Claims (5)

  1. 光ディスクに情報を記録する際の記録パワーを決定する方法であって、
    光スポットの進行方向が外周から内周方向の場合、所定の試し記録領域を内周側から使用しながら、前記記録パワーを決定するために前記試し記録領域に所定のデータを書き込む、記録パワー決定方法。
  2. 複数の記録層を有する光ディスクに情報を記録する際の記録パワーを決定する方法であって、
    ある層にて光スポットの進行方向が外周から内周方向の場合、所定の試し記録領域を内周側から使用しながら、前記記録パワーを決定するために前記試し記録領域に所定のデータを書き込み、
    前記ある層とは異なる層にて光スポットの進行方向が内周から外周方向の場合、所定の試し記録領域を外周側から使用しながら、前記記録パワーを決定するために前記試し記録領域に所定のデータを書き込む、記録パワー決定方法。
  3. 前記光ディスクが追記型である請求項1又は2記載の記録パワー決定方法。
  4. 光ディスクに情報を記録する際の記録パワーを決定するプログラムであって、
    光スポットの進行方向が外周から内周方向の場合、所定の試し記録領域を内周側から使用しながら、前記記録パワーを決定するために前記試し記録領域に所定のデータを書き込む、記録パワー決定プログラム。
  5. 光ディスクに情報を記録する際の記録パワーを決定する装置であって、
    光スポットの進行方向が外周から内周方向の場合、前記所定の試し記録領域を内周側から使用し、記録パワーを決定するために前記試し記録領域に所定のデータを書き込む手段を備える、記録パワー決定装置。
