Further, in the case of the sanitary napkin according to the conventional example 2, since the upper absorbent body is fixed to the lower absorbent body at the front and rear ends respectively, the upper absorbent body may not be largely displaced. Although not present, the force associated with the movement of the body (this force is mainly transmitted from the rear end side (glute side) where the movement is large) is transmitted to the upper absorbent body, and at the same time as blood drainage, the upper absorbent body is transferred. Is not fixed, there is a problem that the upper absorbent body is displaced in an intermediate portion corresponding to the blood drainage site, and leakage easily occurs.

On the other hand, in the case of the sanitary napkin according to Conventional Example 3, the upper absorbent body and the lower absorbent body are connected by the "continuous portion formed by the surface sheet" mentioned in the specification. Due to the structure, the upper absorbent body is appropriately restrained, and even if the lower absorbent body is displaced due to the movement of the underwear, the upper absorbent body is retained without being displaced from the blood drainage site. After that, the lower absorbent body has an advantage that it is returned to the original state by the restoring force of the connecting portion. However, in the case of such a structure, the function can be surely exerted up to a certain amount of movement of the body, but when the movement of the body exceeds the allowable range, it is accompanied by a large displacement of the lower absorbent body. After all, there is a problem that the upper absorber is displaced.

The structure of the sanitary napkin 1 will be described in more detail below. As the liquid-impervious backsheet 2, a sheet material having at least water impermeability such as an olefin resin sheet such as polyethylene or polypropylene is used. In addition to this, a laminated non-woven fabric obtained by laminating a non-woven fabric on a polyethylene sheet or the like, or a non-woven fabric sheet (in this case, a waterproof film and a non-woven fabric are used together with a waterproof film interposed therebetween to ensure substantially liquid impermeability). Which constitutes the liquid-permeable back sheet) or the like. In recent years, from the viewpoint of preventing stuffiness, a material having moisture permeability tends to be used. This water-impermeable / moisture-permeable sheet material is obtained by melt-kneading an inorganic filler in an olefin resin such as polyethylene or polypropylene to form a sheet, and then stretching the sheet uniaxially or biaxially It is a sheet.

Next, as the liquid-permeable surface sheet 3, a perforated or non-perforated non-woven fabric, a porous plastic sheet or the like is preferably used. As the material fibers constituting the non-woven fabric, for example, synthetic fibers such as olefins such as polyethylene or polypropylene, polyesters, polyamides, etc., regenerated fibers such as rayon or cupra, natural fibers such as cotton, etc. can be used. A nonwoven fabric obtained by an appropriate processing method such as a lace method, a spun bond method, a thermal bond method, a melt blown method, or a needle punch method can be used. Among these processing methods, the spunlace method is excellent in flexibility and drapability, and the thermal bond method is excellent in bulkiness and softness. In addition,
As in this example, if the crepe paper 5 surrounding the absorbent body 4 is provided and, as a result, the crepe paper 5 is interposed between the liquid-permeable surface sheet 3 and the absorbent body 4, excellent absorption is achieved. The crepe paper 5 quickly diffuses the body fluid and prevents the menstrual blood and the like from returning.

The width of the upper absorbent body 9 is narrower than that of the lower absorbent body 4. Specifically, the width B 1 of the upper absorbent body 9 is preferably 2 to 6 cm, preferably 3 to 5 cm, and is 30 with respect to the width B 2 of the lower absorbent body.
It is desirable to be 70%, preferably 40-60%. When the width B 1 of the upper absorbent body 9 is less than 2 cm, the body fluid discharge portion of the wearer cannot be sufficiently covered and leakage easily occurs. If it exceeds 6 cm, the fit of the wearer's body fluid discharge part cannot be ensured.

When the wearer exercises while wearing the sanitary napkin 1, the underwear 30 receives a large acting force due to the motion of the wearer, and tensile deformation and compression deformation and lateral displacement are frequently repeated. become. When the sanitary napkin 1 fixed to the underwear receives a lateral force due to the deformation or movement of the underwear, the rear end side portion (the buttocks side portion) of the sanitary napkin 1 including the lower absorbent body 4 moves in the underwear. With this, the free section 13 of the upper absorbent body 9 is separated from the lower absorbent body 4, so that the lower absorbent body 4 is moved to the original position even if the lower absorbent body 4 is largely moved. Stays in the position and does not cause a positional shift. Further, since the force in the moving direction of the lower absorbent body 4 is not transmitted to the upper absorbent body 9 side, even in the joining section of the upper absorbent body 9 including the blood drainage site H, the positional displacement does not occur and the blood is discharged to the wearer's blood drainage portion. It keeps the fit condition, and it surely prevents leakage.

In order to facilitate the relative movement of the upper absorbent body 9 and the lower absorbent body 4 in the free section 13 of the upper absorbent body 9, a liquid-permeable sheet covering the lower surface side of the upper absorbent body 9 or It is desirable that the average dynamic friction coefficient between the liquid-impermeable sheet and the liquid-permeable surface sheet that covers the surface side of the lower absorber is 0.5 or less. When the average dynamic friction coefficient exceeds 0.5, the force in the left-right direction is transmitted to the upper absorber 9 side due to friction as the lower absorber 4 moves, and the upper absorber 9 is displaced. There is.

On the other hand, in order to allow the rear end side region 20 of the sanitary napkin including the lower absorbent body 4 to be easily deformed in the left-right direction (swing-shaped deformation movement) in accordance with the deformation or movement of the underwear, For example, as shown in FIG. 5, cuts 15 and 15 are formed in both side edge portions S of the sanitary napkin 1 at a substantially boundary portion K between a joining section and a non-joining section of the upper absorbent body 9 with respect to the lower absorbent body 4 side. It is desirable to form the notches 4a and 4a on both side edge portions S of the lower absorbent body 4 while forming the notches.

As a method other than the above, for example, as shown in FIG. 6, the lower absorber 4 of the upper absorber 9 is used.
It is desirable to provide the stretchable portions 16 on both side edge portions S of the sanitary napkin 1 at the substantially boundary portion K between the joining section and the non-joining section with respect to the side. As the structure of the stretchable portion 16, as the liquid-permeable surface sheet 3, a nonwoven fabric composed of long fibers made of an elastic resin material such as polyurethane that easily reversibly plastically deforms, or the fibers themselves when stretched. Although the fiber diameter does not change, a zigzag or spiral crimp is formed, and by using a non-woven fabric or a stretchable plastic sheet that is stretchable by stretching the crimp, the liquid impermeable Stretchability may be imparted to the portion by using a stretchable plastic sheet as the back sheet 2.
The portion may be stretched by embossing in a wavy or stretchable manner. In this case also, the lower absorbent body 4 has a notch 4 on both side edges S.
It is desirable to form a and 4a.

As yet another method, as shown in FIG. 7, the lower absorbent body 4 has a physiological property at a substantially boundary portion K between a joined section and a non-joined section of the upper absorbent body 9 with respect to the lower absorbent body 4 side. It is possible to provide a folded portion 17 having a Z-shaped cross section in the longitudinal direction of the sanitary napkin 1 so that the rear end side region 20 of the sanitary napkin including the lower absorbent body 4 can be easily deformed in the left-right direction. In this case, it is desirable to use a sheet-shaped absorber that is as thin as possible for the lower absorbent body 4 in order to eliminate the feeling of stiffness of the folded portion 17.

By the way, in the above-mentioned case, the part of both side edges S, S of the sanitary napkin 1 is mainly processed, but as shown in FIG. Elasticity may be given to the entire rear end side region 20 (hatched region) including the sanitary napkin. The stretchability is imparted by using a stretchable non-woven fabric or a stretchable plastic sheet as the liquid permeable front sheet 3 and a stretchable plastic sheet as the liquid impermeable back sheet 2.
