By the way, the connection 1
A joint material is filled and arranged between the pair of wall panels 1 for the purpose of waterproofing between the pair of wall panels 1 and improving the appearance. The pair of wall panels 1 are connected by connecting the side pieces 6 of the side end portions of the wall panel 1 through the spacers 30, and the joint material is filled and arranged while avoiding the spacers 30. That is, the volume occupied by the spacers 30 between the side pieces 6 at the side end portions of the pair of wall panels 1 is such that the joint material cannot be filled and arranged. There is a problem that the joint material filled between the pieces 6 cannot be expected to have sufficient waterproofness. This is a particularly worrisome problem when a dry joint material formed of a soft resin or the like is used as the joint material.

First, one wall panel 1 of the pair of wall panels 1 is placed at a predetermined position on the rising portion 3 of the floor pan 2. At this time, the bottom connecting block 11 is arranged between the lower end of the one wall panel 1 and the rising portion 3 of the floor pan 2 by hooking a hook 12 on the outer edge of the floor pan 2 to dispose the bottom connecting block 11. One of the pair of upper protrusions 13 is fitted to the lower end of the vertical frame 5 of the one wall panel 1. Next, join the joiner 1 on the back side of the one wall panel 1 described above.
Place 4 (FIG. 2). At this time, as described above, the vertical frame 5 of the wall panel 1 is positioned in the U-shaped groove of the joiner 14 and the back piece facing surface 18 of the joiner 14 is arranged to face the back piece 7 of the vertical frame 5. Then, the long engagement hook 15a of the joiner 14 is introduced into the engagement hole 9 of the one wall panel 1,
The lower edge portion of the engagement hole 9 is held by the elastic contact portion 21 of the long engagement hook 15a, and the joiner 14 is temporarily locked to the back side of the one wall panel 1. Next, the other wall panel 1 of the pair of wall panels 1 is arranged adjacent to the one wall panel 1 at a predetermined position (FIG. 3). Here, the other wall panel 1
Is arranged at a predetermined position by fitting the lower end of the vertical frame 5 to the other upper projection 13 of the pair of upper projections 13 of the bottom connection block 11. The predetermined position where the other wall panel 1 is arranged is a position where the other wall panel 1 is arranged with respect to the one wall panel 1 with an appropriate gap.
Further, here, the arrangement relationship between the other wall panel 1 arranged at a predetermined position and the joiner 14 temporarily locked to the one wall panel 1 is determined by the engagement hole 9 of the other wall panel 1 with the joiner 14 The short engagement hook 15b is in the insertion position (FIG. 6). As described above, in the arrangement relationship between the long engagement hooks 15a and the short engagement hooks 15b of the joiner 14, although the projecting position from the back piece facing surface 18 is at the same height position, the introduction portion 22 of the short engagement hooks 15b is provided. Since the height position of the lower end is located above the height position of the elastic contact portion 21 of the long engagement hook 15a, the temporarily locked joiner 1 is
The short engagement hook 15b of No. 4 can be inserted into the engagement hole 9 of the other wall panel 1 without contacting the introduction portion 22 with the lower edge of the engagement hole 9 of the other wall panel 1. You can do it. Next, the joiner 14 temporarily locked to the one wall panel 1 is dropped downward, and the lower edge portions of the pair of engaging holes 9 are respectively attached to the elastic contact portions 21 of the pair of engaging hooks 15. Hold it (Fig. 7, 4). Next, the upper ends of the pair of wall panels 1 are connected via the ceiling connection block 23 [FIG. 11 (a)].

In the pair of wall panels 1 connected through the joiner 14, the bottom connecting block 11 and the ceiling connecting block 23 by the construction work described above,
As a finish, a joint material (not shown) is filled in the gap between the pair of connected wall panels 1. As described above, the pair of wall panels 1 are connected by engaging the engagement hooks 15 of the joiners 14 arranged on the back side with the engagement holes 9 of the back piece 7 of the vertical frame 5, that is, Since there is a complete gap without a connecting tool such as the joiner 14 between the facing side pieces 6, the joint material filled in this gap is in close contact with all parts of the facing side piece 6. Therefore, there is an advantage that the joint material can be provided with high waterproof performance. Even if a dry joint material, which is a molded product of soft and hard resin, that has a good appearance as a joint material, but has many restrictions to maintain high waterproof performance compared to a wet joint material, is opposed in this example. Since the dry joint material can be positioned in all the gaps between the side pieces 6 and the contact area between the dry joint material and the side piece 6 can be made large, the dry joint material also has sufficient waterproof performance. It is possible.

Even in the work for connecting the pair of wall panels described above, the workability is improved as compared with the conventional example. That is, in the connection construction of this example, one wall panel 1 is arranged at a predetermined position, the joiner 14 is arranged on the back side of the one wall panel 1, and the long engagement hook 15 is arranged.
a is locked to the lower edge of the engaging hole 9 to temporarily lock the joiner 14 to one wall panel 1, the other wall panel 1 is arranged at a predetermined position, and temporarily locked to the one wall panel 1. The joining hook 15 is engaged with the engaging hole 9 by dropping the joiner 14 downward to connect the pair of wall panels 1, and the construction worker is to attach the pair of wall panels 1 to the back side of the wall panel 1. The work can be performed only from the front side of the wall panel 1 without wrapping around. According to this, the installable range of the wall panel 1 can be expanded. Further, the engaging hole 9 and the engaging hook 15 are raised while lifting the heavy wall panel 1, which has been a problem in the related art (the latter related art).
Since the work for aligning the (daruma hole 34 and the engaging protrusion 35) to engage the engaging hook 15 with the engaging hole 9 is not a burden on the operator, the workability is improved. Of.

Further, in this example, the structure of the joiner 14 also has an advantage. First, the engaging hook 1
5 is formed by cutting and raising a part of the joiner 14. That is, since the engagement hook 15 is formed integrally with the joiner 14, the number of parts can be reduced and the structure of the joiner 14 can be simplified. Further, the joiner 14 has a two-layer structure in which the front surface layer 17 of the spring material and the back surface layer 16 of the channel steel material are adhered to each other, and the engagement hook 15 is formed by cutting and raising only the front surface layer 17 of the spring material. It can be mentioned. That is, since the joiner 14 connects the pair of wall panels 1, the strength is originally required. However, in order to increase the strength of the joiner 14, when increasing the thickness of the joiner 14, the engagement is increased. The thickness of the joiner 14 can be increased by forming only the thickness of the back surface layer 16 while leaving the thickness of the front surface layer 17 forming the hook 15 unchanged, thereby improving the strength of the joiner 14 and engaging hooks 15 Can be equipped with a suitable elasticity without change. In addition, the joiner 1 is provided at the widthwise center of the joiner 14.
4 is a jig insertion hole 25 for inserting a hooking jig for pulling the wall panel 4 upward from the pair of wall panels 1 (see FIG. 9).
Is formed. That is, when the joiner 14 is removed from the pair of wall panels 1, the hooking jig can be hooked in the jig insertion hole 25 to lift the joiner 14 upward, which improves the detachability. There is. More specifically, the side pieces 6 of the pair of wall panels 1
The jig insertion hole 25 provided in the central portion in the width direction of the joiner 14 located in the gap between the joints is a dry joint material filled between the side pieces 6 of the pair of wall panels 1, When the joint material is removed, the jig insertion hole 25 is exposed on the front surface of the wall panel 1 through the gap between the side pieces 6 of the pair of wall panels, that is, the construction worker Wall panel 1
The hooking jig can be hooked in the jig insertion hole 25 from the front position of the above, and the construction worker can easily lift the joiner 14 by pulling it up.

As described above, in the wall panel connecting structure according to the first aspect of the present invention, as described above, in order to connect a pair of wall panels, the back side of the pair of wall panels must be connected. In addition to disposing the joiner, a pair of engaging hooks provided on the surface opposite to the back piece of the joiner is provided on the back piece of the wall panel.
Since it is performed by engaging with the engaging holes of the pair of wall panels, the pair of wall panels connected to each other has their back pieces connected to each other via the joiner, Since filling of the joint material between the side pieces of the wall panel can be filled in all the gaps between the side pieces, filling of the joint material between the side pieces of the pair of wall panels after connection is performed by the gap between the side pieces. Since it can be filled in all, even if a dry joint material is used as the joint material, the contact area between the dry joint material and the side piece can be made large, and the joint material can be provided with high waterproof performance. In addition, although the long engaging hook and the short engaging hook forming a pair of engaging hooks have the same projecting positions from the opposite surface of the back piece, the height of the lower end of the introduction portion of the short engaging hook is high. The height position above the height position of the elastic contact part of the long engagement hook. Therefore, the elastic contact portion of the above-mentioned long engagement hook holds the lower edge portion of the engagement hole of one wall panel to temporarily lock the joiner to the other wall panel and then the other wall. With the panel in place,
The short engagement hook of the temporarily locked joiner can be inserted and arranged inside the engagement hole of the other wall panel without abutting the introduction portion thereof to the lower edge of the engagement hole of the other wall panel. That is, one of the pair of wall panels is arranged at a predetermined position, the joiner is arranged on the back side of the wall panel, and the engagement hook projecting from the rear surface of the joiner is provided. Among them, the elastic contact portion of the long engagement hook is temporarily locked to the lower edge portion of the engagement hole of the back piece of the one wall panel, and the other wall panel of the pair of wall panels is connected to the one wall panel. Arranged at a predetermined position adjacent to the panel, insert the short engagement hook of the engagement hooks into the engagement hole of the back piece of the other wall panel, and drop the joiner temporarily locked down 1 The lower edge of the pair of engaging holes is clamped by the elastic contact parts of the pair of engaging hooks. It is possible to perform connection construction of a pair of wall panels by such construction work, and since the joiner arranged on the back side of the wall panel can be temporarily locked to the wall panel, the construction worker can It is possible to perform the above-mentioned construction work without turning around, and in this construction work, there is no work that puts a burden on the construction worker such as aligning the engagement hole and the engagement hook while lifting the heavy wall panel. The workability in connection construction of a pair of wall panels is improved.

In addition to the effect of claim 1, in the wall panel connection structure according to claim 2, the joiner is pulled out upward from the pair of wall panels at the widthwise central portion of the joiner. Since a jig insertion hole for inserting a hanging jig to be lifted is formed, when removing the joiner from the pair of wall panels, it is provided at the center in the width direction of the joiner located in the gap between the pair of wall panels. The work can be done by hooking a hooking jig to the jig insertion hole and lifting the wall panel upward, that is, the construction worker can perform the above work from the front side of the wall panel. Workability is improved.

Further, in the wall panel connection structure according to claim 3, in addition to the effect of claim 1, the joiner has a two-layer structure in which a front layer and a back layer are bonded together,
Since only the front layer is partially cut and raised to form an engaging hook having an appropriate elasticity, in order to improve the strength of the joiner, it is necessary to increase the thickness of the joiner. The strength of the joiner can be improved by forming only the thickness of the back surface layer while keeping the thickness of the layer as it is, and the engaging hook is provided with appropriate elasticity without increasing the thickness of the engaging hook. Further, the joining hook is formed by cutting a part of the joiner to reduce the number of parts of the joiner and simplify the structure of the joiner.
