As described above, according to the first aspect of the present invention, a ventilation path forming member for forming a ventilation path is disposed at a position above the exterior material, and one end of the ventilation path is provided. Is opened in the ventilation gap of the outer wall panel, and the upper surface of the outer wall panel main body, the upper opening of the ventilation gap and the upper surface of the exterior material are continuously covered with the waterproof sheet, and the ventilation path constituting member disposed above the exterior material together is partially provided. Is covered with the waterproof sheet on the ventilation path constituent member, and is attached by covering the upper end portion of the outer wall panel covered with the waterproof sheet as described above, and at the same time, between the one end portion of the cover tree and the upper end portion of the outer surface of the exterior material. To form an outer gap,
Since the other end of the ventilation path of the ventilation path constituent member communicates with the outer gap, not only can the upper end of the outer wall panel be waterproofed by the waterproof sheet, but also the upper end of the outer wall panel can be said to be covered by the waterproof sheet. However, it is possible to ventilate the ventilation gap of the outer wall panel and the outside through the ventilation path provided in the ventilation path constituent member. As a result, rainwater does not infiltrate into the outer wall panel from the mounting portion of the coping. The inside of the panel can be ventilated to prevent the occurrence of dew condensation inside.

1. An outer wall panel having an air gap between an outer wall panel main body and an outer wall member by attaching an outer wall member to an outer surface portion of the outer wall panel main body via a spacing member, and having a ventilation gap above the outer wall member. A ventilation path constituent member for forming a path is provided, one end of the ventilation path is communicated with the ventilation gap of the outer wall panel, and the upper surface of the outer wall panel body, the upper opening of the ventilation gap, and the upper surface of the exterior material are sealed with a waterproof sheet. In a portion of the ventilation path component member that is continuously covered and arranged above the exterior material, the ventilation path component member is covered with the waterproof sheet, and a cap is provided at the upper end of the outer wall panel covered with the waterproof sheet as described above. It is characterized in that an outer gap is formed between one end of the coping and the upper end of the outer surface of the exterior material, and the other end of the ventilation path of the ventilation path component is connected to the outer clearance. Kasagi to the exterior wall panel Ventilation structure at the attachment.
