Description

【0001】

In order to protect the article, a buffer space is secured around the article placed in the outer box and placed on the bottom plate 51.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, since the cushioning material as described above is regulated and retained by the outer box, there is a problem that it cannot be made and the workability at the time of packing is poor.
[0004]
In addition, when a large external force is applied, the side plate may be deformed so as to fall outward, and sufficient buffering properties may not be obtained.
[0005]
Accordingly, the present invention is to provide a corrugated cardboard cushioning material that is stably retained in an assembled state and has excellent cushioning properties.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
To solve the above problems, the present invention is to erect the side plate which is provided continuously to the bottom plate, of the adjacent side plate, provided an insertion hole which is bent at an end of one side plate, the difference in the edge of the other side plate write unit projecting the, this insertion portion, the rocking piece faces downward when the side plate of the upstanding consecutively provided, the insertion portion insertion hole, insert while bending the swinging piece, the swing piece Thus, the insertion portion is prevented from coming out of the insertion hole by the return, and the standing state of the side plate with respect to the bottom plate is maintained, so that the assembled shape is stabilized.
[0007]
Further, both sides of the outer plate are cut obliquely to reduce the amount of material used, and the step is inclined 45 ° to obtain uniform strength in each direction.
[0008]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[0009]
As shown in FIG. 1, in this cardboard cushion blank, side plates 2 are connected to both side edges of the bottom plate 1, side plates 3 are connected to both end edges, and a top plate 4 and an outer surface plate 5 are sequentially connected to the side plates 2 and 3. It is connected to the other side.
[0010]
Bent insertion holes 6 are provided at both ends of the side plate 2, and the insertion holes 6 extend to the top plate 4. Insertion portions 7 project from both end edges of the side plate 3, and swing pieces 8 that face downward when the side plate 3 stands are connected to the insertion portion 7. At the base ends of the side plates 2 and 3, leg pieces 9 project from the bottom plate 1.
[0011]
Further, the top plate 4 is divided by a plurality of cuts, and the ridgelines of the top plate 4 and the side plates 2 and 3 and the outer plate 5 between them are alternately shifted with the cuts in between.
[0012]
Then, both side portions of the outer surface plate 5 are cut obliquely, and the steps of the blank are inclined 45 °.
