Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.哺乳動物の癌を治療するための医薬の製造における、非MHC限定細胞傷害 活性を特徴とする安定な細胞系のサイトカインに刺激される細胞の使用であって 、前記治療が、 哺乳動物に、化学療法剤を用いる1クールの療法および前記細胞を用いる1ク ールの療法を共投与すること、 の段階を含んで成り、 これにより、前記共投与が前記化学療法および前記細胞療法の相加的抗癌効果 を越える抗癌効果を有する使用。 2.細胞療法が、化学療法剤を用いるクールの治療の間に投与される、請求の範 囲1に記載の使用。 3.細胞療法が、化学療法剤を用いるクールの治療の後に投与される、請求の範 囲1に記載の使用。 4.化学療法剤が、アルキル化剤、抗生物質、代謝拮抗剤、植物由来の作用物質 およびホルモンから成る群から選択される、請求の範囲1に記載の使用。 5.化学療法剤がアドリアマイシンである、請求の範囲4に記載の使用。 6.化学療法剤がシスプラチナである、請求の範囲4に記載の使用。 7.細胞が、TALL−104、TALL−103/2、TALL−107、Y TおよびNK−92から成る群から選択される安定な細胞系由来である、請求の 範囲1に記載の使用。 8.前記癌が哺乳動物の耐性腫瘍である、請求の範囲1に記載の使用。 9.細胞療法および化学療法剤の併用効果が、細胞療法の非存在下で必要とされ るよりも少ない用量の化学療法剤が有効であることを可能にす る、請求の範囲1に記載の使用。
