基本的に2種類のDN、位置および内線を含むものがある。内線DNは電話機に
より直接アクセスすることができ、送出通話を始めることができる。位置DNは
1つ以上のキューと関係している。位置DNはこれらのキューを通してのみアク
セスすることができ、送出通話を始めることができない。

ペースと関係するアイテム(例えば、おそらく異なるスイッチやワークステーシ

することができる、あるいは確立を申し出ることができることを決定することが

により見出すことができる。このような機能性はコールセンターのみならず、任
意の種類のマルチメディアマルチネットワークタイプの通信環境において使用す
ることができることは明らかである。

いる2つのスイッチオブジェクト212および213を示している。スイッチオ
ブジェクト212は以下のリソースを含んでいる:CDNオブジェクト214お

て、すべてのエージェントDNが使用されておらず、通話を待っている。この優
先順位の構成は“WaitForNextCall”を最低の優先順位を持つアクションとして エージェントSPTに入れることにより達成される。しかしながら、特別な通話
あるいは緊急な通話がある場合には、ルーティングサーバ142は、“WaitForN
extCall”ステータスを持つエージェントに関係する少なくとも1つのエージェ ントDNがあれば、エージェントのステータスを“WaitForNextCall”であると 考えたいかもしれない。これは、使用されていない少なくとも1台の電話機にエ
ージェントがアクセスを持つケースに対応する。この優先順位設定は“WaitForN
extCall”を最高の優先順位としてエージェントSPTに入れることにより達成 される。

リケーションに対して、第1の優先順位ランキングとエンティティのアクティブ
状態に基づいて、エンティティの第1のステータスを報告し、 第1のステータスに基づいて、ベストモードの通信が確立され、前記モードは
第1のランキング中にあるような選択されたモードとは異なっていてもよい方法
