Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.先端部および基端部を有する細長い可撓性管状鞘、 前記鞘の内部の先端部材であって前記鞘先端部近くの収縮位置と前記先端部材 が前記鞘先端部から突出する伸張位置との間で前記鞘先端部に対して軸方向に往 復運動自在の先端部材、 先端部および基端部を有する細長い端部材相互コネクタ、前記相互コネクタ先 端部は前記先端部材へ連結され、かつ前記相互コネクタ基端部は前記鞘先端部に 対する前記端部材の軸方向往復のために位置アクチュエータへ連結されている、 前記鞘先端部に対する前記端部材の軸方向収縮の範囲を制限するために前記端 部材相互コネクタと共働するための前記鞘に沿った一点に設けられた先端位置コ ントローラ、および 前記鞘の内部であって前記端部材相互コネクタの外部の流れ通路、前記流れ通 路は前記先端位置コントローラを経て軸方向へ延在する、から成るカテーテル組 立体。 2.前記先端位置コントローラは前記鞘に沿って相対的に先端位置に設けられ ている、請求項1のカテーテル組立体。 3.前記先端位置コントローラは前記鞘における少なくとも1つの窪みから成 り、前記少なくとも1つの窪みは前記端部材相互コネクタに沿って少なくとも一 点で前記相互コネクタの外径よりも小さい内径を有する、請求項2のカテーテル 組立体。 4.前記端部材相互コネクタの先端部はコネクタから成り、前記コネクタは前 記少なくとも1つの窪みの内径よりも大きい外径を有しかつ前記先端部材へ前記 相互コネクタを連結している、請求項3のカテーテル組立体。 5.前記少なくとも1つの窪みは各々が流れ通路により隣接する 窪みから周辺方向において分離された複数の窪みから成る、請求項3のカテーテ ル組立体。 6.前記鞘はポリテトラフルオロエチレン鞘から成る、請求項3のカテーテル 組立体。 7.前記端部材相互コネクタは可撓性管状内鞘から成る、請求項1のカテーテ ル組立体。 8.前記先端部材は前記内鞘へ連結された針カニューレから成る、請求項7の カテーテル組立体。 9.前記針カニューレを前記内鞘へ連結するコネクタを更に含む、請求項8の カテーテル組立体。 10.先端部および基端部を有する細長い可撓性管状鞘、 先端チップを有する前記鞘の内部の針カニューレ、前記針カニューレチップは 前記鞘が前記針チップを被覆する前記鞘先端部近くの収縮位置と前記針チップが 前記鞘先端部から突出する伸張位置との間で前記鞘先端部に対して軸方向に往復 運動自在である、 先端部および基端部を有しかつ前記鞘に対して内部にある細長い可撓性管、前 記管の先端部は針コネクタにより前記針カニューレへ連結され、かつ前記管の基 端部は前記鞘先端部に対して前記針チップを軸方向へ往復運動させるために位置 アクチュエータへ連結されている、および 前記鞘先端部に対する前記針チップの軸方向収縮の範囲を制限するために前記 針コネクタと共働するための前記鞘に沿った一点に設けられた先端位置コントロ ーラ、から成る注射カテーテル組立体。 11.前記管状鞘および前記管は各々対応する先端部と基端部との間に連続流 体移送通路を有する、請求項10の注射カテーテル組立体。 12.前記先端位置コントローラは前記鞘に沿って相対的に先端 位置に設けられている、請求項10の注射カテーテル組立体。 13.前記先端位置コントローラは完全に収縮した針位置に対応する、請求項 12の注射カテーテル組立体。 14.前記先端位置コントローラは前記管状鞘における少なくとも1つの窪み から成り、前記少なくとも1つの窪みは前記針コネクタの外径よりも小さい内径 を有する、請求項11の注射カテーテル組立体。 15.前記少なくとも1つの窪みは各々が流れ通路により隣接する窪みから周 辺方向において分離された複数の窪みから成る、請求項14の注射カテーテル組 立体。 16.先端部および基端部を有する胴体、 先端チップを有する針カニューレ、前記針カニューレの先端チップは前記胴体 の内部に設けられ、かつ前記胴体が前記針先端チップを被覆する前記胴体先端チ ップ近位の収縮位置と前記針先端チップが前記胴体先端部から突出する伸張位置 との間で前記胴体先端部に対して軸方向に往復運動自在である、 前記胴体の内部にあって先端部および基端部を有する針プランジャロッド、前 記ロッド先端部は前記針カニューレへ連結され、かつ前記ロッド基端部は前記胴 体先端部に対して前記針チップを軸方向へ往復運動させるために位置アクチュエ ータへ連結されている、および 前記胴体先端部に対する前記針チップの軸方向収縮の範囲を制限するために前 記プランジャロッドと共働するための前記胴体に沿って一点に設けられた先端位 置コントローラ、前記コントローラの場所は完全に収縮した針チップ位置に対応 する、から成る注射器。 17.前記針へ前記プランジャロッドを連結する針コネクタを更に含み、前記 先端位置コントローラは前記針コネクタの前記少なく とも1つの窪みへの収縮が前記針カニューレチップが完全に前記胴体へ収縮して いることを指示する点に設けられた少なくとも1つの窪みから成る、請求項16 の注射器。
