Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems with a conventional automatic hole-making bag for a microwave oven that the bag is time-consuming for a customer and a method of use is possibly mistaken, and the seal strength is weak and the bag can be broken when the bag is made of an easy-open film though the bag is formed in a method for sealing preliminarily opened vent holes by a tape and peeling the tape when the bag is heated in the microwave oven, a method for devising the seal shape by using the easy-open film or a method for forming a portion of weak seal strength, etc. SOLUTION: In a gusset type bag product using a heat-seal type OP easy to peel the seal on a surface layer of a plastic laminate film, small holes for vent are made in a folding part of the gusset, both ends of the gusset are sealed to constitute a gusset shape with sealed small holes. When the bag in a sealed condition is placed in the microwave oven, breakage of the bag can be prevented even when the steam pressure is generated in the bag.

Means for Solving the Problems In order to achieve the above object, the present invention is as follows. That is,
The invention according to claim 1 is a gusset-shaped bag-making product using a heat-sealing type OP which is easily peeled off from the surface of a plastic laminated film, wherein the gusset has a small hole for ventilation at a folded portion thereof. Both ends are sealed to form a gusset with sealed small holes, and the pressure and pressure of the steam generated in the bag is applied from the inside of the bag by the above film structure and form, and the steam pressure acts stronger than the sealing strength between the surface layers. At this point, the seal is peeled off, and the steam is allowed to escape from the previously opened ventilation holes. It is characterized in that it is configured to prevent a bag.

The operation is as follows. 1. If the contents are placed in a bag and placed in a microwave oven in a sealed state, moisture from the contents and moisture contained in the air in the bag evaporate and the volume in the bag expands. 2. When the bag expands, water vapor pressure is applied from inside the bag, and the bag tries to escape to the outside. 3. Due to the pressure, the outer sealing portion in the gusset portion is peeled off, and the small holes for ventilation are exposed to release the water vapor.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Embodiments of the present invention will be described below based on embodiments with reference to the drawings. Reference numeral 1 denotes an automatic opening bag for a microwave oven according to the present invention. A sealant material 1A3 is laminated on the lower surface of the base material 1A1 via an adhesive 1A2, and the heat seal OP is formed on the upper surface of the base material 1A1 via an adhesive 1A4.
A gusset portion 1D is formed in the bag cylinder 1C obtained by applying the back paste seal 1B in a state where the sealant materials are heat-sealed with the raw material film 1A on which 1A5 is laminated, A small hole 1E for ventilation is opened in the folded portion 1D1 of the gusset portion 1D, and an outer heat seal 1F is applied to an outer portion 1D2 on the inner surface of the gusset portion 1D to seal the small hole 1E for ventilation, and to form a bag. A bottom seal 1G is provided on the cylindrical portion 1C. In addition, 1H is a head seal applied after storing the contents.

Since the present invention is configured as described above, the following effects can be obtained. 1. The cooked product for a microwave oven can be heated in a microwave oven with the bag unopened. 2. Even if the bag is heated in an unopened state, the bag does not break, so that no unpleasant explosive sound is generated. That is, when the bag is inflated during heating in the microwave oven, the seal on the bag surface is peeled off in the direction of the vapor pressure applied to the gusset, and the small holes for ventilation are exposed and deaerated. 3. When heating a cooked product for a microwave oven in an unopened bag with a microwave oven, steam is released from the inside of the bag while expanding for a certain period of time, which has a steaming effect. 4. By making it a gusset, you can adjust the height of the small holes for ventilation by changing the dimensions of the gusset part,
Even a certain amount of liquid can be heated. That is, when the contents are liquid, liquid leakage occurs at the time of opening the flat bag, but since the gusset bag is configured to have a height, the liquid leakage can be reliably prevented. 5. Can withstand vacuum packaging and frozen packaging. 6. In addition, it has effects such as being inexpensive to manufacture and economical.
