Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a heat-shrinkable cap seal that has a top plate at the top and can be mounted mainly on the mouth of a bottle or a synthetic resin container.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a cap seal A that is attached in close contact with a mouth of a bottle filled with milk or the like or a synthetic resin container in order to enhance safety and sealing performance is known. As shown in FIG. 6B, the cap seal A is formed by bending the upper portion of a cap seal body 20 made of a heat-shrinkable tubular film to form an upper end portion 21, and on the inner surface of the upper end portion 21. The top plate 24 is bonded by heat sealing so as to close the opening on the upper surface of the cap seal body 20.
[0003]
The cap seal A is attached by thermal contraction after being fitted to a bottle or a synthetic resin container 25 so as to close its mouth as shown in FIG.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The cap seal A as described above contracts when the cap seal main body 20 is heated and comes into close contact with the container 25. Therefore, the cap seal A is a medium made of paper fitted so as to close the mouth of the container 25. The heated air is trapped between the stopper 27) and the top plate 24. As a result, the top plate 24 expands upward, and there is a drawback that the commercial value is lowered.
[0005]
Further, when the container 25 is a milk bottle, the air is cooled and the pressure between the inner bottle 27 of the milk bottle and the top plate 24 of the cap seal A is reduced. As a result, the milk blots onto the inner bottle 27. There was a risk of coming out.
[0006]
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described conventional problems, and it is an object to prevent the top plate from expanding by efficiently discharging air between the top plate and the container side when the cap seal body is heated and contracted. And
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, the upper part of the cap seal body 1 consisting of cylindrical film with a heat-shrinkable bent inwardly to form an upper portion 3, is bent in the inward upper end A top plate 6 is bonded to the inner surface of the portion 3, and the top plate 6 is placed on the top surface of the mouth portion 12a of the container 12 when fitted on the mouth portion 12a of the container 12 with the inner stopper 14 and attached by heat shrinkage. in There contact and vessel 12 of the mouth portion 12a peripheral surface of the cap seal side peripheral portion 4 of the body 1 in a state where the close contact heat shrinkable cap seal, the said upper part 3 before attachment to the container 12, the cap The position of the top plate 6 is such that the air inside the cap seal body 1 and the air between the top plate 6 and the inner plug 14 are discharged by being positioned at a position where it does not contact the container 12 when the seal body 1 is heated and shrunk . Cut in a cut shape along the circumferential direction at a position near the outer peripheral edge 6b. 8 is formed.
[0008]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
In FIG. 2, reference numeral 1 denotes a cylindrical cap seal body having heat shrinkability. The cap seal body 1 has a thickness of about 30 to 100 μm and is a transverse direction of a transversely uniaxially stretched film made of transparent or translucent polyester. Is formed in a cylindrical shape with the circumferential direction as the center.
[0009]
As shown in FIG. 1 (a), the cap seal main body 1 is bent inward so that the upper end portion 3 has the curved portion 2, and the side peripheral portion 4 is heated in a state where the diameter is slightly expanded downward. Shrink and preformed. Moreover, the cap seal main body 1 has a circular shape in plan view as shown in FIG. 3, but has an elliptical or rectangular shape according to the shape of the mouth of the container to which the cap seal main body 1 is mounted. May be.
[0010]
Further, on the inner surfaces of the side peripheral portion 4 and the upper end portion 3 of the cap seal main body 1, a display printing layer showing a product name or an arbitrary design and a colored ink layer (not shown) for coloring substantially the entire surface or It is provided in a part.
[0011]
Reference numeral 6 denotes a circular top plate that closes the upper surface opening of the cap seal main body 1 and has a thickness of about 50 to 200 μm and uses a transparent or translucent non-heat-shrinkable polyester sheet as a base material. The outer peripheral surface 6a of the top plate 6 is bonded to the inner surface of the upper end portion 3 of the cap seal body 1 by heat sealing.
[0012]
Reference numeral 8 denotes a cut formed in the vicinity of the outer peripheral edge 6 b of the top plate 6 at the upper end 3, and comprises perforations provided along the circumferential direction of the top plate 6. That is, the distance L between the notch 8 and the outer peripheral edge 6b of the top plate 6 is set to about 5 mm or less, preferably about 3 mm or less.
[0013]
Reference numeral 10 denotes an opening knob formed at the lower portion of the cap seal body 1, and perforations 10 a are formed on both sides thereof in parallel with the vertical direction of the side peripheral portion 4 of the cap seal body 1.
[0014]
Next, the case where the cap seal A having the above configuration is mounted on the mouth portion 12a of the milk bottle 12 as a container filled with the milk 11 will be described. A paper inner plug (paper cap) 14 is detachably fitted to the mouth portion 12a of the milk bottle 12.
[0015]
Next, the cap seal A is heated by a heating device (not shown) after being fitted into the mouth portion 12a of the milk bottle 12, and the cap seal body 1 is contracted by contraction due to this heating. Furthermore, the cap seal main body 1 comes into contact with the mouth portion 12a of the milk bottle 12, and the air in the cap seal main body 1 is released to the outside through the notches 8.
[0016]
That is, while the top plate 6 is placed on the upper surface of the mouth portion 12a of the milk bottle 12, the cap seal body 1 contracts, but each notch 8 is provided in the vicinity of the outer peripheral edge 6b of the top plate 6, Moreover, since the top plate 6 is bonded to the inner surface side of the upper end portion 3 of the cap seal main body 1, even when the side peripheral portion 4 of the cap seal main body 1 is in close contact with the peripheral surface of the mouth 12 a of the milk bottle 12. Each incision 8 is located at a portion of the cap seal body 1 that is difficult to contact the top plate 6 and the milk bottle 12. Accordingly, the notch 8 is not easily closed directly by the milk bottle 12, the air is smoothly discharged, and the top plate 6 does not expand due to the internal pressure between the top plate 6 and the inner plug 14.
[0017]
The top plate 6 contacts the upper surface of the mouth portion 12a, but the cap seal main body 1 is hardly thermally contracted in the vertical direction, so that the top plate 6 strongly presses the mouth portion 12a when the cap seal main body 1 is contracted. The air between the top plate 6 and the inner plug 14 can pass between the top plate 6 and the mouth portion 12a without any trouble.
[0018]
In addition, when the conventional cap seal is stored for a long time with the top plate 6 inflated, the air between the top plate 6 and the inner plug 14 is cooled with the passage of time. There is a case where the pressure gradually becomes negative and the milk 12 oozes out between the inner plug 14 and the mouth 12a.
[0019]
In addition, the milk that has oozed may obscure the display print on the surface of the inner plug 14, and the milk that has oozed out will enter between the cap seal body 1 and the milk bottle 12 to cause blocking. When the main body 1 was opened, the ink on the cap seal main body 1 side might adhere to the surface of the milk bottle 12.
[0020]
On the other hand, in the present embodiment, the air between the top plate 6 and the inner plug 14 is easily discharged through the notch 8, so that the internal pressure difference is small and the milk oozes out. The above problem can be solved.
[0021]
In addition, this invention is not limited to said embodiment, For example, as shown by the virtual line in FIG.1 (B) and FIG. By providing a plurality of groove portions 16 in a radial manner, air may be more easily passed between the top plate 6 and the mouth portion 12a of the milk bottle 12.
[0022]
In addition to the above, the cap seal main body 1 can employ a heat-shrinkable film or tube made of a material such as polystyrene, polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride, or polyethylene. In addition to the above, the top plate 6 can employ a substantially non-heat-shrinkable sheet made of polyethylene, polypropylene, polystyrene, polyvinyl chloride, acrylic resin, or the like. For example, when the top plate 6 and the cap seal body 1 are made of different materials and thus have no heat sealing property, a coating layer having a heat sealing property with the cap seal body 1 is provided on the outer surface of the top plate 6. It is also possible.
[0023]
Further, the length of the cut 8 can be set as appropriate, but is preferably about 4 mm. Further, the shape of the notch 8 may be a substantially circular shape penetrating a pin or the like, and is not particularly limited. However, in the case of a notch shape substantially parallel to the circumferential direction of the cap seal. Is preferable because it does not spread due to shrinkage. Further, in order to perform the contraction of the cap seal main body 1 reliably and promptly, it is possible to provide another notch 8a in the side peripheral portion 4 as shown in FIG.
[0024]
The container is not limited to a milk bottle, and may be made of a synthetic resin filled with other beverages, and the contents may be solid in addition to liquid.
[0025]
【The invention's effect】
In the present invention, a notch for discharging air inside the cap seal body when the cap seal body is heated and contracted is formed in the vicinity of the outer peripheral edge of the top plate at the upper end portion. The air between the plate and the container side can be discharged smoothly, and the top plate can be prevented from expanding.
[0026]
In particular, even if the contents of the container is a liquid such as milk, there is almost no risk of the contents oozing out, and the cap seal body and the container were blocked due to the oozing out of the contents. Further, it is possible to prevent the display printing on the surface of the inner plug from being obscured.
