As described above, according to the floor substrate structure according to the present invention, the metal having the side surface and the lower surface that are bent downward from both sides of the upper surface and provided with a recess in the middle. A first cross member, a second cross member made of metal having a side surface portion bent downward from both sides of the upper surface portion and provided with a recess in the middle, and a lower surface portion, and a cross member orthogonal to the first cross member. Since the structure using the synthetic resin cross member connecting device having a contact prevention part for preventing contact between them is adopted, the metal material of the first cross member and the second cross member directly contact each other. Therefore, the generation of squeak noise due to contact between metal materials can be prevented, and furthermore, it is only necessary to fit the connecting portion of the cross member connecting tool into a predetermined portion of the first and second cross members. Since both cross members can be connected easily and firmly, and in addition, labor for processing and the like can be reduced, Easily and quickly can be combined subfloor, there is an effect that excellent workability.
