Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 送信機と受信機との間の容量性結合と、ドイツ国特許出願第197189 16.4号の電気伝導性安全材料による送信機と受信機との間の伝送エネルギと を使用して、ドキュメントをテストする手順の使用であって、 ドキュメントの真贋をテストするために、電気伝導性インクのビーム形状、格 子状、湾曲または円形構造による情報の特定の電子符号を有する少なくとも1つ の安全要素の電気伝導率が、基準信号画像比較によって測定されて評価され、テ スト可能な電気伝導性構体造の最小線幅は5mm以下であることを特徴とする手 順の使用。 2. ドキュメントの真贋をテストするために、 隣接する非金属構造に対して鋭い端部を有するビーム形状、格子状、湾曲また は円形金属構造による情報の特定の電子符号を有するとともに、テスト可能な金 属構造体の最小線幅は5mm以下である少なくとも1つの回折光学的有効安全要 素を有し、 電気伝導率は、基準信号画像比較によって測定されて評価されることを徳地用 とする請求の範囲第1項記載の手順の使用。 3. ドキュメントの真贋をテストするために、 レベルが異なる金属化層の領域、不連続金属化層、部分的金属化層の少なくと も1つを有する回折光学的有効安全 層を有し、 電気伝導率は、基準信号画像比較によって測定されて評価されることを特徴と する請求の範囲第1項記載の手順の使用。 4. 上面図において、電気伝導性インクの構造体は、模様の形をなし、前記模 様の電気伝導率は、基準信号画像比較によって測定されて評価されることを特徴 とする先行する請求の範囲の少なくとも1つに記載の手順の使用。 5. 電気伝導性インクのストリップ状構造体は、互いに平行に且つ分離されて 配置され、上面図において、ストリップ状領域はドキュメント搬送方向と平行に または垂直に存在し、前記ストリップ状領域の電気伝導率は、基準信号画像比較 によって測定されて評価されることを特徴とする請求の範囲の先行する項の少な くとも1つに記載の手順の使用。 6. 安全要素を有する異なる電気伝導性インクは、基準信号画像比較によって 測定されて評価される異なる電気伝導率を有することを特徴とする請求の範囲の 先行する項の少なくとも1つに記載の手順の使用。 7. 安全機構内の少なくとも2つの構造体は、インクの厚みが異なり、前記構 造体の電気伝導率は、基準信号画像比較によって測定されて評価されることを特 徴とする請求の範囲の先行する項の少なくとも1つに記載の手順の使用。 8. 一定の電気伝導率を有する電気伝導構造体の幅は、 少なくとも2つの電極の幅に相当し、前記電極の電気伝導率は、基準信号画像比 較によって測定されて評価されることを特徴とする請求の範囲の先行する項の少 なくとも1つに記載の手順の使用。 9. 電気伝導率が同一または異なるとともに距離が0.1mmである2つの構 造体の電気伝導率は、基準信号画像比較によって測定されて評価されることを特 徴とする請求の範囲の先行する項の少なくとも1つに記載の手順の使用。 10. レベルが異なる電気伝導性インク層からなる構造体の電気伝導率は、基 準信号画像比較によって測定されて評価されることを特徴とする請求の範囲の先 行する項の少なくとも1つに記載の手順の使用。 11. 電気伝導性インクからなる構造体内に配置された導電性インクからなる 構造体の電気伝導率は、基準信号画像比較によって測定されて評価されることを 特徴とする請求の範囲の先行する項の少なくとも1つに記載の手順の使用。 12. 電気伝導率が異なる少なくとも2つの構造体の電気伝導率は、基準信号 画像比較によって別々に測定されて評価されることを特徴とする請求の範囲の先 行する項の少なくとも1つに記載の手順の使用。 13. 送信機と受信機との間の容量性結合と、ドイツ国特許出願第19718 916.4号の電気伝導性安全材料による送信機と受信機との間の伝送エネルギ とを使用して、 ドキュメントをテストする手順の使用であって、 電気伝導構造体は、テストされるべきドキュメントに対する寸法、形状、数字 、色調、間隙、導電率についてテストされ、 少なくとも1つの電気伝導率構造体は、Aグループの人によって手動装置とし て設計されたスキャナ(33)によってテストされ、 少なくとも2つの電気伝導性構造体は、小さい所定グループの人Bによって特 別のソフトウェアが備えられ且つ高速処理装置にインストールされたスキャナ( 34)によってテストされ、 少なくとも3つの電気伝導性構造体は、非常に小さな所定グループの人Cによ って特別仕様のソフトウェアが備えられ且つ高速処理装置にインストールされた スキャナ(35)によってテストされ、 電気伝導性構造体は、グループAによって視覚的に認知される符号、グループ Bによるソフトウェアによる復号を介して視覚的に認知される符号、主にグルー プA,Bでは受け入れられないソフトウェアによる復号によるグループCによる 符号を表すことを特徴とする手順の使用。
