In the eaves trough joint having the above-described structure, the rainwater that propagates to the outside of the inclined surface 6 is usually collected in the concave groove 7 and also propagates in the concave groove 7 to form the concave groove. Rainwater that flows down into both ends of the groove 7 in the longitudinal direction (notch 15 in the eaves gutter joint in FIG. 10) into the joint body 1, but flows down to the outside of the inclined surface 6 near the bent portion of the front wall 3. In the case of the eaves trough joint of FIG. 10, rainwater flowing down to the outer surface of the chamfered portion 16 concentrates on the bent portion of the front wall 3 and vigorously flows down. There has been a problem that rainwater often rides over the groove 7 and flows out of the joint body 1 as it is (arrow H in FIGS. 9 and 10).

In the front wall 3 of the joint body 1, an inclined surface 6 is formed at an upper portion of the front wall 3 so as to be located rearward as it goes upward. At the lower position, there is formed a groove 7 having a U-shaped cross section which is recessed obliquely rearward and downward from the outer surface of the front wall 3 over the longitudinal direction of the joint body 1. A lower inclined surface 14 is formed at the lower position so that the lower inclined surface 14 is located rearward as it goes downward and reaches the bottom wall 2. The front wall 3 is formed so as to have an arcuate cross section such that the central portion in the height direction projects forward as a whole, and the central portion in the height direction located at the frontmost position is the above-mentioned. The groove 7 is provided in a substantially horizontal direction. The concave groove 7 is a groove that collects rainwater that propagates to the outside of the inclined surface 6. The concave groove 7 is provided with a groove drainage portion that drains the collected rainwater into the joint body 1. . This groove drainage portion is composed of notches 15 provided at both ends of the groove 7 in the longitudinal direction, and a drain hole 8 provided in a portion of the groove 7 where the front wall 3 is bent. More specifically, assuming that the notch 15 and the drainage hole 8 are formed of a concave groove 7 having a U-shaped cross section with an upper surface wall 7a, a rear surface wall 7b, and a lower surface wall 7c, the rear surface wall 7b and the lower surface wall of the concave groove 7 are formed. 7c are formed so as to be drilled.

The rainwater flowing down the outside of the inclined surface 6 concentrates on the curved portion of the front wall 3 and vigorously flows down. However, the concave portion of the curved portion of the front wall 3 where the rainwater concentrates is concave. Since the groove 7 is formed with the drain hole 8 through which the water collected in the concave groove 7 flows into the joint body 1, when the concentrated rainwater flows down into the concave groove 7, the rain water is directly joined from the drain hole 8. It flows into the main body 1 (arrow A in FIGS. 2 and 7). Also,
Among the rainwater flowing down the outside of the inclined surface 6, the rainwater collected in the groove 7 without being concentrated on the bent portion of the front wall 3 travels through the groove 7 (FIG. 1, 2 arrow B), the rainwater collected in the groove 7 flows into the joint body 1 through the drain hole 8 and the notch 15 (FIG. 2, 7 arrow A,
Figure 6 arrow C). Thus, in the eaves gutter joint of this example, the rain water flowing down the outer surface of the inclined surface 6 can be reliably connected to the joint body 1
It can be poured inside.

Further, a chamfered portion 16 formed so that the upper end of the inclined surface 6 is located forward is provided at a portion of the inclined surface 6 where the front wall 3 is bent. The chamfered portion 16 is intended to increase the distance between the inclined surface 6 and the building. That is, the inclined surface 6 has a function such that the rear wall 4 cannot be seen when viewed from the front, and that rainwater transmitted from the roof of the building is applied to the inner surface of the inclined surface 6 to collect water in the joint body 1. It is provided for the reason. The chamfered portion 16 of the sloped surface 6 increases the distance between the building and the sloped surface 6 in front of the corner of the building where rainwater flowing down the roof is concentrated and flows down vigorously. Even if the concentrated rainwater that propagates vigorously jumps out from the lower end of the roof, the rainwater is surely applied to the inner surface of the chamfered portion 16 to collect the water in the joint body 1. Since the chamfered portion 16 is provided in the bent portion of the front wall 3, the drainage hole 8 provided in the concave groove 7 in the bent portion of the front wall 3 is located below the chamfered portion 16. There is something.

Rainwater flowing down the roof along the inner surface of the inclined surface 6 reaches the inner surface of the groove 7 at the lower part of the inclined surface 6 and flows down into the joint body 1. That is, since the groove 7 is formed by being recessed behind the joint body, basically, the upper surface wall 7 a and the rear surface wall 7 a of the groove 7 are formed.
It flows down along the inner surface of b into the joint body 1 (arrow D in FIG. 6). Here, in the valley part of the roof located in the corner of the building, rainwater that travels along the roof is concentrated and flows down vigorously, so on the inner surface of the chamfered part 16 located in the corner of the building, The rainwater vigorously hits and flows down. Then, unless some measures are taken in the drain hole 8 located at the lower part of the chamfered portion 16, rainwater that vigorously flows down the inner surface of the chamfered portion 16 flows back to the concave groove 7 outside the joint body 1. There is a risk that the rainwater will leak out of the joint body 1 as a result. In this example, the chamfered portion 1
As a means for preventing backflow of rainwater flowing down vigorously on the inner surface of 6 to the drain hole 8, an eaves piece 9 covering the drain hole 8 from the inner surface of the front wall 3 above the drain hole 8 is integrally projected. There is something. More specifically, the eaves piece 9 is substantially horizontal and protrudes rearward from the position of the inner surface of the concave groove 7 between the upper surface wall 7a and the rear surface wall 7b. Then, the rainwater that flows down vigorously on the inner surface of the chamfered portion 16 reaches the upper surface of the eaves piece 9 from the inner surface of the upper surface wall 7a of the concave groove 7 and the eaves piece 9 as well.
The rainwater that flows down from the rear end into the joint body 1 (arrow E in FIG. 7), and the rainwater that flows down the roof by the eaves piece 9 thus flows back through the drain hole 8 and jumps out of the joint body 1. It prevents it from being lost. The overhanging piece 9 may be provided separately from the joint body 1, but may be formed integrally with the joint body 1 by resin molding.
It is possible to omit the manufacturing process for fixing the joint to the joint body 1 and to improve the manufacturability of the eaves gutter joint.

In addition, the eaves gutter joint having a substantially L-shape when viewed from the top, which is arranged along the corner of the building, is affected by falling snow that is concentrated in the valley portion of the roof. Although it is required to improve the strength of the eaves trough joint, the eaves trough joint of this example is also provided with strength measures. That is, the countermeasure for the strength of the eaves-and-groove joint is to provide the metal wire fixing holes 17 and 18 on the upper end of the front wall 3 and the inner surface of the rear wall 4, respectively. As shown in FIG. 8, one end of the metal wire 19 is tied to the metal wire fixing hole 17 at the upper end of the front wall 3 and the other end of the metal wire 19 is tied to the roof of the building. By connecting the metal wire fixing hole 17 and the metal wire fixing hole 18 on the inner surface of the rear wall 4 with the metal wire 20, the front wall 3 of the eaves trough joint is firmly fixed, and the eaves trough joint. The strength of the is improved. In addition,
As the metal wires 19 and 20, it is preferable to use copper wires, for example.

As described above, the eaves trough joint according to claim 1 of the present invention is an eaves trough joint having a substantially L-shape in a top view, which is arranged along an entry corner of a building. The bottom wall, the front wall, and the rear wall are integrally formed to form a joint body having a substantially U-shaped vertical cross section, and eaves gutter connection portions are provided at both ends in the longitudinal direction of the joint body, and the upper part of the front wall goes upward. Providing an inclined surface located at the rear,
A concave groove for collecting rainwater that propagates to the inclined surface is formed in the lower part of the inclined surface by recessing it rearward from the outer surface of the front wall, and collecting water of the concave groove in a portion of the concave groove where the front wall bends. Since the drainage hole that flows into the joint body is formed, the rainwater that flows down the outside of the inclined surface concentrates in the bent portion of the front wall and vigorously flows down, but the front wall where the rainwater concentrates is Since a drain hole was formed in the groove of the bent part to let the water collected in the groove flow into the joint body, the concentrated rainwater that flows down into the groove directly enters the joint body from the drain hole. Of the rainwater flowing down the outside of the inclined surface, the rainwater collected in the groove without concentrating on the bending part of the front wall can also be drained. Since it can flow into the joint body from both ends of the Rainwater are those that can be applied to ensure that the joint body, in which can prevent leakage of rainwater from the eaves gutters joint.

Further, in the eaves gutter joint according to claim 2, in addition to the effect of claim 1, since the eaves piece for covering the drain hole above is provided on the inner surface of the front wall, the eaves joint flows down along the roof. Rainwater flows along the inner surface of the inclined surface of the front wall into the joint body, but at the upper part of the drainage hole it flows down to the upper surface of the eaves piece and flows down into the joint body, that is, the inclined surface of the front wall. The rainwater that travels inside the pipe does not reach the drain hole by the eaves piece and prevents backflow to the drain hole. It is possible to prevent it.
