Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a corrugated cardboard cushioning material used for packing electrical products and the like.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, what was described in Unexamined-Japanese-Patent No. 11-130150 is proposed as a cardboard cushioning material used for packing of electrical products, such as AV equipment.
[0003]
As shown in FIG. 7, the cushioning material is formed by wrapping cardboard sheets from both sides to form frame members 54 to 56 having stepped portions 53 between the front and rear cylinders 51 and 52, and the frame members 54 to 56 are packed. It is bent along the outer periphery of the end of the object, and the end surface of the object to be packed is brought into contact with the step 53 of the frame members 54 to 56.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the cushioning material as described above has a problem in that workability is not very good since the two cylindrical bodies 51 and 52 must be formed simultaneously by assembling a small cardboard sheet during assembly.
[0005]
Moreover, since the end surface of the packaged item is received only by the step 53, there may be a case where sufficient buffering properties cannot be obtained.
[0006]
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a corrugated cardboard cushioning material that is easy to assemble and that can receive the end surface of an object to be packed in a wide area.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, in the corrugated cardboard cushioning material according to the present invention, each pair of side frame material and end frame material arranged so as to bend along the outer periphery of the end portion of the packaged object The rear edge plate, inner frame plate and inner edge plate sequentially connected from the rear edge are wound in a cylindrical shape, and the front edge plate and inner surface plate sequentially connected from the front edge of the outer frame plate are overlapped on the inner edge plate and inner frame plate, respectively, It is assumed that the pressure receiving plate and the rib plate are sequentially arranged, the pressure receiving plate of the side frame material is bent inward, the rib plates are brought into contact with each other, the pressure receiving plate of the end frame material is bent inward while curving the rib plate, The cut at the tip of the rib plate and the cut from the pressure receiving plate of the end frame material to the rib plate are inserted into each other.
[0008]
With this configuration, since the frame structure of each frame member is one, it is easy to assemble, and the end surface of the packed object is received on the entire surface of the pressure receiving plate, and is a rib plate combined vertically and horizontally. Since the back surface of the pressure receiving plate is supported, it has excellent buffering properties.
[0009]
In addition, when protrusions are provided on both side edges of the rib plate of the end frame member and the protrusions are inserted into kerfs of the inner frame plate of the side frame member, sliding between the frame members at the time of impact action is prevented, and a firm It becomes a structure.
[0010]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The blank of the cardboard cushioning material according to the present invention is shown in FIG. As shown in the figure, in this blank, each pair of side frame members 1 and end frame members 2 are alternately arranged, and a trailing edge plate 4 is provided at the rear edge of the outer frame plate 3 of each frame member 1, 2. The inner frame plate 5, the inner edge plate 6 and the creeping plate 7 are sequentially connected to the front edge of the outer frame plate 3, and the front edge plate 8, the inner surface plate 9, the pressure receiving plate 10, and the rib plate 11 are sequentially provided.
[0011]
In the connecting portions of the frame members 1 and 2, the side edges of the rear edge plate 4 are retreated toward the inner frame plate 5 at an angle of 45 °, and the outer frame plates 3 and the hitting plates 7 are directly connected. The inner surface plates 9 are connected to each other through a connecting piece 12.
[0012]
A fastening plate 13 is connected to the outer edge of one side frame member 1, and an insertion piece 14 is provided in the fastening plate 13, and an insertion hole 15 is provided in the opposite end frame member 2. It has been. Further, a temporary fixing piece 16 is provided on the outer edge of the inner surface plate 9 of these frame members 1 and 2, and a temporary fixing hole 17 is provided on the outer edge of the inner frame plate 5.
[0013]
The inner edge plate 6 of each side frame member 1 is provided with a fitting projection 18 by cutting the contact plate 7, and a fitting hole 19 is provided at the ridge portion of the outer frame plate 3 and the front edge plate 8. 8 and the inner plate 9 are provided with buffer holes 20 at the ridges.
[0014]
Cuts 21 are provided at two positions on the edge of the rib plate 11 of each side frame member 1, and cuts 22 are provided at the center of the pressure receiving plate 10 and the rib plate 11 of each end frame member 2. . Protrusions 23 are provided on both side edges of each end frame member 2, and kerfs 24 are provided in two places on the inner frame plate 5 of each side frame member 1.
[0015]
In order to assemble such a blank, first, as shown in FIG. 2, the trailing edge plate 4, the inner frame plate 5 and the inner edge plate 6 are wound from the outer frame plate 3, and the creeping plate 7 is overlapped on the outer frame plate 3. The frame members 1 and 2 are formed in a cylindrical shape.
[0016]
Next, as shown in FIG. 3, the front edge plate 8 and the inner surface plate 9 are overlapped with the inner edge plate 6 and the inner frame plate 5, respectively, and the temporary fixing pieces 16 are pushed into the temporary fixing holes 17. While maintaining this shape, the connecting piece 12 is folded in half, and the frame members 1 and 2 are sequentially bent inward. After that, as shown in FIG. 4, the fastening plate 13 is bent inward, and the insertion piece 14 is pushed into the insertion hole 15 to maintain the frame structure of the frame members 1 and 2.
[0017]
In this state, the pressure receiving plate 10 of the side frame member 1 is bent inward to bring the rib plates 11 into contact with each other, and the pressure receiving plate 10 of the end frame member 2 is bent inward while the rib plate 11 is warped. When the protrusions 23 are inserted into the kerfs 24, the cushioning material A is formed.
[0018]
When packing with the cushioning material A, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the end of the object to be packed G is inserted into the recess surrounded by the inner surface plate 9, and the package not shown in the figure Similarly, the opposite end of the object G is also inserted into a recess surrounded by the inner surface plate 9 of another cushioning material A, and the article to be packed G is stored in the outer box together with the cushioning material A.
[0019]
The cushioning material A used for the packaging as described above is easy to assemble because the frame members 1 and 2 have a single cylindrical structure. Since the rear surface of the pressure receiving plate 10 is supported by the rib plate 11 which is received by the end surface and combined vertically and horizontally, the buffering property is excellent.
[0020]
Moreover, the frame structure of each frame material 1 and 2 is maintained through the rib plate 11 and the pressure receiving plate 10 by inserting the protrusion 23 into the kerf 24, and the frame materials 1 and 2 are prevented from slipping during the impact action. As a result, it becomes a solid structure.
[0021]
In addition, by providing a notch at the leading edge of the rib plate 11, the flexibility of the pressure receiving plate 10 during the impact action can be adjusted as appropriate.
[0022]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the cushioning material made of cardboard according to the present invention is easy to assemble because the frame structure of each frame material is one, and the end face of the packed object is received on the entire surface of the pressure receiving plate. Since the back surface of the pressure receiving plate is supported by the rib plates combined vertically and horizontally, the cushioning property is excellent.
