Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.哺乳動物におけるIGF-1応答性の状態についての治療の方法であって、該方 法は、IGF-Iまたはその改変体と、少なくとも1つのグリコサミノグリカンで同 時治療を包含し、該同時治療は、所望の治療学的応答を促進する、方法。 2.請求項1に記載の方法であって、前記哺乳動物がヒトである、方法。 3.請求項1に記載の方法であって、前記所望の治療学的応答が、前記IGF-Iも しくはその改変体単独、または前記グリコサミノグリカン単独で観察される応答 よりも大きい、方法。 4.請求項1に記載の方法であって、前記同時治療が、単一の薬学的組成物中の 、前記IGF-Iまたはその改変体、および前記グリコサミノグリカンをともに、前 記哺乳動物に投与する工程を包含する、方法。 5.請求項4に記載の方法であって、前記グリコサミノグリカンが、35,000〜45 ,000Dのヘパリン、デルマタン硫酸、コンドロイチン硫酸A、コンドロイチン硫 酸C、およびヘパラン硫酸からなる群より選択される、方法。 6.請求項1に記載の方法であって、前記IGF-I応答性の状態が、神経変性障害 である、方法。 7.請求項6に記載の方法であって、前記神経変性障害が、運動ニューロン疾患 、多発性硬化症、筋ジストロフィー、糖尿病ニューロパシー、脱髄末梢性ニュー ロパシー、パーキンソン病、アルツハイマー病、および外傷性の脊髄病変の続発 症からなる群より選択される、方法。 8.請求項7に記載の方法であって、IGF-Iまたはその改変体の量が、約5μg/k g/用量〜約30μg/kg/用量であり、グリコサミノグリカンの量が、約0.1mg/kg/用 量〜約5mg/kg/用量である、方法。 9.請求項8に記載の方法であって、グリコサミノグリカン:IGF-Iまたはその 改変体の比率が、約50:1である、方法。 10.請求項1に記載の方法であって、前記同時治療は、2つの薬学的組成物に おいて、前記IGF-Iまたはその改変体、および前記グリコサミノグリカンを、別 々に、前記哺乳動物に投与する工程であって、該組成物の一方が、該IGF-Iまた はその改変体を含有し、そして該組成物の他方が、該グリコサミノグリカンを含 有する、工程を包含する方法。 11.IGF-Iまたはその改変体と、少なくとも1つのグリコサミノグリカンとの 組合せを含有する薬学的組成物であって、該組合わせは、該薬学的組成物を、IG F-I治療における使用について有効にする、薬学的組成物。 12.請求項11に記載の薬学的組成物であって、前記IGF-Iまたはその改変体 は、約15μg/ml〜約2,000μg/mlの濃度であり、前記グリコサミノグリカンは、 約0.3mg/ml〜約350mg/mlの濃度である、薬学的組成物。 13.請求項12に記載の薬学的組成物であって、該組成物が、前記IGF-Iまた はその改変体を、約5μg/kg〜約30μg/kgの用量で投与するために、および前記 グリコサミノグリカンを、約0.1mg/kg〜約5mg/kgの用量で投与するために、適 切である、薬学的組成物。
