ
れていて、アクチュエータ6はアームにより上下運動と
