2. Description of the Related Art In recent years, barrier-free housing has been actively pursued to make it possible for elderly people to live safely, comfortably, and comfortably. Many slopes have been set up to allow elderly and wheelchair users to enter and leave their homes. In the above-mentioned slope, when the caregiver pushes a wheelchair to climb a hill, or when climbing by himself / herself, it is necessary to form the slope of the slope gently more than 1/12. It is said that it is preferable that the slope be about 1/20 in order to climb up a slope by self-running.

However, in the case of ordinary residential land development, drainage of rainwater, securing of the slope of the sewage drainage pipe with respect to the main pipe, effective design of a three-dimensional and deep exterior are required. In general, the ground height of the residential land should be 30 cm or more higher than the height of the road for reasons such as securing the grade (luxury feeling) of the residential land.
There are many places with such height differences. In the case where the above-mentioned wheelchair is provided with a slope capable of climbing a slope in such a residential area, 50 to 6 may be used.
Assuming an average residential land size of about 0 tsubo, there was a problem that the restriction of the residential land caused an unreasonable occurrence, and a slope having an irregular shape had to be provided.

[0004] For example, the house shown in FIG. 4 is provided on a residential land 01 exceeding 100 tsubo, which is a combination of two sections, at a position approximately 80 cm higher than a parking lot 03 provided at the same height as a road 02. This shows an example in which a wheelchair and a slope 05 for the elderly are provided up to the entrance porch 04. Here, when setting the slope of the slope 05 to 1/20,
Although a distance of 16 m or more is required, since it is impossible to provide the slope 05 in a straight line due to restrictions on the site, the slope 05 has a meandering and distorted shape as shown in the figure. If this slope 05 is used in a general residential area having a size of about 50 to 60 tsubo, the slope 05 occupies one-third of the residential area and has to sacrifice the living space. Appearance is also impaired.

The inventors of the present invention have studied on a method for achieving both the securing of the height of the residential ground level with respect to the road and the elimination of obstacles when entering and exiting a house.
By laying a promenade between residential lands and providing a gentle slope on the promenade, a method for solving the above-described problem in the entire city block was invented. Conventionally, by arranging promenades between individual residential lands in the block, ventilation, lighting and privacy in each building were secured, and as a back traffic line, safety and comfort of pedestrians in everyday life were secured, and Conventionally, there have been design methods aimed at increasing the number of evacuation directions in an emergency, but none of them has used the promenade as a means for eliminating a step that becomes an obstacle when entering or leaving a house.

The embodiment of the present invention has been described above. However, the specific configuration of the present invention is not limited to the present embodiment, and there are design changes and the like without departing from the gist of the invention. This is also included in the present invention. For example, in the present embodiment, the slope of the slope 21 of the promenade 2 is 1/15, but the slope of the slope 21 may be a gentle slope that allows a wheelchair to run on its own and climb up a slope. It is preferable that the width of the slope 21 is a width that allows the wheelchair to be separated. A handrail may be laid beside the slope. By providing a flat portion for a break in the middle of the slope 21, it is possible to perform a break or change the direction of a wheelchair, and further, it is possible to prevent the speed from being too high when the user goes on a road with a wheelchair.
