間にあるブランク材55に前記第1当て板51を添えて
接合する。これを当て板取付け工程という。そして、上
ブランク型40を下ブランク型20から離し、当て板付
きブランク材を払い出す。これを払い出し工程という。
以上の準備工程→ブランキング工程→当て板取付け工程
→払い出し工程→準備工程・・・の順で工程を繰り返すこ
とにより、効率良く当て板付きブランク材55Aを製造
することができる。

ブランク型から離し、当て板付きブランク材を払い出す
払い出し工程と、からなる車体パネル用ブランク材の製
造方法。
