この発明は、パネル状の製品を外箱内で緩衝保持する段ボール製緩衝材に関するものである。

例えば、パーソナルコンピュータのディスプレイ等に使用される液晶パネルの輸送に際しては、外箱内に段ボールから成る台状の底パッドと井桁状の仕切とを挿入し、この仕切の枠内に液晶パネルを収納して、外箱内における液晶パネルの移動を防止するように梱包する。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところが、上記のような梱包では、液晶パネルを固定して保持しないため、振動や衝撃からの保護が十分でないという問題がある。また、底パッドや仕切のセットに手間がかかるという問題もある。

そこで、この発明は、製品を確実に保持して緩衝でき、組み立ても簡単な段ボール製緩衝材を提供することを課題とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記のような課題を解決するため、この発明に係る緩衝材では、底板の両側に順次繋がる内面板を起立させ、上面板、外面板、下面板及び内重板を巻き込み、内重板を内面板に重ねて、底板を筒状の柱部材で浮上支持し、内面板から上面板へ至る切帯を窪ませて、内重板の長穴に嵌め込むことにより製品収納溝を形成したのである。

この緩衝材は、一枚の段ボールシートを順次折り曲げるだけで簡単に組み立てられ、製品収納溝に差し込んだ製品を宙吊り状態で固定できるので、緩衝性に優れたものとなる。

また、前記内重板から延出した筋交板を巻き込み、その先端を外面板と下面板の稜部に当接させると、柱部材が補強されて変形しにくいものとなる。

以下、この発明の実施の形態を添付図面に基づいて説明する。

図1に示す段ボールシートのブランクでは、底板1の両側縁に内面板2、上面板3、外面板4、下面板5、内重板6及び筋交板7が順次連設され、筋交板7の先端縁には差込片8が、外面板4と下面板5の稜部には差込穴9がそれぞれ設けられている。

内面板2及び上面板3には切帯10が、内重板6及び筋交板7には長穴11が各5対設けられ、長穴11の幅は、内重板6と筋交板7の境界部が広く、基端へ向けて狭くなり、切帯10の基部には底板1へ向けて突出量が大きくなる係合突起12が設けられている。
