Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a joint material for sealing joint grooves. 2. Description of the Related Art Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2001-123633 discloses that a joint receiver is fixed to the bottom of a joint groove, a joint joiner is attached to the joint receiver, and a filler provided in the joint joiner is filled with a sealing material. Then, a configuration is disclosed in which the sealing material is pressed by the press-fitting portion of the joint cover, and the sealing groove is sealed with the sealing material that has flowed out of the joint joiner into the space of the joint groove and the sealing piece. [0003] However, in the technique disclosed in the above-mentioned publication, the joiner receiver is provided continuously at the bottom of the joint groove along the longitudinal direction of the joint groove. In the case where the bottom is a screw connecting portion that screws one and the other members, there is a problem that the connecting screw cannot be avoided because there is a screw at the bottom of the joint groove. Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a joint material that can be attached to a joint member while avoiding a screw, when there is a joint groove having a screw connection part between one member and the other member as a bottom. According to the first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a joint member having a threaded joint between one member and the other member in a joint groove having a bottom portion. A jointer that adheres to the bottom of the joint groove, a jointer that is longer than the jointer receiver, has a filling portion of a sealing material and a sealing piece, and fits into the jointer receiver, and a filling portion having substantially the same length as the jointer. A joint cover having a press-fit portion and a seal piece is provided to seal the joint groove with the sealing material flowing out of the filling portion by pressing the press-fit portion and the seal piece, and the jointer receiver is prevented from being screwed into the joint groove. It is characterized in that it is attached to a position. According to the first aspect of the present invention, a joint groove is provided at a portion where one member and the other member are connected by a screw, and a joiner receiver is bonded to the bottom of the joint groove. The joiner receiver can be attached to any position in the longitudinal direction of the joint groove, and the joint receivers are spaced from each other and fixed at a position avoiding the screw in the joint groove. In addition, since the joiner receiver is shorter than the joint length of the joint, it is easy to handle during transportation and construction. Further, since it is not necessary to fix the joint in the longitudinal direction of the groove bottom in accordance with the length of the joint joiner, it is sufficient to fix the joint at an arbitrary position. next,
After fitting the joint joiner to the joiner receiver and inserting the sealing material into the filling part inside the joint joiner,
The joint cover is fitted to the joint joiner while pressing the sealing material at the press-fit portion of the joint cover. Thus, the joint groove is triple-sealed by the sealing material flowing out of the filling portion into the space of the joint groove, the seal piece of the joint joiner, and the seal piece of the joint cover, and has high water tightness. Embodiments of the present invention will be described below in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. FIG. 1 is an exploded perspective view partially showing a joint material according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a transverse sectional view of the joint material. In this embodiment,
One member 3, the other member 5, and a joint material 7 are formed, and a screw connection portion between the one member 3 and the other member 5 is a joint groove 9. The joint material 7 is provided. In the present embodiment, one member 3 is a sash lower frame, the other member 5 is a drainer, and one member 3 and the other member 5 are connected by screws 8. The joint material 7 includes, in order from the bottom 11 side of the joint groove 9, a joiner receiver 13, a joint joiner 15, and a joint cover 17, and a sealing material 19 is filled inside the joint joiner 15. The sealing material 19 is an amorphous sealing material having fluidity, and in this embodiment, a non-curable silicone material is used. This non-curable silicone material maintains excellent performance against vibrations and temperature changes, and can always fill the joints in a soft state forever. The joiner receiver 13 is shorter than the jointer 15.
It is provided along the joint groove 9 and is fixed to the bottom 11 of the joint groove 9. The joiner receiver 13 has a double-sided tape attached to the back surface of the bottom 21. Jointer 1 at bottom 21
On the fifth side, fitted portions 23, 23 to be joined to the joint joiner 15 are provided. The fitted portions 23, 23 can be elastically deformed in directions facing each other and fitted to the joint joiner 15. The joint joiner 15 is longer than the joiner receiver 13, and in the present embodiment, is approximately the same as the joint groove length. The jointer 15 is joined to the joint receiver 13.
On the side of the joint cover 17, a filling portion 27 of the sealing material 19 and seal pieces 29, 29 are provided. The fitting portion 25 is fitted and fitted outside the fitted portion 23 of the joiner receiver 13. The filling portion 27 and the fitting portion 25 of the joint joiner 15 are made of a hard resin material, and the sealing pieces 29, 29 are made of a soft resin. These hard resin and soft resin are both PVC (polyvinyl chloride). An outflow hole 33 of the sealing material 19 is formed in the filling portion 27 at a portion facing the side wall 31 of the joint groove 9 so that the sealing material 19 inserted into the filling portion 27 can flow out to the side walls 31, 31. The sealing material is filled from the filling portion 27 to the joint space 2
0 to seal the joint groove 27. Outside the filling portion 27, on the joint cover 17 side of the outflow hole 33, seal pieces 29, 29 abutting on the side walls 31, 31 of the joint groove 9 are protrudingly provided.
Reference numerals 9 and 29 respectively abut the side wall 31 of the joint groove 9 to prevent the sealing material 19 flowing out of the outflow hole 33 into the space 20 in the joint groove 9 from flowing toward the joint cover 17. A locking portion 39 is provided on the joint cover 17 side of the filling portion 27 so as to engage with the joint cover 17. The joint cover 17 includes a press-fitting portion 37 that presses the sealing material 19 in the filling portion 27 and a sealing piece 35 that covers the joint groove 9 by contacting the one member 3 and the other member 5 at the opening of the joint groove 9. 35. The joint cover 17 has a press-fit portion 37 made of a hard resin material, and seal pieces 35, 35.
Is made of soft resin. These hard resin and soft resin are both PVC (polyvinyl chloride). Press-fit part 37
Is to allow the sealing material 19 in the filling portion 27 of the joint joiner 15 to overflow from the filling portion 27 by its volume, and is press-fitted into the filling portion 27 to move the sealing material 19 from the outflow hole 33 to the outside of the filling portion 27. The sealing material 19 is filled between the filling portions 27 and the side walls 31, 31 of the joint groove 9 by flowing out. In addition, a stainless steel core 34 is embedded in the press-fit portion 37 to maintain the strength of the press-fit portion 37. Sealing pieces 35 of the joint cover 17
Abuts on the one member 3 and the other member 5 near the opening of the joint groove 9 to close the joint groove 9. Further, the joint cover 17 is provided with an engaging portion 41 that engages with the engaging portion 39 provided on the filling portion 27 of the joint joiner 15, and the engaging portion 41 engages with the engaging portion 41. Thus, the joint cover 17 is attached to the joint joiner 15. Next, a method for applying the joint material 7 according to the present embodiment will be described. One member 3 and the other member 5 are connected by a screw 8. This screwed portion forms a joint groove 9. Next, a joiner receiver 13 is bonded to the bottom 11 of the joint groove 9 with a double-sided tape. Joiner tray 13
In the longitudinal direction of the joint groove 9, the joiners 13 adjacent to each other are arranged at an interval from each other, and are attached while avoiding the screw 8. Since the joiner receiver 13 is short with respect to the joint groove 9, it is easy to handle and can be fixed at an arbitrary position. That is, it is not necessary to fix the entire bottom 11 in the longitudinal direction, but it is sufficient to fix the bottom 11 partially. Next, the jointer 15 is attached to the joiner receiver 13. When the joint joiner 15 is mounted, the fitting portion 25 provided on the joint joiner 15 is mounted on the fitted portion 23 of the joiner receiver 13 by elastic deformation. After the joint joiner 15 is mounted on the joiner receiver 13, the filling member 27 inside the joint joiner 15 is filled with the sealing material 19, and the joint cover 17 is mounted on the joint joiner 15. The joint cover 17 is mounted by pressing the press-fitting portion 37 of the joint cover into the filling portion 27,
The engaging portion 41 of the joint cover 17 is engaged with the locking portion 40 of the filling portion 27.
This is done by engaging with. When the press-fitting portion 37 is inserted into the filling portion 27, a part of the sealing material 19 in the filling portion 27 flows out of the filling portion 27 from the outflow hole 33, and the sealing material 19 between the joint joiner 15 and the side wall 31 of the joint groove 9 is formed. Fill the gap.
The sealing material 19 flowing out of the joint joiner 15 is held in the space 20 of the joint groove 9 by seal pieces 29 provided on the outside of the joint joiner 15. The joint groove 9 is composed of the sealing material 19 and the jointer 1.
5, the seal pieces 29, 29 and the seal pieces 35, 35 of the joint cover 17 form a triple seal, so that high watertightness can be obtained. Further, the joiner receiver 13 can be attached while avoiding the screw 8 in the joint groove 9. The present invention is not limited to the above embodiment,
Various modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
For example, one member 3 is not limited to the lower frame of the sash, and the other member 5 is not limited to the draining material. The adjacent wall panels are defined as the one member 3 and the other member 5, and these screw connection portions are formed. The joint groove 9 may be used. Any number of the joiner receivers 13 may be arranged in the longitudinal direction of the joint groove 9, and four or five joiner receivers may be arranged in the longitudinal direction of the joint groove according to the number of screws, avoiding the screws. According to the first aspect of the present invention, when the joint portion between the one member and the other member has an joint groove, the joiner receiver is shorter than the joint jointer. It can be attached to the bottom of the joint groove at a position avoiding the connecting screw. Since the joiner receiver is shorter than the joint length of the joint, it is easy to handle during transportation and construction. Further, since it is not necessary to fix the joint in the longitudinal direction of the groove bottom in accordance with the length of the joint joiner, it is sufficient to fix the joint at an arbitrary position.
