Description

The present invention relates to an eaves collector for collecting rainwater flowing in from a plurality of eaves and discharging it to the eaves.

As a conventional eaves water collector, a cross-sectional shape is formed in a substantially U-shape to form a groove that opens at both ends, and a drain outlet is formed at the center of the bottom wall of the groove. There is one in which the ends of two eaves are fitted and connected in the part.

However, in this eaves collector, rainwater flowing into the ditch from the two eaves was collected at the center of the ditch, and the rainwater was discharged downward from the downward facing connected to the drain outlet.

If a large amount of rainwater flows from one of the eaves into the eaves collector, the rainwater flows into the other eaves and impairs drainage. There is also known an eaves water collector in which good water drainage is maintained by standing a piece of water and guiding rainwater to a drain outlet (see, for example, Patent Document 1).

This inventor examined the thing of the structure shown in FIGS. 5-8 as an eaves collector for eaves shown in FIG.6 and FIG.8.

5 and 6, the eaves water collector 1 is made of hard polyvinyl chloride integrally formed by an injection molding method. At both ends of the bottom wall 2 of the eaves collector 1, upper step portions 3 for supporting eaves described later are formed. The bottom wall 2 is formed with a drain port 4 for draining rainwater downward.

An indoor side wall 5 and an outdoor side wall 6 are erected from the indoor side and outdoor side edges of the bottom wall 2. Thereby, the substantially U-shaped eaves connection part 7 is each formed in the left-right both ends of the eaves water collector 1 in the side view.

The ends of the two eaves 8 and 8 are fitted and connected to the eaves connection 7. In addition, the inner surface shape of the eaves bowl connecting portion 7 is a shape that is associated with the outer surface shape of the eaves bowl 8.

The bottom wall 2 is provided with a connecting cylinder portion 10 having a circular connecting portion 9 and communicates with the eaves water collector 1 at the drainage port 4. The upper end of the flange 11 is fitted and connected to the connection portion 9 of the connection cylinder portion 10.

As shown in FIG. 8, the eaves 8 is composed of an indoor side wall 13 and an outdoor side wall 14 erected integrally from the indoor side and outdoor side edges of the bottom plate 12. Further, ear portions 15 and 16 are formed at both longitudinal ends of the upper portions of the side walls 13 and 14, respectively.

As shown in FIG. 8, fitting claws 17, 17 are formed at both upper ends of the indoor side wall 5 in the eaves water collector 1, and the same fitting is performed at both upper ends of the other outdoor side wall 6. The claws 18 and 18 are formed, respectively.

The eaves bowl 8 is connected to the eaves bowl collector 1 by fitting the ear portions 15 and 16 of the eave bowl 8 to the fitting claws 17 and 18 of the eave bowl collector 1, respectively. The rainwater flowing from the two eaves 8 is joined by the eaves collector 1 and drained downward from the drain 4.

FIG. 7 shows details of the ears 16 of the outdoor side wall 14 of the eaves bowl 8 and the step 21 of the outdoor side wall 6 of the eaves water collector 1 shown in FIG.

As shown in FIG. 7, the ear 16 of the outdoor side wall 14 of the eaves 8 is formed such that the bottom 19 and the wall 20 of the ear 16 extend to the outdoor side. A step portion 21 along the bottom portion 19 and a wall portion 22 along the wall portion 20 are continuously formed on the upper portion of the outdoor side wall 6 of the eaves water collector 1 so that the ear portion 16 can be fitted. Yes.
JP-A-10-245947

However, in the eaves water collector provided with a plurality of water stop protrusions around the drain outlet described in Patent Document 1, rainwater from the eaves hits the water stop protrusion and is guided to the drain outlet. Therefore, although the good drainage property is maintained, there is a problem that rainwater collected in the eaves trap 1 from the eaves fitting portion 7 leaks to the outside.

That is, as shown in FIG. 7, there is a slight gap B between the step portion 21 of the outdoor side wall 6 and the bottom portion 19 of the ear portion 16, and rainwater on the step portion 21 of the outdoor side wall 6 shown in FIG. Flows into the bottom wall 2, but some of the rainwater moves in the direction of the arrows 23 and 24 and enters and accumulates in the B.

Rainwater collected in the gap B of the ear portion 16 leaks outward from the gap B as indicated by arrows 25 and 26 in FIG. The leaked rainwater falls along the outdoor side wall 6 of the eaves collector 1 and the outdoor side wall 14 of the eaves collector 8 to cause the eaves collector 1 and the eaves 8 to become dirty. There was a problem of damaging the appearance of the eaves water collector, for example, as a drop from 1 part of the water collector and falling around the waterhole 11.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide an eaves water collector that prevents leakage of rainwater from the eaves water collector and improves the appearance.

In the invention of claim 2 configured as described above, since the inclined surface provided on the side wall is located at a position corresponding to both step portions, rainwater on the inclined surface can be surely flowed into the bottom wall. In addition, leakage of rainwater from the stepped portion of the side wall can be prevented.

The invention according to claim 3 is characterized in that the inclined surface is formed of an inclined surface divided into a plurality along the side wall.

In the invention of claim 3 configured as described above, since the plurality of inclined surfaces provided at the step portion of the side wall are in positions corresponding to the two step portions, rainwater on the inclined surface surely flows into the bottom wall. It is possible to prevent the rainwater from leaking from the stepped portion of the side wall.

According to invention of Claim 1, the step part extended to both ends is provided in the inner surface upper part of the outdoor side wall at least of both side walls, and both eaves ridge connection parts among the step parts of an outdoor side wall (or indoor side wall) Since a slope that slopes downward is provided to allow rainwater to flow toward the drain outlet, the rainwater on the slope flows all into the eaves water collector and is stepped on the side wall. Can prevent rainwater from leaking from.

Further, according to the invention described in claim 2, since the inclined surface provided on the side wall is located at a position corresponding to both step portions, rain water on the inclined surface can be surely flowed into the bottom wall. In addition, leakage of rainwater from the stepped portion of the side wall can be prevented.

According to the third aspect of the present invention, since the plurality of inclined surfaces provided in the step portion of the side wall are located at positions corresponding to the two step portions, rain water on the inclined surface surely flows into the bottom wall. It is possible to prevent the rainwater from leaking from the stepped portion of the side wall.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. In addition, the thing of the same function as what was shown in FIGS. 5-8 attaches | subjects the same code | symbol, and abbreviate | omits the description.

In FIG.1 and FIG.2 (a), the indoor side wall 5 is standingly arranged from the indoor side edge 2a of the bottom wall 2 of the eaves water collector 31, and it is the outdoor side from the outdoor side edge 2b of the bottom wall 2. Side walls 6 are erected.

A step portion 21 extending to both ends of the outdoor side wall 6 is provided at the upper part of the inner surface of the outdoor side wall 6 in the eaves collector 31. The step portion 21 is formed with an inclined surface 32 that is inclined downward (on the bottom wall 2 side).

The detail of the C section in FIG. 2A is shown in FIG. The inclined surface 32 is for flowing rainwater on the inclined surface 32 toward the drainage port 4 of the bottom wall 2. That is, as shown in FIG. 2B, rainwater that falls on the inclined surface 32 flows in the direction of the arrow 34 along the inclined surface 32.

Thereby, rain water from the inclined surface 32 cannot enter the step portions 21 on both sides of the outdoor side wall 6 shown in FIG.

That is, the ear portion 16 of the eaves 8 is fitted to the step portion 21 in the same manner as in FIGS. 6 and 7, but rainwater is prevented from entering on the step portion 21 , that is, the gap B in FIG. Therefore, the leakage of rain water as shown by the arrows 25 and 26 in FIG. 8 is prevented.

In FIG. 3, step portions 3 for supporting the two eaves 8 are provided at both ends of the bottom wall 2, and the step portions 3 are located higher than the surface having the drain port 4. The aforementioned inclined surface 32 of the outdoor side wall 6 is located at a position corresponding to the gap between the step portions 3. That is, the inclined surface 32 is provided with a corresponding length L between the inner edge portions 3 a of the two stepped portions 3.

By configuring the inclined surface 32 in this way, rainwater on the inclined surface 32 can surely flow into the bottom wall 2, and leakage of rainwater from the step portion 21 of the outdoor side wall 6 can be prevented. it can.

FIG. 4 shows a modified example of the inclined surface. In FIG. 3, the inclined surface 32 is composed of one continuous surface, but in FIG. 4, the inclined surface 32 is divided to form two inclined surfaces 33 having a length L1. In this case , the outer end of the inclined surface 33 is formed so as to correspond to the inner edge 3 a of the stepped portion 3.

Thus, even if the two inclined surfaces 33 are not connected, the inclined surface 33 is located at a position corresponding to the two stepped portions 3, so that rainwater on the inclined surface 33 can surely flow into the bottom wall 2. In addition, leakage of rainwater from the step portion 21 of the outdoor side wall 6 can be prevented.

In addition, in the said Example, although the prevention of rain water leakage was demonstrated taking the outdoor side wall 6 side of the eaves water collector 31 as an example, when there exists the same level | step difference as the step part 21 in the indoor side wall 5 side. Of course, by applying the present invention to this step, the same rainwater leakage can be prevented.

The eaves collector (31) according to the embodiment of the invention described above is provided with a drain port (4) in the bottom wall (2), and the indoor side edge (2a) and the outdoor side of the bottom wall (2). By erecting the indoor side wall (5) and the outdoor side wall (6) from the edge (2b), the eave wall (8) is inserted and connected to each end of the side walls (5, 6). Each of the eaves connecting portions (7) is formed, and a step portion (21) extending to both ends is provided on the upper inner surface of the side wall (6). Moreover, the eaves water collector (31) is provided with the inclined surface (32) which inclines below for flowing rainwater toward a drain outlet (4) in the step part (21) of a side wall (6).

According to this configuration, since the inclined surface (32) inclined downward for flowing rainwater toward the drain outlet (4) is provided in the step portion (21) of the outdoor side wall (6) , the inclined surface (32 ) All the rainwater above flows into the eaves water collector (31) and can be prevented from leaking from the step (21) of the side wall (6).

Moreover, the eaves collector (31) according to the embodiment of the present invention is located above the center of both ends of the bottom wall (2) and supports the ends of both eaves (8, 8). A step portion (3) is provided, and the inclined surface (32) is located at a position corresponding to both step portions (3, 3) .

According to this structure, since the inclined surface (32) provided in the side wall (6) is in a position corresponding to between the two step portions ( 3, 3 ), rainwater on the inclined surface (32) is surely secured to the bottom wall. It can be made to flow into (2), and the leak of rainwater from the step part (21) of the side wall (6) can be prevented.

Moreover, as for the eaves water collector (31) of this Embodiment, the inclined surface (32) consists of the inclined surface (33) divided | segmented into multiple along the side wall (6).

According to this configuration, since the two inclined surfaces (33, 33) provided on the step portion (21) of the side wall (6) are located at positions corresponding to both the step portions ( 3, 3 ), the inclined surface ( 33, 33 ) can reliably flow into the bottom wall (2), and rainwater leakage from the step (21) of the side wall (6) can be prevented.
