2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, polyacrylonitrile-based fibers have been used for pile yarns of napkin products such as stuffed toys and blankets, and soft texture is generally widely accepted. In addition, as the taste of the texture is softened, the fineness of the single yarn of the pile yarn is reduced to a fine decitex. However, when the fineness of the single yarn is reduced to fine decitex, the bending rigidity is reduced. Therefore, when the napping fabric is left in a roll wound with a piece of cloth, or in a stuffed product, there is a problem that hair falls, poor pile recovery, and lack of volume. Has occurred. In addition, with the growing desire for cleanliness, there is a growing demand for washing stuffed products at home. However, after washing with water, piles may fall off, or piles may become entangled or converged. Has occurred.

In the present invention, the phrase that the pile yarn is composed of polytrimethylene terephthalate fiber means that the pile yarn is composed of polytrimethylene terephthalate fiber and another fiber in addition to the case where only the polytrimethylene terephthalate fiber is used for the pile yarn. Including the case. The ratio of the polytrimethylene terephthalate fiber to the entire pile yarn is 30 to
It is preferably 100% by weight, more preferably 50 to 100% by weight. If the proportion of the polytrimethylene terephthalate fiber is less than 30%, satisfactory pile recovery and voluminous feel cannot be obtained. In addition, by using polytrimethylene terephthalate fiber for the pile yarn, the fabric is extremely flexible as a bore fabric, and because it is flexible, it can easily conform to a three-dimensional shape and has an advantage that a stuffed toy of a complicated shape can be easily made. .

In the present invention, the polytrimethylene terephthalate fiber is spun at a take-up speed of about 1500 m / min to obtain an undrawn yarn, and then stretched at a rate of about 2 to 3.5 times. Any of a direct drawing method in which a spinning-drawing step is directly connected and a high-speed spinning method (spin draw or spin take-up method) with a winding speed of 5000 m / min or more may be adopted. The fineness of single yarn is preferably 0.1 to 6 dtex. The form of the polytrimethylene terephthalate fiber is not particularly limited, and it may be a staple or a filament. However, a filament which causes less falling off of the pile yarn during washing with water and has little change in properties is preferable. The filament may be a raw yarn or a textured yarn subjected to bulky processing such as false twisting, but a bulky textured yarn is preferred from the viewpoint of improving the volume.

In the present invention, the straightness of the tip of the pile yarn is preferably 70 to 100%, particularly preferably 75 to 100%. If the straightness of the pile yarn tip is less than 70%, the hair elongation is insufficient, and it is difficult to obtain a soft texture. The linearity of the pile yarn tip is measured as follows. That is, the side surface of the pile is imaged with a scanning electron microscope, and the image is analyzed with image analysis software (for example, “IP-1000” manufactured by Asahi Kasei Corporation).
PC ”). From the tip of the straight line drawn perpendicular to the ground texture from the tip of the pile yarn, a straight line parallel to the ground texture passing through a point of 20% length is determined, and the point at which the straight line intersects with the pile texture is determined. The linear length L1 between the crossing point and the two points at the tip of the pile yarn and the length L2 along the pile yarn are measured, and L1 / L2
X100 is used to calculate the linearity of the pile yarn tip.
Twenty single yarns constituting the pile are arbitrarily selected, and the linearity of each single yarn is averaged to obtain the linearity of the tip of the pile yarn. In the present invention, the pile yarn tip angle is 70 to 90.
Degrees, particularly preferably 75 to 85 degrees. If the pile yarn tip angle is less than 70 degrees, it is difficult to obtain a plump appearance and the appearance is inferior in volume. The pile yarn tip angle is the angle between a straight line parallel to the ground structure obtained by the above-described measurement of the linearity and a straight line connecting the pile tip and an intersecting point.

A method for setting the straightness and angle of the pile tip to predetermined values is to trim the pile yarn by brushing with needle cloth or animal hair, determine the pile angle, and then use a heat brush or a heat polisher. Fix the pile angle and stretch the hair. In the present invention, in this brushing step,
Due to the mechanical properties of the pile yarn, the hair is very well trimmed, there is almost no entanglement of the single yarn forming the pile yarn, and the pile is excellent in uprightness. Furthermore, from the mechanical properties of the pile yarn during heating,
Extremely good hair elongation due to thermal polisher, etc., and excellent linearity at the part in contact with the polisher. Also,
Once the pile angle and straightness are fixed, the pile yarn's mechanical properties, especially its excellent elongation recovery and compression recovery, and little change in wet properties, act synergistically to make the pile recoverable and voluminous. Is maintained over a long period of time, and it is estimated that the properties are maintained even after washing with water. The ground yarn constituting the ground structure may be any fiber such as cotton, cupra, rayon, purified cellulose fiber, polyester, polyamide, and synthetic fiber such as polytrimethylene terephthalate fiber, if the object of the present invention is achieved. The form may be a filament or staple, a raw yarn,
Any form such as a mixed fiber, a mixed spun yarn, and a false twist yarn may be used.

Comparative Example 1 0.9 dtex shrinkable acrylic fiber 40
A spun yarn consisting of 60% by weight of non-shrinkable acrylic fiber of 1.1% dtex and 1.1 dtex was used for the pile yarn, woven and backed in the same manner as in Example 1, and then dyed, split, polished, sheared, and raised. A fabric was obtained. The straightness and angle of the pile yarn tip of the obtained napping fabric are 8 and 8 respectively.
0%, 80 degrees. The napped fabric obtained in Example 1 had good pile recovery and a good voluminous feel. Since the fabric is flexible, when placed on a sphere, the distance between the end of the fabric and the sphere is small, the formation of the node is good and the silhouette is beautiful, and the evaluation is that the shape along the sphere is good. In addition, the appearance, pile recovery, and voluminousness after washing with water were almost the same as before washing, and were favorable. On the other hand, in Comparative Example 1, the pile recovery was poor, and the voluminous feel was inferior to that of Example 1. When placed on a sphere, the distance between the edge of the fabric and the sphere was large, and along the sphere was not sufficient. After washing with water, a portion where the ends of the pile yarn were entangled and converged was scattered, and the quality was extremely poor.
