Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.少なくとも2層の金属シートを具える可撓性多層金属箔構造であって、その 層を、各々が0.006インチ(0.15mm)以下の厚さを有する金属箔とし 、 前記2層の金属シートを、波形にするとともに互いに組み合わせてスタックに し、 そのスタックの波形の一部を圧縮して、前記層の相互に重なり合う折り畳みを 形成したことを特徴とする可撓性多層金属箔構造。 2.波形にされ、組み合わされ、かつ、二つの金属箔シートと重なり合う第3の 金属シートを更に具えることを特徴とする請求の範囲1記載の可撓性多層金属箔 構造。 3.前記波形を、前記波形を横切る折り目に圧縮して、前記構造が、前記折り目 における波形スタックの折り曲げによる可撓性を有するようにしたことを特徴と する請求の範囲1記載の可撓性多層金属箔構造。 4.前記層間にギャップを設けるスペーサを具えることを特徴とする請求の範囲 1記載の可撓性多層金属箔構造。 5.少なくとも2層の金属シートを形成し、その層の各々を、0.006インチ (0.15mm)以下の厚さを有する金属箔とするステップと、 前記金属シートのスタックを横切る波形を形成し、前記層の波形を組み合わせ てスタックにするステップと、 前記金属シートのスタックの波形の一部を圧縮して、前記層の折り畳み及び重 なり合いを形成するステップとを具えることを特徴とする可撓性多層金属箔構造 の製造方法。 6.前記スタックが第3金属シートを具えることを特徴とする請求の範囲5記載 の可撓性多層金属箔構造の製造方法。 7.前記層が互いに重なり合うように圧縮するとともに前記構造に対して折り曲 げによる可撓性を設けるように前記波形を横切る折り目を形成するステップを更 に具えることを特徴とする請求の範囲5又は6記載の可撓性多層金属箔構造の製 造方法。 8.前記層を互いに重ね合わせるように圧縮を行うために前記第1の波形を横切 る第2の波形を形成するステップを更に具えることを特徴とする請求の範囲5又 は6記載の可撓性多層金属箔構造の製造方法。 9.前記スタックが、前記層間にギャップを設けるスペーサを具えることを特徴 とする請求の範囲6記載の可撓性多層金属箔構造の製造方法。 10.個別の波形金属シートを設けるステップと、 その波形金属シートの組合わせスタックを形成し、そのスタックが少なくとも 3層の金属シートを具え、前記層のうちの少なくとも2層を、0.006インチ (0.15mm)以下の厚さを有する金属箔とするステップと、 前記金属シートのスタックの波形の一部を圧縮して、前記層の相互に重ね合わ せた折り畳みを形成するステップとを具えることを特徴とする可撓性多層金属箔 構造の製造方法。 11.前記構造に折り曲げによる可撓性を設けるために前記波形を横切る折り目 を形成するステップを更に具えることを特徴とする請求の範囲10記載の可撓性 多層金属箔構造の製造方法。 12.各々が0.006インチ(0.15mm)より大きい厚さを有する少なく とも2層の金属シートを具え、その2層の金属シートを互いに組み合わせて波形 にし、その波形の一部を圧縮して前記層の重なり合った折り畳みを形成したこと を特徴とする可撓性多層金属箔構造。 13.波形にされ、組み合わされ、かつ、二つの金属箔シートと重なり合う第3 の金属シートを更に具えることを特徴とする請求の範囲12記載の可撓性多層金 属箔構造。 14.前記層間にギャップを設けるスペーサを具えることを特徴とする請求の範 囲12記載の可撓性多層金属箔構造。 15.各々が0.006インチ(0.15mm)より大きい厚さを有する少なく とも2層の金属シートのスタックを形成するステップと、 前記金属シートのスタックを横切る波形を形成し、前記層の波形を組み合わせ てスタックにするステップと、 前記金属シートのスタックの波形の一部を圧縮して、前記層の折り畳み及び重 なり合いを形成するステップとを具えることを特徴とする可撓性多層金属箔構造 の製造方法。 16.前記スタックが第3金属シートを具えることを特徴とする請求の範囲15 記載の可撓性多層金属箔構造の製造方法。 17.前記構造に折り曲げによる可撓性を設けるために前記波形を横切る折り目 を形成するステップを更に具えることを特徴とする請求の範囲15記載の可撓性 多層金属箔構造の製造方法。 18.個別の波形金属シートを設けるステップと、 その波形金属シートの組合わせスタックを形成し、そのスタックが、0.00 6インチ(0.15mm)より大きい厚さを有する少なくとも2層の金属シート を具えるステップと、 前記金属シートのスタックの波形の一部を圧縮して、前記層を波形に折り畳ん で相互の重ね合わせを形成するステップとを具えることを特徴とする可撓性多層 金属箔構造の製造方法。 19.前記スタックが第3金属シートを具えることを特徴とする請求の範囲18 記載の可撓性多層金属箔構造の製造方法。 20.前記構造に折り曲げによる可撓性を設けるために前記波形を横切る折り目 を形成するステップを更に具えることを特徴とする請求の範囲18記載の可撓性 多層金属箔構造の製造方法。
