Description

【0001】

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In recent years, the eaves gutter support structure is such that the eaves gutter suspends over the inside of the opening of the eaves gutter so that the eaves gutter suspension is not visible from the outside. For this reason, in the structure in which both ends of the eaves gutter are engaged with both ears of the eaves gutter, there is a problem that the eaves gutter hanger cannot be attached due to the presence of the eaves gutter. Further, in a structure in which one end is fixed to a wall surface of a house or the like with a nail or the like, since one end is supported, there is a possibility that a heavy object such as snow may fall off when it falls.
[0005]
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and provides an eaves gutter cover that can be easily attached to an opening of an eaves gutter, does not easily come off, and has increased strength.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the present invention covers an opening of an eaves gutter and has an indoor locking portion at an indoor end of a covering surface portion having a water passage hole, and an outdoor locking portion at an outdoor end. The indoor side engaging portion is engaged with the indoor side engaging portion formed at the tip of the eaves drain, and the outdoor side engaging portion is engaged with the outdoor side engaging portion formed at the tip of the eave gutter hanging device. The eaves gutter cover is combined.
In this way, if the indoor side engaging portion is easily engaged with the indoor side engaging portion and the outdoor side engaging portion is easily engaged with the outdoor side engaging portion, the opening of the eave gutter can be easily covered. The eaves gutter cover is strong because it is hard to come off because both ends are engaged.
[0007]
The above-mentioned indoor locking part is provided at the tip of the rising inclined surface, the outdoor locking part is provided at the tip of the downward bent surface, and both locking parts are formed as folded ends, and the middle of the covering surface part The part is preferably formed as an upper bulging surface.
As a result, the above function can be further enhanced, and the upper bulging surface at the intermediate portion of the covering surface further increases the load strength and provides flexibility in the width direction of the eaves gutter cover, so that the engagement operability can be further enhanced.
[0008]

The covering surface portion 2 has an appropriate length along the eaves gutter, the middle portion in the width direction is a bulging surface 2a bulging upward in an inverted V shape or a curved shape, the indoor side portion is a rising inclined surface 2b, and the outdoor side portion is The portion is a downward bent surface 2c, the end of the rising inclined surface 2b is folded upward in a V-shape or U-shape to form an indoor side locking portion 4, and the end of the downward bent surface 2c is a V-shape or lower inside. It is folded back into a U-shape to form the outdoor side locking portion 5, and the water passage hole 3 is formed over the inner surface of the bulging surface 2a, the rising inclined surface 2b, or the downward bent surface 2c.
In the present embodiment, the indoor locking portion 4 and the outdoor locking portion 5 are provided continuously along the longitudinal direction, but may be provided intermittently at regular intervals.
The swelling surface 2a may be flat.
[0011]
The water passage hole 3 is formed by piercing a plurality of oval holes in the width direction on the covering surface portion 2. However, the shape of the water passage hole 3 is not limited to the above, and a round hole, a square hole, etc. However, it does not matter if the shape is such that fallen leaves, snow and the like do not easily enter.
[0012]
The eaves drainer 6 is formed by bending a long plate material downward at the tip of the eaves along the tip end surface of the nose cover 11 and further folding the tip toward the indoor side to form an indoor side engaging portion 7. The indoor-side engaging portion 7 is formed so as to be able to lock the outdoor-side end of the indoor-side engaging portion 4 and the nose cover 11.
[0013]
The eave gutter hanging tool 8 forms a rod portion 8b extending from a flat fixing portion 8a fixed to a wall surface of a house or the like to the outside, and both the eave gutter 12 on the indoor side and the outdoor side of the rod portion 8b. An indoor ear engaging portion 8c and an outdoor ear engaging portion 8d capable of engaging the ears 12a and 12b are formed.
The outdoor-side ear engaging portion 8d is formed such that the tip of the eaves gutter hanging tool 8 has a substantially U-shaped cross-section opened slightly upward to the outside, the lower piece is extended in the outdoor direction, and the tip is folded upward. It is configured to bend and be positioned with a gap outside the upper piece. Not only the ear 12b can be engaged, but also the outdoor locking section 5 is inserted from this gap to engage with the upper end. It can also serve as the outdoor side engaging portion 9.
[0014]
The eaves gutter 12 has an upper opening shape formed by bending a plate material, and the upper end portions 12a and 12b of both side surfaces are connected to the indoor side ear portion engaging portion 8c and the outdoor side ear portion engaging portion 8d of the eave gutter hanging device 8. So that the eaves gutter hanging tool 8 is positioned across the opening 12c of the eaves gutter 12.

Any configuration may be used as long as the configuration is possible, and the shape is not limited to this embodiment.
[0015]
Hereinafter, a method of attaching the eaves gutter cover 1 will be described.
The eaves gutter hanging device 8 is fixed to a wall surface of a house or the like at predetermined intervals using a nail or the like, and the outer ear 12b of the eave gutter 12 is engaged with the outer ear engaging portion 8d of the eave gutter hanging device 8. The eaves gutter 12 is attached by engaging the indoor ear 12a with the indoor ear engaging portion 8c so as to rotate about the outdoor ear 12b. Next, the eaves drainer 6 is engaged with the indoor side engaging portion 7 at the outdoor end of the fascia 11 and fixed on the roof with nails or the like.
At this time, it is preferable that the eaves drainer 6 is installed so that the indoor side engaging portion 7 keeps a slight gap between the eaves drainage 6 and the upper surface of the eaves gutter hanging tool 8.
[0016]
Then, the indoor side engaging portion 7 of the eaves drainer 6 and the eaves gutter hanging tool are connected to the indoor side locking portion 4 and the tip of the rising inclined surface 2b of the eaves gutter cover 1 as shown by the dotted line from the solid line in FIG. The inner locking portion 4 is engaged with the indoor engaging portion 7 inside the eaves drainer 6 by pressing and inserting into the gap with the upper surface of the eaves 8.
Next, the outdoor side locking part 5 and the downward bent surface 2c are connected between the tip of the upper piece of the outdoor side ear part engaging part 8d of the eaves gutter 8 and the inner wall surface of the outdoor side ear part 12b of the eaves gutter 12. As shown in FIG. 2, it can be inserted into the gap by pressing the gap into the gap and engaging the outdoor locking portion 5 with the outdoor locking portion 9 in the outdoor ear engaging portion 8 d.
[0017]
In this manner, the indoor locking portion 4 can be easily engaged with the indoor engaging portion 7 and the outdoor locking portion 5 can be easily engaged with the outdoor engaging portion 9, and the conventional eaves structure is greatly changed. It can be installed without doing. Further, both ends of the eaves gutter cover 1 can be fixed, the vicinity of the indoor side is sandwiched between the eaves drainer 6 and the eaves gutter 8, and the vicinity of the outdoor side is sandwiched between the eaves gutter ear 12 b and the eaves gutter 8.
