- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.複数の反応器、ここで前記反応器は内表面、外表面、第1開口および第2 開口を有する; 前記反応器の各々の内部に含有され、液体の循環を刺激する撹拌機; 複数の気体出口を有する共通のガスライン、ここで前記複数の反応器の各々は 前記反応器の中に入るように位置する少なくとも1つの気体出口を有する; 複数の液体出口を有する共通の液体ライン、ここで前記複数の反応器の各々は 前記反応器の中に入るように位置する少なくとも1つの液体出口を有する;およ び 複数の弁、ここで前記複数の反応器の各々は前記反応器上の第2開口に連結さ れた少なくとも1つの前記弁を有する; を含む、組合わせの化合物ライブラリーを合成する装置。 2.支持構造物; 前記支持構造物に連結されかつ前記共通のガスラインおよび共通の液体ライン を含有する共通のマニホールド; 前記支持構造物に連結されかつ前記複数の弁を含有する弁マニホールド;およ び 前記支持構造物に連結され、前記反応器を加熱するための熱交換器; をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の装置。 3.共通のマニホールドが複数のアクセス通路を有し、前記通路の各々が入口 および出口を有し、ここで前記出口は前記反応器の1つの中に入るように位置す る、請求項2に記載の装置。 4.前記通路上の入口を閉じる密閉装置をさらに含む、請求項3 に記載の装置。 5.前記通路が出口付近の断面積よりも入口の近傍付近において大きい断面積 を有する、請求項3に記載の装置。 6.共通のマニホールドが前記複数の反応器に除去可能に連結されており、さ らに 共通のマニホールドに取付けられ、第1位置と第2位置との間でマニホールド を動かすスライド装置;および 前記第1位置または第2位置の1つにおいて共通のマニホールドを固定するロ ッキング装置; を含む、請求項2に記載の装置。 7.共通のマニホールドに取付けられ、前記マニホールドに力を及ぼすことが できるグリップをさらに含む、請求項6に記載の装置。 8.共通のマニホールドが前記反応器上の第1開口とかみ合い、気密シールを 形成するボスを有し; 前記ボスが気体出口、液体出口、およびアクセス通路の出口を有する、 請求項2に記載の装置。 9.前記弁マニホールドが前記複数の弁のすべてを同時に作動する弁コントロ ール手段を有する、請求項2に記載の装置。 10.前記弁の各々が液体通路を有し、そして前記通路が化学的に不活性な材 料でカバーされている、請求項1に記載の装置。 11.前記化学的に不活性な材料がテフロンである、請求項10に記載の装置 。 12.前記弁の各々が化学的に不活性な材料から作られた流れコントロール部 材を含む、請求項1に記載の装置。 13.前記熱交換器が反応器の各々の外表面と接触する、請求項 2に記載の装置。 14.前記熱交換器が加熱素子および冷却素子を含有する、請求項13に記載 の装置。 15.前記熱交換器がカプトン(Kapton)ヒーターからなる、請求項1 3に記載の装置。 16.前記熱交換器が約4℃の最大温度変動を有する加熱の均一に分布した区 域を発生させる、請求項13に記載の装置。 17.前記熱交換器が反応器を前記熱交換器に解放可能に連結する複数の取付 部品を有する、請求項13に記載の装置。 18.前記共通のガスラインに連結された気体源および前記共通の液体ライン に連結された液体源をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の装置。 19.反応器がTeflonR、ガラス、プロピレン、ポリエチレン、セラミ ック、およびTeflonRでコーティングされたステンレス鋼から成る群より 選択される不活性材料から構成されている、請求項1に記載の装置。 20.反応器がその下部においてフリットと嵌合している、請求項1に記載の 装置。 21.撹拌機がプランジャー、撹拌棒、球、カラムまたはディスクから成る群 より選択される形状を有する、請求項1に記載の装置。 22.撹拌機が不活性材料でコーティングされている、請求項21に記載の装 置。 23.反応器に対して外部に位置する磁石により、撹拌機が反応器の内表面に 沿って縦方向に作動される、請求項1に記載の装置。 24.磁石がネオジムから作られている、請求項23に記載の装置。 25.コントローラー; 前記共通の液体ラインに連結された複数の加圧された液体容器; 液体容器および共通の液体ラインに流体的に連結された複数の液体容器の弁; をさらに含み、前記コントローラーは前記液体容器からの液体の流れをコントロ ールするこれらの複数の弁をコントロールする、請求項2に記載の装置。 26.前記弁コントロール手段をコントロールするコントローラーをさらに含 む、請求項9に記載の装置。 27.複数の反応器、ここで各反応器は下記の構成部分からなる:内表面、外 表面、第1開口および第2開口を有する線状ボディ;および反応器の各々の内表 面に沿って縦方向に作動される撹拌機; 反応器の各々の上の開口に取付けられた共通のマニホールド、ここで共通のマ ニホールドは下記の構成部分からなる:複数の気体出口を有する気体入口ライン に接続する気体入口、ここで各気体出口は反応器の各々の上の開口の中に入るよ うに位置する;および複数の流体出口を有する流体入口ラインに接続する流体入 口、ここで各流体出口は反応器の各々の上の開口の中に入るように位置する; 反応器の各々の外表面と接触する熱交換器;および 反応器の各々下の出口に接続された真空システム; を含む化合物を合成する装置。 28.熱交換器が反応器の下部において各反応器の外表面と接触する、請求項 27に記載の装置。 29.反応器の上部において各反応器の外表面と接触する冷却ブロックをさら に含む、請求項28に記載の装置。 30.工程: 反応媒質を含有する複数の反応器を準備し; 前記反応媒質を撹拌し; 前記反応媒質を加熱し; 弁を開いて化学物質源を前記複数の反応器と流体的に連結させ; 反応器のすべてに前記化学物質を同時に充填し; 前記反応器を複数の収集容器に流体的に連結させる複数の排出弁を開き;そし て 化学物質を反応器のすべてから収集容器に同時に排出する; を含む、組合わせの化合物ライブラリーを合成する方法。 31.工程: 共通のマニホールドに連結された複数の反応器を準備し; 前記共通のマニホールドは前記反応器の各々のための気体出口およびアクセス 通路を有し、前記アクセス通路は入口および出口を有し、前記各通路の出口は前 記反応器の1つの中に入るように位置する; 気体を前記気体出口から流して、反応器の中に正の気体圧を発生させ; アクセス通路の前記入口を開き; 試薬を添加し;そして 前記入口を閉じる; を含む、組合わせの化合物ライブラリーを合成する間に試薬を添加する方法。
