Background
The stamping process is a forming process method for obtaining a workpiece with a required shape and size by applying external force to plates, bars and the like by using a press and a corresponding die to enable the plates, the bars and the like to be subjected to plastic deformation or separation.
Unfortunately, flash is often generated during the stamping process, which is a relatively common adverse phenomenon. Flash, also known as burr, is typically present at the mold clamping location, and is typically caused by insufficient mold clamping force, poor flatness at the male and female mold clamping locations, and the like. At present, flash generated during stamping of a stamping part can be eliminated through a secondary working procedure, and the die cost and the time cost are increased.
Insufficient filling of material into the mold cavity is another common problem, often due to insufficient tonnage of the stamping equipment, poor material flow, and more complex product structural features. Particularly for some products having corner features, the material is difficult to fill in place at the corners.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a molding device capable of eliminating flash and molding defects, and also aims to provide a molding method of the molding device.

In this embodiment, by increasing the size of the stamping die cavity 101, the cavity does not need to be completely filled during stamping, and the cavity does not need to be provided with too many complex structures, and the trimming device 3 consistent with the appearance of the component shapes and trims to complete the forming of the component, so that the requirements on the precision and the clamping force of the stamping die 1 are obviously reduced without reducing the precision of the formed product, and the flash is not required to be eliminated by a secondary process.
