Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator device that uses major equipment of a hydraulic elevator to be renewed and remodels it into a traction elevator. SOLUTION: A counterweight 19 is disposed between a wall surface of a hoistway 1 and an outer surface of a car 2, and in a position that corresponds to the place from which a hydraulic lifting and lowering mechanism 10 for vertical drive of the car 2 has been removed and does not overlap with the car 2 in the horizontal plane of projection. Both ends of a main rope 25 are connected respectively to the car 2 and the counterweight 19, and a hoist 21 with a driving sheave 22 about which the main rope 25 is entrained is disposed in a position that corresponds to the place of removal of the hydraulic lifting and lowering mechanism 10 and does not overlap with the car 2 in the horizontal plane of projection. Major equipment, such as the car 2, of the hydraulic elevator to be renewed is diverted to remodel it into the traction elevator. This reduces the construction cost and shortens the construction period.

The interval W shown in FIG. 2 between the wall of the hoistway 1 and the outer surface of the car 2 is 40 cm to 60 cm. In addition, the frontage w dimension of the counterweight 19 shown in FIG. 2 is restricted due to the connection point between the car 2 and the main rope 25, and the depth d dimension of the counterweight 19 shown in FIG. It is set to the dimension used effectively.

Further, by using a synthetic resin rope as the main rope 25, the diameter of the drive sheave 22 can be reduced. As a result, the hoisting machine 21 can be downsized, and the repair work cost and the repair work period can be reduced. Further, a hanging wheel is provided on the counterweight 19 and the main rope 25 is stretched by 2: 1 roping. Thus, the output torque of the hoisting machine 21 can be small, and the hoisting machine 21 can be downsized, so that the repair work cost and the repair work period can be reduced.

With such a configuration, repair work to the tow-type elevator is performed by diverting essential equipment such as a car and a car guide rail of the hydraulic elevator to be updated.
Therefore, there is an effect of reducing the cost of the repair work, and an effect of shortening the repair work period and reducing the inconvenience for the user of the elevator. Further, a counterweight and a hoist are arranged without overlapping the cage and the car on the horizontal projection plane.
For this reason, installation work of a hoisting machine etc. can be performed in parallel with removal work of the equipment of the hydraulic elevator to be updated. The repair work period can be shortened by the installation work process in parallel with the removal work, which has the effect of reducing the inconvenience for elevator users.
