【請求項1】 ポリオレフィン微多孔膜の片面または両面に、下記一般式(1)で示されるスルフィド化合物、下記一般式(2)で示されるポリスルフィド化合物、下記一般式(3)で示されるスルホン化合物、硫黄含有環状化合物およびクラウンエーテル化合物からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種の化合物の薄膜が形成されてなることを特徴とする電池用セパレータ。
−S−R 一般式(1)
(式中、RおよびRは炭化水素残基を表し、同じでも異なっていてもよい。)
−Sx−R 一般式(2)
(式中、RおよびRは炭化水素残基を表し、同じでも異なっていてもよく、xは2〜5の整数を表す。)
−SO−R 一般式(3)
(式中、RおよびRは炭化水素残基を表し、同じでも異なっていてもよい。)
【請求項2】 上記スルフィド化合物が、メチルスルフィドおよび/またはエチルスルフィドであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池用セパレータ。
【請求項3】 上記ポリスルフィド化合物が、ジ(tert−ノニル)スルフィドおよび/またはジ(tert−ドデシル)スルフィドであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池用セパレータ。
【請求項4】 上記スルホン化合物が、ビニルスルホンであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池用セパレータ。
【請求項5】 上記硫黄含有環状化合物が、2−メチルチオフェン、1,3,5−トリチアン、エチレントリチオカーボネートおよび/またはビニレントリチオカーボネートであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池用セパレータ。
【請求項6】 上記クラウンエーテル化合物が、12−クラウン−4、15−クラウン−5および/または18−クラウン−6であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池用セパレータ。
【請求項7】 請求項1ないし6のいずれか1項に記載の電池用セパレータを用いることを特徴とする電池。
