Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.触媒の存在下に液体を処理ガスと反応させるための反応器であって、該反応 器は、下記(a)〜(f)を含むことを特徴とする反応器。 (a)該液体と該ガスとの間に所望の反応を引き起こすための触媒手段を含む第 1反応域を囲む連続壁 (b)該液体の未反応部分を該反応器に送入するために該第1反応域の上部に配 設された液体送入手段 (c)該処理ガスの未反応部分を該反応器に送入するために該第1反応域の下部 に配設されたガス送入手段 (d)該液体の反応部分を該反応器から送出するために該第1反応域の下部に設 けた液体送出手段 (e)該処理ガスの反応部分を該反応器から送出するために該第1反応域の上部 に配設されたガス送出手段 (f)該液体の一部分が該反応域の一部分をバイパスすることができるように該 第1反応域に設けた液体バイパス手段であって、該第1反応域の該一部分をバイ パスする該液体の量を調節するための液体バイパス調節手段を含む液体バイパス 手段 2.該処理ガスは、該第1反応域を通る該液体の流れと実質的に逆方向に、該第 1反応域を通って流れさせることを特徴とする請求の範囲1記載の反応器。 3.該反応器は、複数個の該反応域を含むことを特徴とする請求の範囲1記載の 反応器。 4.該反応域は、それぞれ該液体バイパス手段を含むことを特徴とする請求の範 囲3記載の反応器。 5.該反応器は、さらに下記(a)および(b)を含むことを特徴とする請求の 範囲1記載の反応器。 (a)該第1反応域の上部に配設された第2反応域 (b)該処理ガスの流れを該液体流れと実質的に同じ方向にするために、該第2 反応域の上部に配設された第2ガス送入手段 6.該液体バイパス手段は、該液体の一部分を該第1反応域を完全にバイパスさ せることを特徴とする請求の範囲1記載の反応器。 7.該反応器は、さらに該第1反応域の上部に配設された液体分配トレイを含み 、また該液体バイパス手段が下記(a)〜(c)を満足する上部区画と下部区画 とを有する導管を含むことを特徴とする請求の範囲1記載の反応器。 (a)所定のフラッディング条件で該液体分配トレイの該液体と流体連通し、そ こで該液体分配トレイに蓄積した該液体により静水力学的シールを形成する上部 区画 (b)該第1反応域の下部に延在した下部区画 (c)該バイパス手段を通って蒸気を上昇させない手段を末端に有する下部区画 8.該上部区画は、逆U字型に形成され、その末端が該液体分配トレ イの上部に配置されることを特徴とする請求の範囲7記載の反応器。 9.該上部区画は、上方に延在する末端と該末端の上部に配設されたキャップを 有し、該キャップは該末端の下部に開く底部を含むことを特徴とする請求の範囲 7記載の反応器。 10.該液体バイパス手段は、該液体を2つ以上の連続する反応域をバイパスさ せることを特徴とする請求の範囲3記載の反応器。 11.触媒の存在下に液体を処理ガスと反応させるための反応器であって、該反 応器は、下記(a)〜(f)を含むことを特徴とする反応器。 (a)該液体と該ガスとの間に所望の反応を引き起こすに適した触媒を含む第1 反応域を囲む連続壁 (b)該液体の未反応部分を該反応器に送入するために該第1反応域の上部に配 設された液体送入口 (c)該処理ガスの未反応部分を該反応器に送入するために該第1反応域の下部 に配設されたガス送入口 (d)該液体の反応部分を該反応器から送出するために該第1反応域の下部に配 設された液体送出口 (e)該処理ガスの反応部分を該反応器から送出するために該第1反応域の上部 に配設されたガス送出口 (f)該液体の一部分が該第1反応域の一部分をバイパスすることができるよう に該第1反応域に配設された少なくとも一つの液体バイパス管であって、該第1 反応域の該一部分をバイパスする 該液体の量を調節することができる液体バイパス調節器を含む液体バイパス管 12.該処理ガスは、該第1反応域を通る該液体の流れと実質的に逆方向に、該 第1反応域を通って流れさせることを特徴とする請求の範囲11記載の反応器。 13.該反応器は、複数個の該反応域を含むことを特徴とする請求の範囲11記 載の反応器。 14.該反応域は、それぞれ少なくとも一つの該液体バイパス管を含むことを特 徴とする請求の範囲13記載の反応器。 15.該反応器は、さらに下記(a)および(b)を含むことを特徴とする請求 の範囲11記載の反応器。 (a)該第1反応域の上部に配設された第2反応域 (b)該処理ガスの流れを該液体流れと実質的に同じ方向にするために、該第2 反応域の上部に配設された第2ガス送入口 16.該液体バイパス管は、該液体の該一部分を該第1反応域を完全にバイパス させることを特徴とする請求の範囲11記載の反応器。 17.該反応器は、さらに該第1反応域の上部に配設された液体分配トレイを含 み、また該液体バイパス管が下記(a)〜(c)を満足する上部区画と下部区画 とを有する導管を含むことを特徴とする請求の 範囲11記載の反応器。 (a)所定のフラッディング条件で該液体分配トレイの該液体と流体連通し、そ こで該液体分配トレイに蓄積した該液体により静水力学的シールを形成する上部 区画 (b)該第1反応域の下部に延在した下部区画 (c)該バイパス手段を通って蒸気を上昇させない手段を末端に有する下部区域 18.該上部区画は、逆U字型に形成され、その末端が該液体分配トレイの上部 に配置されることを特徴とする請求の範囲17記載の反応器。 19.該上部区画は、上方に延在する末端と該末端の上部に配設されたキャップ を有し、該キャップは該末端の下部に開く底部を含むことを特徴とする請求の範 囲17記載の反応器。 20.該液体バイパス管は、該液体を2つ以上の連続する反応域をバイパスさせ ることを特徴とする請求の範囲13記載の反応器。 21.蒸気を上方に流さない該手段は、機械的手段であることを特徴とする請求 の範囲7記載の反応器。 22.蒸気を上方に流さない該手段は、水力学的シール手段であることを特徴と する請求の範囲7記載の反応器。 23.蒸気を上方に流さない該手段は、機械的手段であることを特徴とする請求 の範囲17記載の反応器。 24.蒸気を上方に流さない該手段は、水力学的シール手段であることを特徴と する請求の範囲17記載の反応器。
