[0010] Next, a description will be given of a means for once filling remaining rice in the charging hopper into the machine and then discharging the same. With reference to FIG. 2 described above, after putting brown rice into the charging hopper 1 and pressing a return button (not shown) provided on the operation panel 8, the outlet of the lifting / lowering device 2 for destoning and the destoning device 3 The brown rice that has been inserted by switching the switching valve 12 provided on the way is returned to the cabin A side so that the customer can take it home. However, even though the remaining rice remains in the input hopper 1, if left unattended and returned, if the next customer uses it, a warning is displayed and the driving is conventionally performed unless the return button is pressed. It was in the failure mode that did not accept. Therefore, after the previous rice-milling operation is completed and reset, when the signal of the grain detection sensor 14 provided in the charging hopper 1 is ON, that is, when there is a residual in the charging hopper 1, the conveying spiral 13 of the charging hopper 1, By driving the destoning elevating device 2 and the destoning device 3, the residue in the input hopper 1 is temporarily inserted into the machine and transported to the destoning device 3, and the residual rice discharging device 46 is removed from the destoning device 3. The residual discharge process is automatically performed via the control unit. For example, the forward / reverse rotation motor 45 shown in FIG. 3 is operated to discharge the brown rice to the machine room (since generally one does not want to bring home brown rice). As a result, the input hopper 1 can be always kept in an empty waiting state, so that the conventional problem can be solved and the next customer can use it without any problem.

As shown in FIG. 8, the rice polishing apparatus 6 has a polishing roll 36 inside a polishing chamber 35, and the rice bran separated from the rice bran removing screen 37 is recovered by the rice bran transport fan 29. Transported to the means. 30 is the polishing room 3
5 is a blower fan for blowing air. The adjustment of the whiteness is performed by the compression plate control device 28 based on the setting of the whiteness setting switch of the operation panel 8, and is performed by changing the elastic pressure of the whiteness adjustment spring 27 applied to the compression plate 26 on the outlet side. By the way, in the case of a coin milling machine having a crack detection means, as shown in FIG. 7 above, the grains (brown rice or paddy) stuck in the charging hopper 1 are converted into a device in the next step (a hulling device 18 in FIG. 7). In the configuration without the huller as shown in FIG. 2, the crushing device 3 is provided). In the case of having such a body crack detection means,
When the detection value of the body crack detection sensor 19 exceeds a predetermined value and it is determined that the body crack particles are equal to or more than a predetermined ratio, the pressure of the compression plate 26 for adjusting the whiteness is adjusted regardless of the whiteness set by the customer. It is controlled to lower the brightness and lower the whiteness. In the rice mill having the hulling device 18, the hulling rolls 18a, 18b
Is set and controlled such that the gap of the roll is wider than the roll gap in the normal operation. Such a setting change control of whiteness or the like is performed in preference to the setting of the whiteness set value of the operation panel 8, and the display of the degree of the body cracking grain is displayed and changed by the operation of the display operation switch by the customer. It is also possible to display the set whiteness with priority. This can minimize the occurrence of rice breakage due to cracks in the body and prevent clogging of the rice mill.

Further, in FIG. 7 described above, a conveyance amount detection sensor 21 for detecting whether or not a predetermined amount necessary for the operation of the rice milling device 6 has been conveyed to the milling unit at the start of rice polishing is provided in the brown rice tank 11, and A whiteness detection sensor 22 for detecting the whiteness of the rice is provided near the outlet of the rice polishing apparatus 6. In addition, a switching valve 23 is provided at the outlet of the rice polishing device 6 to enable switching between the white rice tank 7 side and the circulation path 25 side to the rice polishing device 5. With this configuration, the required amount of paper is transported when the transport amount detection sensor 21 is turned on at the start of rice polishing, but the switching valve 23 is turned off until the whiteness detection sensor 22 is turned off and the whiteness does not reach the predetermined value. Is switched to the circulation path 25 side, and the grains are circulated in the rice mill. During the circulation of the grains, the drive of the transport spiral 13 of the input hopper 1 is stopped, and when the whiteness detection sensor 22 is turned on, the circulation of the grains is switched to discharge by the switching valve 23, and the transport spiral 1 is also turned off.
3 is restarted. This can reduce the load on the lifting device during the circulation of the grains.
