SOLUTION: The lid material comprises a lid main-body 10 and a shrink member 20. The lid main-body 10 comprises a top wall 11, a peripheral wall 12 suspending from the peripheral edge of the wall 11, and a flange 13 placed at the lower outside-periphery of the wall 12. The shrink member 20 comprises a ring 21, a skirt 22 suspending from the outside periphery of he ring part 21, and a rim 23 placed to the outside periphery of the skirt 22. The top wall 11 and the peripheral wall 12 of the lid main-body 10 are inserted in the ring part 21. The flange 13 of the lid main-body 10 and the flange 33 of a container main-body 30 are pinched by shrinkage of the skirt 22 of the shrink member 20, and closed of the lid main-body 10.

グ部に、内側方向に突出するタブを設け、このタブの基
部からリング部を横断する方向に延びる1条または2条
のミシン目を設けておくのがよい。さらに、前記スカー
ト部の下縁外周に、外側方向に突出するリムを設けてお
くのが好ましい。

は、前記蓋本体10の頂壁11及び周壁12が丁度嵌り
込むような形状及び大きさに形成されている。また、リ
ング部21の内周の一部からタブ24が内側方向に突出
し、このタブ24がリング部21に接続する基部から、
ミシン目25が設けられ、破断を容易にしている。
