Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.スラリー液体中に気泡および粒子状固形物を含む3相スラリーと、該スラリ ーから2種類以上の組成のスラリーを形成する手段とを含む容器であって、該手 段は、下記要素(イ)〜(ハ)を含むことを特徴とする容器。 (イ)(i)内部区画と該内部区画の周囲を囲む外部区画とを含み、(ii)各 区画は上端が開放され、周囲側壁および閉鎖した底部を有し、(iii)底部は 流体導管を伴なう少なくとも1つのスラリーオリフィスを含み、(iv)流体導 管は該区画の少なくとも1つの該オリフィスから垂下する、流体で連絡される少 なくとも2つの隣接するスラリー固形物およびガス分離区画 (ロ)該外部区画内で形成されるガスの減少したスラリーを該外部区画から該内 部区画に移動させるための該区画の分離手段 (ハ)スラリーを該手段外部から該外部区画に移動させる流入手段 2.該区画を分離する該手段は、固形物濃度が該外部スラリーよりも高く、該内 部区画で形成される該スラリーよりも高くなるスラリーを形成するサイズに作ら れた堰手段と該外部区画とを含むことを特徴とする請求の範囲1記載の容器。 3.該スラリー形成手段は、2つ以上の該区画を含むことを特徴とする請求の範 囲2記載の容器。 4.該スラリー形成手段は、該区画の上端にガス収集および除去手段 を含むことを特徴とする請求の範囲1記載の容器。 5.炭化水素生成のためのスラリー炭化水素合成方法であって、該方法は、下記 工程(a)〜(d)を含むことを特徴とするスラリー炭化水素合成方法。 (a)H2とCOの混合物を含む合成ガスを、固形で粒子状の炭化水素合成触媒 と、該触媒および気泡をスラリー液体に含むスラリー本体中で、反応条件におい て少なくとも一部が液体である該炭化水素を該合成ガスから生成するために有効 な反応条件下において接触させる工程 (b)該スラリー本体からのスラリーの一部を、第1区画に移動させて、該気泡 および触媒の一部を分離して除去し、(i)該区画中のスラリーの一部からガス および触媒の減少したスラリーと、(ii)別の部分のスラリーからガスが減少 し触媒が増加したスラリーとを形成し、該ガスが減少し触媒が増加したスラリー を該スラリー本体に戻す工程 (c)該第1ガスおよび固形物の減少したスラリーを、該第1区画の少なくとも 1つの隣接区画下流に移動させて、それぞれの該区画内でさらに気泡を分離し除 去して、連続的にガスを減少させたスラリーを形成する工程 (d)スラリーを少なくとも1つの該区画から流体導管に移動させて、さらに所 望の位置に移動させる工程 6.該触媒およびガスの減少したスラリーは、該スラリー本体の下部に移動させ ることを特徴とする請求の範囲5記載のスラリー炭化水素 合成方法。 7.該触媒およびガスの減少したスラリーは、スラリー液体ろ過手段に移動させ ることを特徴とする請求の範囲5記載のスラリー炭化水素合成方法。 8.該第1区画は、また触媒濃度が該スラリー本体よりも高いスラリーを形成す ることを特徴とする請求の範囲5記載のスラリー炭化水素合成方法。 9.該触媒は、少なくとも1種類の担持させた第VIII族金属を含むことを特 徴とする請求の範囲5記載のスラリー炭化水素合成方法。 10.該合成ガスから生成した該炭化水素の少なくとも一部は、1回以上の転化 操作によって少なくとも1種類のより有用な生成物に品質向上させることを特徴 とする請求の範囲6記載のスラリー炭化水素合成方法。
