Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a package cushioning bag which brings forth high cushioning and protective effects. SOLUTION: A cushioning medium made of a synthetic resin film sheet includes a lateral continuum of numerous sectioned elongate hermetic bag potions 12, and is constituted so that each of the bag portions 12 filled with air independently keeps a sealed state. An insertion port 15 for an object to be packaged is formed between ends of the cushioning medium in the folding direction by joining, by means of welding between the bag portions 12 located at both ends of the numerous arranged bag portions 12 and the bag portions 12 located inward by one portion 12 from the portions 12 at both ends to close an opening formed at a part of the portions 12 located at both ends of the numerous portions 12, while the bag portions 12 are folded lengthwise to make the cushioning medium cylindrical. The bag portions 12 are provided to be outside of regions closed by welding at the respective ends.

In order to solve this problem, the present invention is provided with a large number of elongated sealed bag portions which are continuously arranged in the lateral direction, and each of these sealed bag portions has one location. Can be filled with air, and the air-filled sealed bag portion uses a cushioning material made of a synthetic resin film sheet configured to independently maintain a sealed state, and the cushioning material has a tubular shape. As shown in the figure, a large number of the sealing bags are arranged in the state of being bent in the longitudinal direction. A large number of the sealing bags are arranged to close the openings formed in the portions of the sealing bags located at both ends of the sealing bag by welding. Of the packaged material between the ends of the cushioning material in the folding direction by joining by welding the sealing bag portion located at both ends of the sealing bag portion and the sealing bag portion located inside one of the sealing bag portions located at both ends thereof by welding. The insertion port is formed and each It is an Abstract that sealed bag portion outside locations closed by welding is configured to reside in the section. Further, according to the present invention, when the hermetically sealed bag portion is bent in the longitudinal direction so that the cushioning material has a tubular shape, the cushioning packaging bag has a substantially rectangular side shape and is suitable for the thickness of the packaged article. The gist is that a partial welding portion for bending is formed at an appropriate position in the longitudinal direction of each sealing bag portion so that the depth of the storage space portion can be obtained.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. In FIG. 1, reference numeral 10 denotes a cushioning material that serves as a base of the cushioning packaging bag of the present embodiment. This cushioning material 10 heats and welds the outer peripheral portion 10a of two synthetic resin film sheet materials at a constant interval. A large number of continuous sealed bag portions 12 of the same size are horizontally partitioned by the partition welding portion 10b provided in the horizontal direction.
The sealed bag portion 12 can be filled with air from an air injection port 13a at one end of an air injection path 13 formed at one end side in the longitudinal direction of the sealed bag portion 12, and the sealed bag portion 12 is provided.
The check valve 14 (detailed description thereof is omitted) is provided on the air injection path 13 side of one end of each sealing bag 12 in the length direction so that the air filled in After that, even if any one of the sealed bag portions 12 is damaged, the air will flow out only from the damaged sealed bag portion 12. The cushioning material 10 is bent and heat-welded to form a cushioning packaging bag 11 (see FIG. 2 and subsequent figures). In order to adapt the cushioning packaging bag 11 to a desired thickness and shape, each sealing bag portion 12 is formed. A partial welded portion 17 for bending is formed at a proper position in the length direction. Further, a partial welded portion 1 for bending into which a packaged article 18 described later is inserted.
