Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for a shutter, which minimizes power capacity of a control panel, a disaster prevention panel, etc., and effectively performs a function as a fire shutter and a fundamental function of detecting obstacles. SOLUTION: The control device is comprised of a DC solenoid 16, an AC solenoid 17, a first changeover switch MS1, and a second changeover switch MS2. The DC solenoid 16 releases a shutter brake 7. The AC solenoid 17 recovers the DC solenoid 16 which has releases the shutter brake 7 to a braking state in response to an obstacle detecting signal from a base board switch 8. The first changeover switch MS1 is connected in series to an abnormality sensing signal line X extending to the DC solenoid 16, and it is turned off when the DC solenoid 16 releases the shutter brake 7, whereas it is turned on upon recovery of the shutter brake. The second changeover switch MS2 is connected in series to an AC power supply line Y extending to the AC solenoid 17, and it is turned on upon starting of a self weight drop of a shutter curtain 2a, whereas it is turned off when the self weight drop is stopped. Further, the control device is comprised of an emergency control section 13 by a control relay RY which connects a normally closed contact point RY1 to the first changeover switch MS1 in series, and connects a normally opened contact point RY2 to the second changeover switch MS2 in series.

Means for Solving the Problems In order to solve the problems, the technical means adopted by the present invention is a self-holding type DC solenoid which receives a DC power forming an abnormality detection signal and releases a shutter brake, and a shutter brake. DC released
The solenoid is connected in series to an AC solenoid that receives the obstacle detection signal from the seat switch and returns to the brake state, and is connected in series to the abnormality detection signal line to the DC solenoid, and turns off when the DC solenoid releases the shutter brake. And the first changeover switch which is turned on when the shutter brake returns, and the A switch to the AC solenoid
A second switch which is connected in series to the C power supply line, is turned on when the shutter curtain starts its own descent, and is turned off when the self descent is stopped, and has a normally closed contact as the first switch, An emergency control unit is formed by interlocking a control relay in which a normally open contact is serially connected to the changeover switch 2 with the seat plate switch. When the AC power is supplied, the self-weight drop of the shutter curtain based on the abnormality detection signal and an obstacle are caused. It is characterized in that an obstacle is detected based on an object detection signal, and when the AC power is not supplied, only the self-weight drop of the shutter curtain based on the abnormality detection signal is performed.

When the electric shutter 1 can be normally opened and closed by operating the switch box 10,
That is, when the electric shutter 1 is driven by the supply of AC power, the shutter curtain 2a is caused to drop its own weight based on the abnormality detection signal (24 VDC) sent out by the smoke detector 14 detecting the smoke. In the meantime, when the seat panel switch 8 detects an obstacle, the self-weight drop of the shutter curtain 2a is stopped by the obstacle detection based on the obstacle detection signal to be sent from now on.

The AC power supplied to the AC power supply line Y having the above configuration is used only for the obstacle detection operation, and is used when the DC solenoid 16 which is linked to the smoke detection of the smoke detector 14 releases the shutter brake (not shown). The point that the entrance and the entrance and the passage are closed by the self-weight drop of the shutter curtain to prevent the spread of fire by the fire is the same as the control configuration in the electric shutter 1, and therefore, the common use of the emergency control unit 13 as the hardware is electrically controlled. Since the shutter and the manual shutter are used, the manufacturing cost can be reduced, the control configuration can be simplified, and the unit can be easily formed.

In each embodiment, as the obstacle detecting means, the configuration in which the seat plate switch 8 is turned on and off is shown. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and other obstacle detecting means, for example, the shutter curtain 2a may be moved forward and backward. Various types of commonly known switches such as a photoelectric switch provided therebetween and a proximity switch for detecting that an obstacle has approached can be employed.

In short, the present invention provides a self-holding type DC solenoid that releases a shutter brake by receiving DC power forming an abnormality detection signal, and a DC solenoid that releases a shutter brake by using an obstacle from a seat plate switch. An AC solenoid that receives an object detection signal and returns to a brake state is connected in series to an abnormality detection signal line to the DC solenoid, and the DC solenoid turns off when the shutter brake is released, and returns when the shutter brake returns. A first changeover switch that is turned on, and a second changeover switch that is connected in series to the AC power supply line to the AC solenoid and that is turned on when the self-weight drop of the shutter curtain starts and turned off when the self-weight drop stops. A normally closed contact to the first changeover switch and a normally open contact to the second changeover switch. Are connected in series with a seat plate switch to form an emergency control unit. When the AC power is supplied, the self-weight drop of the shutter curtain based on the abnormality detection signal and the obstacle detection based on the obstacle detection signal are detected. And when the AC power is not supplied, only the self-weight drop of the shutter curtain based on the abnormality detection signal is performed, and the emergency control unit controls the opening and closing of the shutter curtain by the electric switch. Since the shutter and the manual shutter that opens and closes the shutter curtain without using an electric switch can be shared, a control unit that can be commonly used for both the electric shutter and the manual shutter is provided. With this configuration, the power capacity of the control panel or disaster prevention panel can be kept to a minimum while the The function and basic functions of obstacle detection may be effectively and efficiently function, in which exhibits extremely useful novel effects that.

1. A self-holding type DC solenoid that releases a shutter brake by receiving DC power forming an abnormality detection signal and a DC solenoid that releases the shutter brake by braking an obstacle detection signal from a seat plate switch. A first solenoid which is connected in series to an AC solenoid for returning to a state and an abnormality detection signal line to the DC solenoid, and which is turned off when the DC solenoid releases a shutter brake and turned on when the shutter brake returns.
And a second switch that is connected in series to the AC power supply line to the AC solenoid, is turned on when the shutter curtain starts its own weight descent, and is turned off when the self-weight descent is stopped. An emergency control unit is formed by linking a normally closed contact to a changeover switch and a normally open contact to a second changeover switch in series with a seat plate switch to form an emergency control unit. The shutter curtain self-weight drop based on the traffic signal and obstacle detection based on the obstacle detection signal, and A
