液100mlとからなる本発明害虫防除剤を作成した。
尚、酢酸ブチルは、分泌性警報フェロモンの類似活性物

実施例1で作成した害虫防除剤の性能を下記条件にて試
験し、評価した。ポリエチレンカップ(直径11.6c
m、高さ6cm)の底部に石英砂を薄く敷き、適当に水
を滴下した。その中にアミメアリ100頭放飼し、3日
後試験に用いた。処理前にポリエチレンカップ蓋に2個
穴を開けた。一方では該カップ底部に0.5mlの混合
殺虫剤を4cmの長さにスポイトにて滴下した後、別の
穴から対照区の水または警報フェロモン溶液 0.5m
lを滴下してアミメアリの行動を観察した。また、アリ
の移動によって殺虫薬剤にふれ、その後致死したアリの
固体数を数えた(表1参照)。警報フェロモン水溶液を
処理した後のアミメアリの行動を処理前、処理後2〜3
分目、処理後15分目、処理後30分目以降に観察した
結果を図1に示した。処理前のアミメアリ1は群をつく
っていたが、警報フェロモン溶液2を処理すると2〜3
分後でクモの子を散らすように分散し、多数のアミメア
リはポリエチレンカップ3の縁を回り始め混合殺虫剤4
で処理した所で薬剤と接触した。その後20分程度でま

以上の結果より、警報フェロモン溶液処理すればアリの
移動を容易にさせ、結果的に薬剤に触れやすくして防除
