Description
The present invention relates to absorbent articles such as sanitary napkins, panty liners and incontinence pads for absorbing menstrual blood and vaginal discharge. The present invention relates to an absorbent article having a section and an individual absorbent article.
Conventionally, as absorbent articles such as sanitary napkins, panty liners, incontinence pads, liquid-permeable back sheet made of polyethylene sheet or polyethylene laminated nonwoven fabric, and liquid-permeable made of nonwoven fabric or porous plastic sheet, etc. A material in which an absorbent body made of cotton pulp or the like is interposed between the top sheet and the top sheet is known.
Numerous improvements have been made on this type of absorbent article, and various means for preventing leakage of body fluids have been taken. As one of these bodily fluid leakage prevention means, there is a technique for improving the adhesion with the local part by forming a middle-high part with an increased thickness of the absorber in the blood drainage part. In recent years, various improvements have been attempted with respect to the structure of the middle and high portions.
For example, in the following
Moreover, in
First, in the case of a general middle-high part, it is composed of the same material as the absorbent body, that is, a fiber mainly composed of pulp fiber. Without returning to the shape, the fit and adhesion to the local area deteriorated, and side leakage sometimes occurred. The invention described in
Therefore, the main problem of the present invention is that it is possible to flexibly fit to the local area without impairing the feeling of wearing, and is excellent in resilience even when subjected to a large body pressure. It is in providing an adhesive article and its individual absorbent article.
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, as the present invention according to
The middle and high portions are folded into a bellows by repeatedly folding and folding the sheet material alternately to form a bellows shape, joining the distal ends to each other at the folded portion on the proximal side in the attached state, and the proximal end Joining the section from the folded portion that is the base end side to the intermediate point that is directed to the folded portion that is the distal end side in the part where the surfaces that are directed to the folded portion that is the distal end side face each other,
The range from the joint point of the folded part on the base end side to the middle of the outer side surfaces on both sides is joined on the top sheet, and the joint point of the folded part on the base end side is centered in the developed state of the absorbent article As described above, an absorbent article is provided in which a plurality of hollow cells have a cross-sectional shape radially connected.
In the first aspect of the invention, the structure of the middle and high portions is folded into a bellows shape by repeatedly folding the sheet material while alternately repeating the mountain fold and the valley fold, and the distal end portion at the folded portion which becomes the base end side in the attached state Joining each other and facing from the folded portion at the proximal end to the folded portion at the distal end side toward each other, toward the folded portion at the distal end side from the folded portion at the proximal end side Joining the section up to the middle point, joining the range from the joint point of the folded portion on the base side to the middle of the outer side surfaces on both sides on the top sheet, in the deployed state of the absorbent article, the base side The cross-sectional shape is such that a plurality of hollow cells are radially connected around the junction of the folded portion.
The middle and high parts of the above structure can be flexibly fitted to the local area without impairing the wearing feeling. In addition, because multiple side walls that bond each hollow cell are pillars, they have resilience even when subjected to body pressure from the middle and high parts made of general pulp fibers, and fit to the local area Can be maintained, and when crushed by body pressure, the air inside the hollow cell is discharged to the outside so that it is possible to prevent stuffiness. Furthermore, since the hollow cell can be folded and expanded into a fan shape when expanded, it can be thinned in an individual state and can be easily carried.
In the present invention, “the section from the folded portion on the base end side to the intermediate point toward the folded portion on the distal end side is joined” is configured from the folded portion on the proximal end side to the distal end. In addition to the case of joining all the sections up to the middle point toward the folded-back part, the portion between the folded-up part as the base end side to the middle point toward the folded-up part as the distal end side And a mode in which the intermediate portion is joined.

Next, a porous or non-porous nonwoven fabric or a porous plastic sheet is preferably used as the
The said
As the synthetic fiber, for example, polyolefins such as polyethylene or polypropylene, polyesters such as polyethylene terephthalate and polybutylene terephthalate, polyamides such as nylon, and copolymers thereof can be used. It may be what you did. In addition, a composite fiber such as a core-sheath fiber, a side-by-side fiber, or a split fiber having a fiber having a high melting point as a core and a fiber having a low melting point as a sheath can also be used. In the case of a hydrophobic fiber, it is desirable to use a synthetic fiber that has been surface-treated with a hydrophilizing agent so as to have an affinity for body fluids.
The
Examples of the pulp fiber include chemical fibers obtained from wood, cellulose fibers such as molten pulp, and artificial cellulose fibers such as rayon and acetate. Softwood pulp having a longer fiber length than hardwood pulp functions and It is preferably used in terms of price.
On the other hand, the width dimension of the liquid-
As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the side

[About mid-high section 6]
Hereinafter, the middle and
As shown in FIG. 5 (A), the middle and
Then, as shown in FIG. 6, ranges 18 and 18 from the joining point 17 (bundle portion) of the folded-
As the
As the absorbent sheet, for example, an airlaid pulp nonwoven fabric or a material obtained by mixing and heat-sealing chemical fibers with this can be suitably used.
As the surface material, a non-porous or porous nonwoven fabric or a porous plastic sheet (mesh sheet) can be used. When a porous plastic sheet is used, a second sheet made of a hydrophilic nonwoven fabric is interposed between the absorbent sheet and the surface sheet. It is desirable to intervene. As the nonwoven fabric type of the second sheet, a bulky air-through nonwoven fabric is desirable.
As the
As described above in the manufacturing procedure of the middle-
Further, as shown in FIG. 6, it is preferable that the
By the way, by providing the
On the other hand, in the case of the
