In the above packing box,
As for the cushioning material (3), (3) the notch (17) of the convex part (33) of the box bottom part (1)
Since it is fitted into (17) from above, the movement in the lateral direction is restricted, but it is free in the upward direction. The shock absorbing material (3) is lifted from the bottom (1) by the vibration or impact when the box bottom (1) is conveyed by the conveyor, and the protrusion (33) escapes from the notch (17) and the shock absorbing material (3). May be displaced sideways, causing trouble that home appliances cannot be fitted.

In particular, as shown in FIG. 3, when the wall plates (14) (14) along the longitudinal direction of the cushioning material (3) fall inward as shown by an arrow A, the wall plates (14) (14) ) Acts on the cushioning members (3) and (3) against the counterpart cushioning material, and thus the cushioning members (3) and (3) are easily displaced. When the wall plates (14) and (14) protrude higher than the cushioning material (3), the inward falling force of the wall plates (14) and (14) is larger, and the cushioning materials (3) and (3) It is even easier to displace. The present invention clarifies a packaging box in which the cushioning material does not shift.

[Function and effect] The hanging piece (16) is a concave portion (32) of the cushioning material (3).
, And has hit the wall surface of the concave portion (32), so that the movement of the cushioning material (3) is sealed, and the displacement of the cushioning material (3) does not occur. Therefore, when storing articles such as home electric appliances in the box, the articles are placed in the proper positions with respect to the cushioning material (3).

Since the hanging pieces (16) and (16) can be formed by cutting the wall plate (12) of the box, when the corrugated cardboard sheet is punched out in the expanded state of the housing to form a box blank, the hanging pieces (16) are simultaneously formed. Since it can be formed, the hanging piece (16) can be formed without increasing the number of steps. In the case of a cushioning material made of a foamed resin, the concave portion (32) of the cushioning material (3) is also formed with a convex portion corresponding to the concave portion (32) in the mold of the cushioning material (3), so that the process can be performed. It can be easily formed without increasing. Also, by providing the recessed portion (32) in the cushioning material (3), the amount of material used for the cushioning material (3) can be reduced.

Wall plates (14) (14) along the longitudinal direction of the cushioning material (3)
Even if the protruding height is high and it is easy to fall inward, the hanging piece (16) fitted in the recess (32) can be recessed (32) from the direction opposite to the direction in which the cushioning material (3) comes out. ) Hits the circular arc surface (32a), so that the high wall plates (14) and (14) swing and push the cushioning material (3) while the box bottom (1) is being conveyed by the conveyor, but the cushioning material (3) is It does not jump up. In addition, hanging piece (1
6) also covers the lateral displacement of the cushioning material (3), so that the cushioning material (3) is held in place.

In the practice of the present invention, the type of the cushioning material (3) is not particularly limited, including a material in which a fibrous fluid is sealed in a mold and solidified, and a material in which a cushioning sheet such as a cardboard sheet is laminated. Also, the cut for forming the hanging piece (16) is not limited to the U-shape, but can be cut and raised such as a V-shape and a square shape, and can be fitted into the concave portion (32) of the cushioning material (3). Any shape is acceptable.

Further, in the embodiment, the width W2 of the hanging piece (16)
Is slightly larger than the width W1 of the recess (32),
(16) and the wall surface of the cushioning material (3) made of foamed resin were elastically deformed and engaged slightly, but the width (W2) of the hanging piece (16) and the recess (32)
Even if the width W1 of the hooking pieces (16) and (16) is the same, the hanging piece (16) and the concave portion (32) may be formed due to a processing error of the hooking pieces (16) and (16), an error of fitting the cushioning material (3) into the box bottom (1), and the like. ) May cause some misalignment within the allowable range. When the hanging piece (16) is pressed into the recess (32), resistance occurs due to the contact between the two and the hanging piece (16) is naturally (16) (16)
There is no danger of escape from the recess (32).
