Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.それぞれ水素処理触媒(hydroprocessing catalyst)を含有する2段以上 の反応段で、水素含有処理ガスの存在下に炭化水素系供給原料を水素処理する方 法であって、該方法において(1)供給原料の流れについての第1の反応段は、 処理ガスの流れについては最後であり、(2)供給原料の流れについての各連続 する下流反応段は、処理ガスの流れについては次の上流段であり、(3)供給原料 と処理ガスは両者とも、各反応段において同時に流れ(flow co-currently)、 (4)各反応段からの液体生成物は、そのストリッピング段において溶解気体を ストリッピングされ、(5)2段以上のストリッピング段が単一のストリッピン グ槽に収納されており、さらに該方法は、下記工程(a)〜(g)を含むことを 特徴とする水素処理方法。 (a)該炭化水素系供給原料を、第1の反応段において、貫流水素含有処理ガス および下流反応段からの循環処理ガスを含む処理ガスの存在下で反応させる工程 であって、該反応段は、水素処理触媒を含有し、水素処理条件で運転されて、液 体成分と蒸気成分とからなる反応生成物を生成する工程 (b)該蒸気成分と液体成分とを分離する工程 (c)該液体成分についてのみのストリッピング域において、該液体成分から溶 解した気体状物質をストリッピングする工程 (d)工程(c)の該ストリッピングされた液体成分を、供給原料の流れについ ての次の下流反応段において反応させる工程であって、該反応段は、水素処理触 媒を含有し、水素処理条件で運転されて、液体成分と蒸気成分とからなる反応生 成物を生成する工程 (e)該蒸気成分と該液体成分とを分離する工程 (f)該液体成分についてのみのストリッピング域において、該液体成分から溶 解した気体状物質をストリッピングする工程 (g)該液体流が、供給原料についての最後の下流反応段で処理されるまで、( d)、(e)および(f)を繰り返す工程 2.供給原料の流れについての少なくとも第1の反応段は、供給流からヘテロ 原子を除去するための水素化処理触媒(hydrotreating catalyst)を収納し、約 50〜約3,000psigの圧力で約100〜約400℃の温度の水素化処理 条件下で運転されることを特徴とする請求の範囲1記載の水素処理方法。 3.すべての反応段は、供給流からヘテロ原子を除去するための水素化処理触 媒を含有し、約50〜約3,000psigの圧力で約100〜約400℃の温 度の水素化処理条件下で運転されることを特徴とする請求の範囲2記載の水素処 理方法。 4.供給原料の流れについての下流の反応段の少なくとも一つは、水素化分解 触媒(hydrocracking catalyst)を含有し、約200〜425℃の温度および液 体の1時間当たりの空間速度約0.5〜10V/V/Hrの水素化分解条件下で 運転されることを特徴とする請求の範囲1記載の水素処理方法。 5.供給原料の流れについての下流反応段の少なくとも一つは、芳香族化合物 の水素添加のための水素添加触媒(hydrogenation catalyst)を含有し、約 40〜約400℃の温度、約100〜3,000psigの圧力の水素添加条件 下で運転されることを特徴とする請求の範囲1記載の水素処理方法。 6.該水素化処理触媒は、元素周期率表の第VIII族から選ばれる少なくと も1種類の金属と、第VI族から選ばれる少なくとも1種類の金属とを含み、該 金属は無機耐火性担体に担持されていることを特徴とする請求の範囲2記載の水 素処理方法。 7.該第VIII族金属は貴金属、Fe、CoおよびNiからなる群より選択 され、該第VI族金属はMoおよびWから選択されることを特徴とする請求の範 囲6記載の水素処理方法。 8.少なくとも該第1の反応段は、適切な担体に担持されたCoおよびMoを 含む触媒を含有し、少なくとも一つの下流反応段は、適切な担体に担持されたN iおよびMoを含む触媒を含有することを特徴とする請求の範囲7記載の水素処 理方法。 9.該貴金属は、PtおよびPdから選択されることを特徴とする請求の範囲 7記載の水素処理方法。 10.該芳香族水素添加触媒は、無機耐火性担体に担持されたニッケルまたは PtおよびPdから選択される貴金属を含むことを特徴とする請求の範囲5記載 の水素処理方法。 11.該水素化分解触媒は、ゼオライト担体に担持された第VIII族金属を 含み、該第VIII族金属は鉄、コバルト、ニッケル、ルテニウム、ロジウム、 パラジウム、オスミウム、イリジウムおよび白金からなる群より選択されれ、さ らに該ゼオライト物質は約4〜12オングストロームの比較的均一な直径を有す る結晶孔を有し、かつシリカ/アルミナモル比が約3を超えるゼオライトである ことを特徴とする請求の範囲4記載の水素処理方法。 12.該第VIII族の金属の量は該触媒の全重量に基づいて約0.05〜3 0重量%であり、該ゼオライトはモルデン沸石、クリノブチロル沸石、フェリエ ライト、ダチアルダイト、菱沸石、エリオナイトおよびホージャサイトからなる 群より選択されることを特徴とする請求の範囲11記載の水素処理方法。 13.水素化処理反応段である第1の反応段と、水素化分解段である第2の反 応段と、芳香族飽和段である第3の反応段の3つの反応段が存在することを特徴 とする請求の範囲1記載の水素処理方法。 14.少なくとも一つのストリッピング域は、液体からのH2S、NH3および 他の溶解気体の除去を促すストリッピングメジアン(stripping median)を有す ることを特徴とする請求の範囲1記載の水素処理方法。 15.ヘテロ原子を除去するための水素化処理段である第1の段と、供給流を 低沸点生成物に転化するための水素化分解段である第2の段の2つの反応段 があることを特徴とする請求の範囲1記載の水素処理方法。 16.少なくとも一つ、ただし全てではない反応段からの液体反応生成物は、溶 解した気体状物質をストリッピングすることなく、次の下流反応段へ通されるこ とを特徴とする請求の範囲1記載の水素処理方法。
