Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grinding tool for a graver or the like by which correct grinding posture can be universally maintained while generalizing a shape and a size of a handle tied to a blade of the graver or the like, conforming to the present situation involving a considerable difference in the shape and the size of the handle to the blade of the graver among manufactures. SOLUTION: In a cutlery receiver on a sliding table on which a cutlery with a handle is loaded, elevating/lowering adjustment of the base on the handle side of a blade with a cam and alternative selection of either high level or low level by a handle tail are executed.

Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION [0001] The present invention relates to a blade sharpener for woodcut printing.
When carving swords for wood sculptures have been used and the sharpness has become dull due to long-term storage, the cutting edge is sharpened again to regenerate and renew the sharpness. It is intended to improve the workability of sculpture and the leap of the sculpture finish. 2. Description of the Related Art A conventional manual sharpening tool for a blade of a chisel has a reciprocating reciprocating motion of moving the blade in a longitudinal direction of a sharpening plate (grinding stone) along a splint parallel to the sharpening plate (grinding stone). An object has been known (see Design Publication No. 1054628). [0003] According to the prior art, there is a general user who often does not hit if he or she has originally acquired sharpening skills, and the stroke of the reciprocating motion of the sharpening is Since the blade is often loosely held at the end of the stroke, especially at the end of the stroke, it may cause fluctuations and delusions, causing irregular cutting of the cutting edge. There were many. Therefore, in Japanese Patent Application No. 2000-267739, the concept of using a slide table having a knife holder for holding a handle of a knife with a handle such as a chisel was proposed. The problem is that the shape and size of the handle of the chisel can change considerably, and a new idea is proposed for a blade receiver that can flexibly cope with these. That is, even when the shape, especially the size of the handle to be worn on the blade of the chisel is remarkably different, appropriate holding according to the size is realized as in the case of the handle of the normal size. It is an object of the present invention to provide a chisel blade sharpening tool capable of easily achieving stable sharpening work. [0005] An object of the present invention is to provide a whetstone having a whetstone having a smooth grinding surface and a slide table slidable on a surface S parallel to the whetstone. Is equipped with a pair of front and rear blade holders that are spaced apart in the longitudinal direction of the handle, and can only move up and down with respect to the slide table.The front blade holder is mounted on the front blade holder by the cam on the horizontal axis mounted on the slide table. The sharpening posture of the blade directly mounted on the handle base of the blade of the patterned blade is secured, and the rear blade receiver is raised and lowered according to the shape of the handle without causing any deviation in the sharpening posture of the patterned blade. It is satisfied by a chisel blade sharpening tool characterized in that it can be selectively held in two ways. FIG. 1 illustrates an example of an embodiment of the blade sharpening tool of a chisel as proposed herein, wherein 1 is a grindstone having a smooth grinding surface 2 and 3 is a grinding stone. A slide table slidable on a plane S parallel to the grinding surface 2, and 4 is a knife with a handle mounted on the slide table 3 while maintaining a correct sharpening posture as described below. The slide table 3 has a pair of front and rear blade receivers 5 and 6 spaced apart in the longitudinal direction of the handle 4 with a handle so that only the vertical movement with respect to the slide table 3 is possible. Here, 11 and 12 are vertical grooves for ascending and descending guidance corresponding to the blade receivers 5 and 6 provided on the side wall 13 of the slide 3, 14, and 14.
15 is each blade receiver 5, which slides in the vertical grooves 11, 12;
6 is a guide wing piece. The slide 3 also has a cam 8 fixed on a horizontal shaft 7 mounted over the front and rear walls 16 and 17 so as to show a central cross section on a slightly enlarged scale in FIG.
Through the rollers 19 which are caulked by the pins 18, the vertical movement of the blade receiver 5 by the rotation of the horizontal shaft 7 can be adjusted. Here, the horizontal shaft 7 is provided with a screw 20 in the penetrating portion of the rear wall 17 of the slide 3 and is screwed into the rear wall 17.
To help hold and fix the lifting adjustment position. In the drawing, reference numeral 22 denotes a rotary knob for the horizontal shaft 7, and reference numerals 23 and 24 denote escape grooves provided in the center lower half of the blade receivers 5 and 6 and extending across the horizontal shaft 7. An angle piece 25 for spring receiving is provided on the inner surface of the blade receiver 6.
And a weak coil spring 26 is sandwiched between the bottom wall 27 of the slide table 3 and the blade receiver 6 is constantly urged upward. As shown in FIG. 4, a pair of bottomed vertical grooves 28 and 29 having different levels in the height direction are provided on the rear surface of the blade receiver 6, respectively.
Can be selectively engaged with the set screws 30 and 31 provided opposite to each other. In the drawing, reference numerals 32 and 33 denote receiving grooves for supporting the bladed tool 4 on the blade receivers 5 and 6, respectively.
As shown in (c), different receiving grooves 32, 32 'are prepared in the blade receivers 5, 5' so as to be adaptable to the case where the blade 9 has different dimensions and shapes, and can be used interchangeably. FIG. 1 shows an embodiment in which the front blade of a thin round sword is being sharpened down into a partially conical shape. At this time, the generatrix of the partially cone is adjusted under the vertical movement of the tool receiver 5 by the cam 8. While the handle-side base of the blade 9 of the handle 4 is directly mounted on the receiving groove 32 of the tool receiver 5 so as to fit along the grinding surface 2, this case has a particularly large handle 10. The blade holder 6 supports the handle 10 in the receiving groove 33 with the right-hand set screw 31 of FIG. 4 set in the low-level straight groove 29, and the blade 9 mounted on the receiving groove 32 at this time.
Receiving groove 10 without causing any deviation in sharpening posture
The screw 31 is fixed by tightening the set screw 31 at a position secured in the inside 3. When the tail is a standard size, as shown in FIG. 4, the blade receiver 6 is lifted up so that the set screw 30 fits in the high-level straight groove 28 (of course, the set screw 31 is loosened). After supporting the handle, it is fixed by tightening the set screw 30 in the same manner. According to the blade sharpening tool of the chisel, even when the shape of the handle to be worn by the handle with a handle is particularly large, the blade is similar to that of a handle of a normal size without any trouble. The sharpening operation can be realized and the renewal effect of the sharpness is remarkable.
