Abstract

(57)【要約】 【課題】歯科治療時に、患者が口を開けていることに疲
労や苦痛を感じないようにし、口の内外に傷等つかない
よう危険を回避し、安全で安心感が得られ、医師も治療
が容易にできるようにすること。 【解決手段】口を継続して開くための弾性部材に、横唇
に傷をつけないよう横唇保護具と治療を容易に行うため
に口内を広げる部品を取り付ける。

【発明の詳細な説明】

【発明の属する技術分野】本発明は、半円の弾性部材に
口内及び唇を保護する部品を備え、口を開けているとい
う動作を補助し、歯科治療時の危険を回避し、又治療を
容易にするための歯科治療補助器具に関する。

【従来の技術】歯科治療時において、口を開けるという
動作は、常に患者の意志によるものであり、又治療時の
危険回避等は、医師の注意力に任せる以外に方法はな
い。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】歯科治療時に於いて、
長時間口を開けている事は苦痛であり、小さい子供等は
治療中に突然口を閉じたりする危険があり、また口の内
外に治療器具による傷が付けられる危険もある。

【課題を解決するための手段】上記の問題点を解決する
ために、本発明は歯科治療時に於いて、患者が苦痛なく
継続して口を開けている事を弾性部材によって容易にす
るものであり又、治療器具で口内外に傷をつけないよう
唇保護具や口内空間を広くするための、部材を取り付け
ることにより歯科治療を安全かつ容易にすることができ
る。

【発明の実施の形態】本発明は、半円の弾性部材で、継
続して口を開けていることの動作の補助と曲がりの部分
に、横唇を保護する部材と口内空間を広くして治療を容
易にする為の部材を取り付けたものである。

【実施例】半円の、継続して口を開かせる力をもつ弾性
部材の両先端部に、ゴム又は樹脂等軟性の上歯保持具と
下歯保持具を取り付ける。弾性部材の曲がりの部分（中
央）には、横唇を保護する為のゴム又は樹脂等軟性の部
材と口内空間を広くするため頬の内側へ挿入して頬を膨
らませる部材を取り付ける。

【発明の効果】本発明は、以上説明したような形態で実
施され、以下に記載されるような効果を奏する。
【０００８】長時間、口を開けていても苦痛を感じない
ので、口を開けていなければいけないという義務感から
解放される。
【０００９】小さい子供などの場合は治療中急に口を閉
じたり、治療器具を噛んだり、というような危険の防止
ができる。
【００１０】治療中、治療器具等により唇や口内に傷を
つけられにくくなる。
【００１１】頬の内側を広げる作用で、口内に広い空間
を確保できるので医師は治療が容易に行えるようにな
る。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】 だ円状で半円の継続して口を開かせる力
    を持つ弾性部材（１）の両先端にゴム又は樹脂等軟性
    の、上歯保持具（２）及び下歯保持具（３）を上下の歯
    で固定し口をあけているための器具
  2. 【請求項２】 弾性部材の曲がりの部分にゴム又は樹脂
    等軟性の横唇保護具（４）を付けて唇のサイドを治療時
    に傷つけないよう保護する器具
  3. 【請求項３】 弾性部材の曲がりの部分にステンレス及
    びプラスチック等のＵ字状又は板状で頬の内側を傷つけ
    ない素材の口内挿入具（５）を口の中（頬の内側）へ挿
    入し頬を膨らませ口内空間を広くして治療を容易にする
    器具
