Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. (a) 一級または二級ジ-またはポリアミンおよび溶融加工性の第1の実 質的にフッ素化されていないベースポリマーを含み、前記第1の実質的にフッ素 化されていないポリマーが、前記ジ-またはポリアミンと反応性である結合組成 物を提供するステップと、 (b) 結合組成物を反応させてアミン官能性ベースポリマーを形成する ステップと、 (c) アミン官能性ベースポリマーを、前記結合組成物に含まれている 第1の実質的にフッ素化されていないベースポリマーとは異なる第2の実質的に フッ素化されていないポリマーと組み合わせて、実質的にフッ素化されていない ポリマー配合材料を形成するステップと、 (d) フルオロポリマーを提供するステップと、 (e) フルオロポリマーからできたフッ素化層と接触している実質的に フッ素化されていないポリマー配合材料からできた実質的にフッ素化されていな い層を含む多層製品を形成するステップとを含み、アミン官能性ベースポリマー が、実質的にフッ素化されていない層の界面に2層を結合するのに十分な量で存 在する、フルオロポリマーを実質的にフッ素化されていないポリマー材料に結合 する方法。 2. (a) 一級または二級ジ-またはポリアミンおよび溶融加工性の第1の実 質的にフッ素化されていないベースポリマーを含み、前記第1の実質的にフッ素 化されていないポリマーが、前記ジ-またはポリアミンと反応性である結合組成 物を提供するステップと、 (b) 結合組成物を、前記結合組成物に含まれている第1 の実質的にフッ素化されていないベースポリマーと異なり、前記ジ-またはポリ アミンによって化学的に分解されない第2の実質的にフッ素化されていないポリ マーと組み合わせて、実質的にフッ素化されていないポリマー配合材料を形成す るステップと、 (c) フルオロポリマーを提供するステップと、 (d) フルオロポリマーからできたフッ素化層と接触している実質的に フッ素化されていないポリマー配合材料からできた実質的にフッ素化されていな い層を含む多層製品を形成するステップとを含み、 結合組成物が、実質的にフッ素化されていない層とフッ素化層との界面に2層を 結合するのに十分な量で存在する、フルオロポリマーを実質的にフッ素化されて いないポリマー材料に結合する方法。 3. 得られる多層組成物の少なくとも1つの面に少なくとも1つの追加層を 適用するステップをさらに含む請求項1または2に記載の方法。 4. (a) フルオロポリマーを含む第1の層と、 (b) (1) 一級または二級脂肪族ジ-またはポリアミンを溶融加工性の 第1の実質的にフッ素化されていないポリマーと反応させてできるアミン官能性 で実質的にフッ素化されていないベースポリマー、および (2) 前記第1の実質的にフッ素化されていないポリマーと異 なる第2の実質的にフッ素化されていないポリマー を含む第2の層とを含み、 アミン官能性ベースポリマーが、第1および第2の層を結合するのに十分な量で 前記第2の層中に存在する多層製品。 5. 前記製品の少なくとも1つの面に少なくとも1つの追加層をさらに含む 請求項4に記載の製品。 6. 前記製品が、ホース、容器、シートまたはフィルムである請求項4また は5に記載の製品。 7. 再帰反射性ベースシートをさらに含む請求項4または5に記載の製品。 8. 前記第2の実質的にフッ素化されていないポリマーが、ポリウレタン、 変性および未変性ポリオレフィン、ポリスチレン、ポリエステル、ポリカーボネ ート、ポリケトン、ポリウレア、ポリアクリレート、およびポリメタクリレート からなる群より選択されるポリマーを含む請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の方 法または製品。 9. 前記結合組成物が、粘着付与剤をさらに含む請求項1〜8のいずれか1項 に記載の方法または製品。 10. 前記結合組成物が、有機オニウム化合物触媒をさらに含む請求項1〜9の いずれか1項に記載の方法または製品。 11. 前記フルオロポリマーが、フッ化ビニリデンから誘導される共重合単位 を含む1つ以上のポリマーと、フッ化ビニリデンのホモポリマーと、フッ化ビニ リデンとテトラフルオロエチレンおよびヘキサフルオロプロピレンからなる群よ り選択される1つ以上のモ ノマーとから誘導されるコポリマーまたはターポリマーと、1つ以上のヘキサフ ルオロプロピレン、テトラフルオロエチレン、およびクロロトリフルオロエチレ ンモノマーと1つ以上の非フッ素化オレフィン性不飽和モノマーとを含むモノマ ーから誘導される共重合単位を含む1つ以上のポリマーと、テトラフルオロエチ レン、エチレン、およびヘキサフルオロプロピレンを含むモノマーから誘導され る共重合モノマー単位を含む1つ以上のポリマーと、テトラフルオロエチレン、 およびプロピレンを含むモノマーから誘導される共重合モノマー単位を含む1つ 以上のポリマーとからなる群より選択されるポリマーを含む請求項1〜10のいず れか1項に記載の方法または製品。
