移動が可能とする搬送機構を有し、(3)培養装置本体
内の特定個所に攪拌室を設け、培養室を当該攪拌室に搬
入し、種菌の接種、水分補給、副原料追加、生成物の搬
出などの操作を行なうことができ、(4)当該攪拌室を
上下反転させる機構を有することを特徴とする無菌固体
培養装置。
