Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently package an object to be packaged and an accessory when needed by using a package cushioning bag and a paper tubular sleeve or a synthetic resin bag. SOLUTION: A cushioning medium made of a synthetic resin film sheet is employed, which includes a lateral continuum of numerous sectioned elongate hermetic bag portions 12 and is constituted so that the portions 12 can be filled with air from a single position and each of the bag portions 12 filled with air can independently keep sealed. The bag portions 12 are folded lengthwise to make the cushioning medium tubular. An opening formed at a part of the bag portions 12 located at both ends of the numerous arranged portions 12 is closed by welding, thereby forming an insertion port 15 for the object to be packaged between ends in the folded direction. A region where air does not remain is provided on a part of the package cushioning bag 11, and dents 19 and 20 are formed on an external surface of the bag 11.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made to solve such a problem, and is provided with a large number of continuously partitioned long-sized sealing bags of the same size as described above. The bag part can be filled with air from one place, and a check valve is provided in the sealed bag part so that the air filled in the sealed bag part does not escape from the sealed bag part, and any sealed bag part is damaged. To prevent air outflow to other sealed bags, use a buffer bag made of synthetic resin and a tubular sleeve made of paper or a synthetic resin bag to efficiently package objects and accessories as necessary. It is intended to be well packaged.

In order to solve this problem, the present invention is provided with a large number of elongated sealed bag portions which are continuously partitioned in the lateral direction, and the sealed bag portion is provided with air from one location. The cushioning bag filled with air can be filled with a cushioning material made of a synthetic resin film sheet configured to maintain a sealed state independently of each other, so that the cushioning material has a tubular shape. The sealing bag portion is bent in the length direction, and the openings formed in the portions of the sealing bag portion located at both ends of the sealing bag portion arranged side by side are closed by welding to be packaged between the ends in the folding direction. An insertion port for an object is formed, and a part where the air is not accumulated is provided in a part of the buffer packaging bag or is filled with air, but the outer diameter of the sealing bag part of that part is larger than that of other parts. The outer surface to be smaller It is an Abstract that so as to form a recess. Further, the gist of the present invention is that the buffer packaging bag having the above-mentioned configuration is configured to be covered from the outside with a tubular sleeve or a synthetic resin bag. Further, the gist of the present invention is to provide a window portion in a part of a cylindrical sleeve or a synthetic resin bag at a position outside the concave portion of the buffer packaging bag.

With this structure, a part of the buffer packaging bag where air is not accumulated is provided, or the buffer bag is filled with air, but the outer diameter of the sealed bag part is smaller than that of other parts. The greatest feature is that the buffer packaging bag is formed with a concave portion, and it is possible to store an accessory or attach a printed label to the concave portion. Also, by adjusting the pressure-receiving area of the buffer packaging bag by adopting a configuration in which a part of the buffer packaging bag is filled with air, but the outer diameter of the sealed bag portion at that portion is smaller than other parts. Is possible. The cushioning bag and the tubular sleeve made of paper or the bag made of synthetic resin can be used to efficiently package the article to be packaged and the accessory as required. Further, by providing a transparent window portion in a part of the tubular sleeve or the synthetic resin bag, the contents can be confirmed from the outside.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. (Embodiment 1) First, Embodiment 1 shown in FIGS.
Will be described. In FIG. 1, reference numeral 10 denotes a cushioning material that serves as a base of the cushioning packaging bag of the present embodiment. This cushioning material 10 heats and welds the outer peripheral portion 10a of two synthetic resin film sheet materials at a constant interval. Is provided with a large number of elongated sealing bag portions 12 of the same size which are continuously partitioned in the lateral direction by the partition welding portions 10b provided in the lateral direction. Air can be filled from the air injection port 13a at one end of the air injection path 13 formed at one end in the vertical direction, and the air filled in the sealed bag portion 12 does not escape from the sealed bag portion 12. 1
A check valve 14 (detailed description of which is omitted) is provided on the side of the air injection path 13 at one end in the length direction of 2, and even if any of the sealing bags 12 is damaged after the air is filled, the outflow of the air will not occur. It is configured so that it is only from the damaged sealing bag portion 12. The cushioning material 10 is bent and heat-welded to form a cushioning packaging bag 11 (see FIG. 2 and subsequent figures). In order to adapt the cushioning packaging bag 11 to a desired thickness and shape, each sealing bag portion 12 is formed. A partial welded portion 17a for bending is formed at a proper position in the length direction. In addition, a partial welded portion 17b for bending, into which an article to be packaged 18 described later is inserted, is formed. Further, a welded portion 10c is formed on the air injection path 13 side so that air is not filled in the central sealed bag portion 12-A of the sealed bag portion 12.

The details will be described below. In the center of the top surface of the cushioning packaging bag 11, the three sealing bag portions 12-B located at the center of the cushion packaging bag 11 are sealed at three centers in the longitudinal direction. A welding portion 29 is provided to partition the inside of the bag portion 12-B into about 2 to 4 pieces along the length direction. As described above, the center of the three sealing bag portions 12-B located at the center of the top surface of the cushioning packaging bag 11 at the center is the inside of the three sealing bag portions 12-B. Is divided into about 2 to 4 pieces along the lengthwise direction by the welded portion 29, so that the lengthwise direction of the three sealed bag portions 12-B located at the center in a state of being inflated by being filled with air. The outer diameter of the center of the cushion is smaller than that of the other portions, and the recess 28 is formed only in the center of the top surface of the buffer packaging bag 11. Then, in the state where the accessory 30 is housed in the recess 28, a tubular sleeve made of paper is put over the buffer packaging bag 11 and the accessory 30 in the same manner as in the first embodiment, or the same as in the second embodiment. Similarly, the packaging is completed by storing in a bag. In addition, buffer packaging bag 11
When the accessory 30 is housed in a bag as in the second embodiment, it is possible to use a bag having a transparent window portion without printing in the center of the top surface as in the second embodiment. In that case, the recess 30 is not accommodated in the recess 28 and the recess 2
A printed label may be attached to the bottom portion of No. 8.

As described above, according to the present invention, a portion of the buffer packaging bag where air is not accumulated is provided, or air is filled, but the outer diameter of the sealing bag portion at that portion is different. The biggest feature is that the buffer packaging bag is made smaller than the part to form a recess, and accessories are stored in this recess, or a printed label is attached. It becomes possible.
