Description
【発明の詳細な説明】 この発明は、燃え殻灰及び乾燥汚泥を粉砕機で微粉に
し、燃焼させる燃焼焼却設備に関するものである。従来
の燃焼焼却設備には、燃え殻灰及び乾燥汚泥を粉砕機で
微粉にし、燃焼させる方法及び設備はなかった。そのた
め燃え殻灰及び汚泥焼却灰は集塵機で集められ最終処分
場へ排出されていた。現在、最終処分場の埋立地は狭く
なり早急な対策が必要となってきた。本発明は、その欠
点を除く為になされたもので、これを図面について説明
すれば燃焼焼却設備（１）の投入口（４）から集塵機１
（２）の燃え殻灰または乾燥汚泥、他の集塵機で集めた
燃え殻灰（６）を、粉砕機（３）で微紛にして投入し再
燃焼させる。再燃焼で燃え残った焼却灰は、集塵機２
（５）で集められ最終処分場で埋め立てられる。本発明
は、このような構造であるから、燃え殻灰及び乾燥汚泥
を微紛化する事により、再燃焼が容易になり集塵機
（５）で集められる焼却灰は少なく、最終処分場で埋め
立てられる量は、現在の１０分の１程度になり、集塵機
と粉砕機を２重３重に設置すれば、さらなる減量が望め
