Description

【0001】

【0041】

Figure 0004542288
【0042】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to absorbent articles such as sanitary napkins, panty liners, and incontinence pads for absorbing menstrual blood, vaginal discharge, urine, and the like, and in particular, blood discharge regardless of underwear displacement due to body movement. The present invention relates to an absorbent article that can maintain a state in which an absorbent body is fitted to a site.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as an absorbent article N such as a sanitary napkin, a panty liner, a cage sheet, an incontinence pad, for example, as shown in FIG. 10, a liquid-impermeable back sheet 50 made of a polyethylene sheet or a polyethylene laminated nonwoven fabric, for example. And an absorbent body 52 made of cotton-like pulp or the like is known between a non-woven fabric or a liquid-permeable surface sheet 51 made of a porous plastic sheet.
[0003]
In this type of absorbent article, in order to prevent misalignment, for example, one or a plurality of pressure-sensitive adhesive layers 53, 53 are formed on the non-use surface side (outer surface), and further, both sides in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent article. The wing-shaped flaps W, W extending outward are integrally formed in the part, and the adhesive layers 54, 54 are provided on the surface of the wing-shaped flaps W, W on the liquid-impervious back sheet side. There is something that was made. In the product state, a release paper is temporarily attached to these pressure-sensitive adhesive layers 53.
[0004]
When fixing this absorbent article N to the undergarment, as shown in FIG. 4, after first peeling off the release paper temporarily attached to the non-use surface side, the absorbent article N is locally applied, The wing-shaped flaps W, W protruding in the direction are taken out from the underwear, and both wing-shaped flaps W, W are folded at the fold lines RL, RL so that the crotch portion of the underwear is wound and adhered to the outer surface of the crotch portion of the underwear To do.
[0005]
Although the absorbent article N is fixed to the underwear by the fixing method described above, the underwear may move in the front / rear and left / right directions depending on the body movement. There is a problem that the absorbent article N fixed to the body moves and the absorbent body 52 is displaced from the blood discharge site.
[0006]
For example, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 62-56025 (conventional example 1), Japanese Patent Publication No. 5-73419 (conventional example 2) and Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 10-33589 (conventional example 3) address such problems. An absorbent article structure is proposed in which the absorbent body is divided into a lower absorbent body and an upper absorbent body, and the entire absorbent body is prevented from being misaligned with the underwear.
[0007]
Specifically, the conventional example 1 proposes a sanitary pad having a structure in which a bar-like pad is fixed to the inner side surface of the band-shaped pad body that is applied to a female local area in the center longitudinal direction, and only the upper end portion thereof is fixed. The upper absorbent body is provided with a nonwoven fabric on the upper surface side and the upper surface is provided with waterproof paper, the upper surface is provided with the nonwoven fabric or the absorbent paper, the waterproof paper is provided on the lower surface side, and a fixing tape is disposed on the lower surface of the waterproof paper. A sanitary napkin having a structure in which the upper absorbent body and the lower absorbent body are fixed only at both ends in the longitudinal direction is proposed, and in the conventional example 3, the absorbent portion constituting the absorbent article Comprises an upper layer absorber and a lower layer absorber, each of which is formed independently and disposed in a substantially non-contact state, and is phase-shifted with respect to the lower layer absorber in the width direction. Change Absorbent articles coated has been proposed by the topsheet.
[0008]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the case of the sanitary napkin according to the conventional example 1, since only the upper end portion of the bar-shaped pad is fixed to the sanitary napkin body, the bar-shaped pad is substantially restrained elsewhere. It can move freely. Therefore, there is a possibility that the rod-shaped pad is greatly displaced due to intense movement of the body at the time of wearing or on the contrary, causing leakage.
[0009]
Further, in the case of the sanitary napkin according to the conventional example 2, since the upper absorbent body is fixed at the front and rear ends respectively with respect to the lower absorbent body, the upper absorbent body is not greatly displaced, The force accompanying the movement of the body (this force is transmitted mainly from the rear end side (buttock side) where movement is large) is transmitted to the upper absorbent body, and the upper absorbent body is fixed at the site corresponding to blood drainage. Therefore, there is a problem that the upper absorbent body is misaligned at the intermediate portion corresponding to the blood removal site, and leakage is likely to occur.
[0010]
On the other hand, in the case of the sanitary napkin according to the conventional example 3, the upper absorbent body and the lower absorbent body are connected by the “continuous portion formed by the surface sheet” in the same specification. The upper absorbent body is in a properly restrained state, and even if the lower absorbent body is displaced due to the movement of the underwear, the upper absorbent body is held without being displaced from the blood drainage site. The lower absorbent body has an advantage that it returns to its original state by the restoring force of the connecting portion. However, in such a structure, the function can be surely exerted up to a certain degree of body movement, but if the body movement exceeds the allowable range, it is accompanied by a large displacement of the lower absorbent body. After all, there is a problem that the upper absorber is misaligned.
[0011]
Therefore, the main problem of the present invention is that the upper absorbent body does not follow the movement of the lower absorbent body, no matter how the underwear moves, so that it does not deviate from the original position and can maintain a state fitted to the body. It is in providing the absorbent article which was made.
[0012]

[0021]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
1 is a plan view of a sanitary napkin 1 according to the present invention, FIG. 2 is a view taken along the line II-II in FIG. 1, and FIG. 3 is a view taken along the line III-III in FIG.
[0022]
The sanitary napkin 1 includes a liquid-impervious back sheet 2 made of a polyethylene sheet, a polypropylene sheet, etc., a liquid-permeable front sheet 3 that allows permeation of menstrual blood, cages, and the like, and a space between the two sheets 2 and 3. A lower absorbent body 4 made of cotton-like pulp or synthetic pulp intervening, a crepe paper 5 surrounding the lower absorbent body 4 for maintaining its shape and improving diffusibility, and the liquid-permeable surface sheet 3 The upper absorbent body 9 is disposed on the surface side of the sanitary napkin 1 in the longitudinal center position of the sanitary napkin 1. The outer edge of the liquid back sheet 2 and the liquid permeable surface sheet 3 are joined by an adhesive such as hot melt or an adhesive means such as heat seal, and the side edges of the liquid back sheet 2 and the liquid permeable surface sheet 3 are lateral to the lower absorbent body 4. Extending therefrom and said liquid-impermeable back sheet 2 and said liquid-permeable surface sheet 3 are joined by adhesive means such as adhesive or heat sealing, such as a hot melt.
[0023]
Hereinafter, the structure of the sanitary napkin 1 will be described in detail.
As the liquid-impermeable back sheet 2, a sheet material having at least water shielding properties such as an olefin resin sheet such as polyethylene or polypropylene is used. In addition, a laminated nonwoven fabric obtained by laminating a nonwoven fabric on a polyethylene sheet or the like, or A nonwoven fabric sheet (in this case, the waterproof film and the nonwoven fabric constitute a liquid-impervious back sheet) can be used after substantially impervious to liquid imperviousness by interposing a waterproof film. In recent years, those having moisture permeability tend to be used from the viewpoint of preventing stuffiness. The water- and moisture-permeable sheet material is a microporous material obtained by melting and kneading an inorganic filler in an olefin-based resin such as polyethylene or polypropylene to form a sheet, and then stretching in a uniaxial or biaxial direction. It is a sheet.
[0024]
Next, as the liquid-permeable surface sheet 3, a porous or non-porous nonwoven fabric or a porous plastic sheet is preferably used. Examples of the material fibers constituting the nonwoven fabric include synthetic fibers such as polyethylene or polypropylene, synthetic fibers such as polyester and polyamide, recycled fibers such as rayon and cupra, and natural fibers such as cotton. A nonwoven fabric obtained by an appropriate processing method such as a lace method, a spun bond method, a thermal bond method, a melt blown method, or a needle punch method can be used. Among these processing methods, the spunlace method is excellent in terms of flexibility and drapeability, and the thermal bond method is excellent in terms of being bulky and soft. In addition, if the crepe paper 5 which surrounds the absorber 4 is provided like this example and the crepe paper 5 intervenes between the liquid-permeable surface sheet 3 and the absorber 4 as a result, an absorptivity The crepe paper 5 which is excellent in diffusing body fluids quickly prevents reversal of menstrual blood and the like.
[0025]
The lower absorbent body 4 interposed between the liquid-impervious back sheet 2 and the liquid-permeable top sheet 3 is made of, for example, fluffy pulp and a water-absorbing polymer. The water-absorbing polymer is mixed in the pulp constituting the absorber as, for example, granular powder. Examples of the pulp include chemical fibers obtained from wood, cellulose fibers such as dissolving pulp, and artificial cellulose fibers such as rayon and acetate. Softwood pulp having a longer fiber length than hardwood pulp functions and It is preferably used in terms of price.
[0026]
On the rear side of the sanitary napkin 1, side embosses 10, 10 are applied to both side positions of the lower absorbent body 4 from the upper surface side of the liquid-permeable surface sheet 3 along the longitudinal direction, and the lower absorbent body 4 is positioned. It is designed to prevent misalignment.
[0027]
On the other hand, one or more adhesive layers 14 and 14 (see FIG. 3) are provided on the outer surface side of the liquid-impermeable back sheet 2 along the longitudinal direction of the napkin, and the sanitary napkin 1 is discharged. On both sides in the vicinity of the blood site H, a part of the liquid-permeable top sheet 3 extends sideways, and a part of the liquid-impervious backsheet 2 extends sideways. The permeable flaps W and W are formed by joining the liquid-permeable topsheet 3 portion and the liquid-impervious backsheet 2 portion that are extended in the direction by hot melt adhesive or the like. In addition to the adhesive layers 11 and 11 being provided on the surface of the liquid-impervious back sheet 2 side, both the liquid-permeable top sheet 3 and the liquid-impervious back sheet 2 are provided on both sides on the rear side. The laterally extending portions form the buttock side flaps W B and W B , Adhesive layers 12, 12 are provided on the surface of the liquid-permeable back sheet 2.
[0028]
The upper absorbent body 9 disposed on the surface side of the liquid-permeable surface sheet 3 and at the center position in the longitudinal direction of the napkin is a non-woven fabric or porous plastic on the surface side of the absorbent body surrounded by the crepe paper 8. The absorbent body is covered with a liquid-permeable sheet 6 such as a sheet and the back side is covered with a liquid-permeable sheet 7A or a liquid-impermeable sheet 7B. In this case, in order to transmit the bodily fluid absorbed by the upper absorbent body 9 to the lower absorbent body 4 side, the back side is covered with the liquid permeable sheet 7A, and the upper absorbent body 9 has sufficient absorbency. The back side can be covered with the liquid-impermeable sheet 7B. Of course, you may enclose so that the whole may be wrapped with one liquid-permeable sheet.
[0029]
The width dimension of the upper absorbent body 9 is narrower than the width dimension of the lower absorbent body 4. Specifically, the width B 1 of the upper absorbent body 9 is 2 to 6 cm, preferably 3 to 5 cm, and is 30 to 70%, preferably 40 to 60% with respect to the width B 2 of the lower absorbent body. % Is desirable. If the width B 1 of the upper absorber 9 is less than 2cm is likely leakage occurs can not be sufficiently covering the fluid discharge portion of the wearer. On the other hand, if it exceeds 6 cm, the fit of the wearer to the body fluid discharge part is not ensured.
[0030]
The upper absorbent body 9 is manufactured as a separate body and then fixed to the surface side of the liquid-permeable top sheet 3. In the present invention, in particular, in the present invention, at least from the front side position of the blood drainage site H to the range including the blood drainage site is substantially joined and integrally formed with the lower absorber 4 side, A free section portion in which the rear side portion from the joint rear end position K up to the range including the blood drainage site H is not joined to the lower absorbent body 4 side (liquid permeable surface sheet 3) and is not substantially restrained from moving. 13 is constituted.
[0031]
As shown in the drawing, the front edge of the upper absorbent body 9 is preferably located at the same position as the front edge of the sanitary napkin 1, but at least the front side position relative to the blood drainage site H is preferred. As long as the front part is joined as a starting point as a wrinkle end, the front part of the sanitary napkin 1 may be set to a position on the inner side of the wrinkle edge part. In addition, the rear edge of the upper absorbent body 9 is substantially aligned with the edge of the lower absorbent body 4 in the illustrated example, but may be shorter than this.
[0032]
In the sanitary napkin 1 described above, the upper absorbent body 9 is just applied to the blood drainage part of the wearer, and as shown in FIG. 4, wing-like flaps W and W protruding from the side and the heel part side wing-shaped flaps W B, the W B out from the underwear 30, both wing-shaped flaps W ..., W B ... the fold line RL, folded in RL, the crotch outer surface of the undergarment 30 while allowing involve crotch portion of an undergarment It is attached so as to adhere.
[0033]
When the wearer exercises with the sanitary napkin 1 worn, the underwear 30 receives a large acting force by the wearer's movement, and tensile deformation, compression deformation, lateral displacement, and the like are frequently repeated. When the sanitary napkin 1 fixed to the underwear by the deformation or movement of the undergarment receives a force in the left-right direction, the rear end side portion (the buttock side portion) of the sanitary napkin 1 including the lower absorbent body 4 is moved to the underwear. Accordingly, the free section 13 of the upper absorbent body 9 is separated from the lower absorbent body 4, so that the original position is maintained even if the lower absorbent body 4 moves greatly. Does not cause misalignment. In addition, since the force in the moving direction of the lower absorbent body 4 is not transmitted to the upper absorbent body 9 side, even in the joining section of the upper absorbent body 9 including the blood drainage site H, the positional displacement does not occur and the blood drainage part of the wearer The fitted state is maintained, and leakage is reliably prevented.
[0034]
In order to make the relative movement between the upper absorbent body 9 and the lower absorbent body 4 smooth in the free section 13 of the upper absorbent body 9, a liquid-permeable sheet or impermeable liquid covering the lower surface side of the upper absorbent body 9. It is desirable that the average dynamic friction coefficient between the conductive sheet and the liquid-permeable surface sheet covering the surface side of the lower absorbent body is 0.5 or less. When the average dynamic friction coefficient exceeds 0.5, a force in the left-right direction is transmitted to the upper absorbent body 9 due to friction as the lower absorbent body 4 moves, and the upper absorbent body 9 is displaced. There is.
[0035]
On the other hand, in order for the rear end side region 20 of the sanitary napkin including the lower absorbent body 4 to be easily deformed in the left-right direction (swing-like deformation movement) as the undergarment is deformed or moved, for example, FIG. As shown in FIG. 5, at the substantially boundary portion K between the joining section and the non-joining section of the upper absorbent body 9 with respect to the lower absorbent body 4, cuts 15 and 15 are formed in both side edges S of the sanitary napkin 1. It is desirable to form the cuts 4a and 4a in the side edges S of the lower absorbent body 4.
[0036]
Further, as a method other than the above, as shown in FIG. 6, for example, both sides of the sanitary napkin 1 at the substantially boundary portion K between the joining section and the non-joining section of the upper absorbent body 9 with respect to the lower absorbent body 4 side. It is desirable to provide the stretchable part 16 at the edge S. As the structure of the stretchable part 16, as the liquid-permeable surface sheet 3, a nonwoven fabric made of a long fiber made of an elastic resin material that is easily reversibly plastically deformed, such as polyurethane, or the fiber itself when stretched is used. Although the fiber diameter does not change, zigzag or spiral crimps are formed, and the crimps are stretched to use a nonwoven fabric or a stretchable plastic sheet that exhibits stretchability. A stretchable plastic sheet may be used as the back sheet 2 to give stretchability to the portion, or embossing may be applied to the portion by embossing in a manner that shows wavy or stretchability. May be. In this case as well, it is desirable to form the cuts 4a and 4a in the side edges S of the lower absorbent body 4.
[0037]
As another method, as shown in FIG. 7, the sanitary napkin 1 is attached to the lower absorbent body 4 at a substantially boundary portion K between the joined section and the non-joined section of the upper absorbent body 9 with respect to the lower absorbent body 4 side. It is also possible to provide a folded portion 17 having a Z-shaped cross section in the longitudinal direction, and the rear end side region 20 of the sanitary napkin including the lower absorbent body 4 can be easily deformed in the left-right direction. In this case, it is desirable to use a sheet-like absorbent body as thin as possible for the lower absorbent body 4 in order to eliminate the feeling of crease in the folded portion 17.
[0038]
By the way, in the above-described case, processing is mainly performed on both side edges S, S, etc. of the sanitary napkin 1, but as shown in FIG. You may make it give elasticity to the rear-end side area | region 20 whole area (hatched area | region) of a napkin. As a method for imparting stretchability, a stretchable nonwoven fabric or a stretchable plastic sheet is used as the liquid-permeable surface sheet 3, and a stretchable plastic sheet is used as the liquid-impermeable back sheet 2.
[0039]
In order to allow the rear end region 20 of the lower absorbent body 4 to be easily deformed in the left-right direction, as shown in FIG. 9, except for the method of forming the cuts 4a, 4a at both side edges as described above. The lower absorbent body 4 may be separated into the front end side absorbent body 4A and the rear end side absorbent body 4B at a substantially boundary portion K between the joined section and the non-joined section of the upper absorbent body 9 with respect to the lower absorbent body 4 side. it can.
[0040]
【Example】
In this example, a test was performed on a suitable value of the average dynamic friction coefficient between the lower surface side sheet covering the lower surface side of the upper absorbent body 9 and the upper surface side sheet covering the lower absorbent body 4 (liquid permeable surface sheet 3). In the test, materials placed on the lower surface of the upper layer are affixed and fixed to a loading test plate with a hook on a stainless steel piece (63 mm × 63 mm, 200 g), and the upper surface of the sliding test table is placed on the upper surface of the lower layer. Cut the material into 250mm x 100mm width and affix it, and place it with the material surface of the load plate facing the material surface fixed on the test bench, and the thread tied to the hook in the horizontal direction The average dynamic friction coefficient was calculated from the tensile force during sliding. The measurement conditions were a test speed of 300 mm / min, a recording speed of 200 mm / min, and a test distance of 100 mm. Also, as sensory evaluation, product samples were prototyped, wearing test by 10 women, samples with the upper and lower absorbers completely joined together as a reference, ◎, ○, × A three-stage evaluation was performed. These results are shown in Table 1.
[0041]
[Table 1]
Figure 0004542288
[0042]
As described above, from the results of Table 1, when the average dynamic friction coefficient is 0.5 or less, it is found that the evaluation of と し て can be obtained as the sensory evaluation, and the lower surface of the upper layer is a non-perforated film. In the case where the upper surface is a perforated film (in Table 1, the result of the central test of Case 2), it was found that the average dynamic friction coefficient is the minimum value, which is the most desirable mode.
[0043]
【The invention's effect】
As described above in detail, according to the present invention, the upper absorbent body does not follow the movement of the lower absorbent body, no matter how the underwear moves, so that it does not shift from the initial position, and maintains a state fitted to the body. To get. As a result, leakage of body fluid can be reliably prevented.
