500型遠赤外線分光放射率計にて完全黒体の放射率
(100%)を基準に遠赤外線放射率を測定した結果を
図5の表に示す。酸化チタンを配合したアルミナ系セラ
ミックスは酸化ナトリウムを配合したアルミナ系セラミ
ックスよりも遠赤外線放射率が高く、酸化チタン配合の
ものはコーヒー豆、栗、ピーナッツ等の焙煎に適し、酸
化ナトリウム配合のものは、より低温焙煎が好ましい焙
じ茶、ハーブ茶等の焙煎に適することも判明した。

機にて13〜15分焙煎すると低温にて遠赤外線により

係る焙煎機は対象材料に限定されることなく家庭的に簡
単に焙煎できるものである。
