Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.赤外線(IR)装置が設けられており、該赤外装置は、赤外線送信装置を用 いて車道領域を照射し、赤外線受信装置を用いて車道からのビームを受け取り、 車道状態に関する情報を得るため、後方散乱赤外線ビームの強度を異なる2つの 波長領域で評価する形式の、車道状態識別装置において、 前記送信装置は照射赤外線ビームの強度を、前記2つの波長領域のうち少な くとも一方で時間的に変化させ、 前記受信装置は後方散乱ビームの少なくとも一部分を、照射ビームの強度変 化の時間経過特性と相関させることを特徴とする、 車道状態識別装置。 2.前記の時間的な変化には照射ビーム強度のタイミング制御が含まれる、請求 項1記載の装置。 3.前記の時間的な変化には照射ビームの周期的な変調が含まれる、請求項1ま たは2記載の装置。 4.前記の時間的な変化には照射ビームのパルス符号化が含まれる、請求項1〜 3のいずれか1項記載の装置。 5.前記送信装置は、2つの波長領域に対する強度をそれぞれ異なる時間経過特 性で変化させる、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項記載の装置。 6.前記送信装置は、2つの波長領域において時分割多重でビームを照射する、 請求項5記載の装置。 7.前記送信装置は、2つの波長領域においてそれぞれ異なる変調周波数でビー ムを照射する、請求項6記載の装置。 8.前記送信装置は照射休止期間中、ビームを照射しない、請求項1〜7のいず れか1項記載の装置。 9.前記受信装置は照射休止期間中、2つの波長領域のうち少なくとも一方にお いて未知のビームに対する値を求める、請求項8記載の装置。 10.前記受信装置は、未知のビームについて求められた値を受信素子の動作点調 整に用いる、請求項9記載の装置。 11.前記送信装置は、2つの波長領域のために2つの別個の送信素子を有する、 請求項1〜10のいずれか1項記載の装置。 12.前記送信装置は、2つの波長領域のための1つの広帯域送信素子と、2つの 波長領域のためにビーム路中に配置された波長選択形フィルタを有する、請求項 1〜10のいずれか1項記載の装置。 13.前記送信装置は、別個の送信素子から送出されるビームの強度を変化させる 、請求項11記載の装置。 14.ビーム路中に制御可能な光弁が設けられている、請求項1〜13のいずれか 1項記載の装置。 15.前記受信装置は、2つの波長領域のために別個の受信素子を有する、請求項 1〜14のいずれか1項記載の装置。 16.前記受信装置は、2つの波長領域のために1つの共通の広帯域受信素子を有 する、請求項1〜14のいずれか1項記載の装置。 17.送信素子として発光ダイオードおよび/またはレーザダイオードが設けられ ている、請求項1〜16のいずれか1項記載の装置。 18.受信素子として1つまたは複数のホトダイオードが設けられている、請求項 1〜17のいずれか1項記載の装置。 19.前記の送信装置と受信装置はモノスタティックに配置されている、請求項1 〜18のいずれか1項記載の装置。 20.付加的なマイクロ波送受信装置が設けられている、請求項1〜19のいずれ か1項記載の装置。 21.前記マイクロ波送信装置の送信出力も時間的に変化させる、請求項20記載 の装置。 22.前記受信装置の測定値はアナログ/ディジタル変換後、分類装置へ供給され 、該分類装置は車道状態に関する複数のクラスのうちの1つへのクラス分けを行 う、請求項1〜21のいずれか1項記載の装置。 23.前記分類装置へ供給された測定値は、2つの波長 領域における後方散乱送信信号に対する測定値を少なくとも有する、請求項22 記載の装置。 24.前記分類装置へ、受信した未知のビームに対する少なくとも1つの測定値が 供給される、請求項22または23記載の装置。
