達成し、かつ切断の際に生じる切粉を減少して鋳造物の
材料の無駄を減少し、これにより鋳造物の生産コストを
大幅に低減させ、上述の公知技術に存する欠点を改良し
た鋳造物に付着した不用物切断除去装置を提供すること

め、本発明によれば、鋳造物に付着した不用物の切断除
去装置であって、回転軸を有し、この回転軸を高速回転
する回転装置と、前記回転軸の先端に装着され、この回
転軸の回転によって高速回転され、鋳造物の不用物を切
断除去する円盤型ダイヤモンドチップソーとを備え、こ
のチップソーを4000rpm 以上の回転数で高速回転
し、この高速回転されたダイヤモンドチップソー自体の
遠心力およびジャイロモーメント効果により前記チップ
ソーの剛性が向上されてチップソーの剛性向上分だけチ
ップソーの厚みを薄くすることができ、これによりダイ
ヤモンドチップの使用量を減少するとともに、切断動力
の省エネルギーおよび切断の際に生じる切粉を減少する
