The present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned embodiments, but various modifications and applications are possible within the principle of the invention. For example, a light vehicle to which the present invention is applied can be any of a two-, three-, and four-wheeled vehicle including an electric vehicle as long as it is a type in which the vehicle body is tilted greatly to reach the feet. Further, in the case of the retractable undercover 25, a bellows structure may be used instead of the elastic film member.

けられた側面開口部を開閉自在に覆う側面カバーを有す
る軽車両において、前記側面カバーの下部に上部とは独
立して外方へ移動可能なアンダーカバーを設けたことを
