Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 複数の孔を備えたケーシングブロックであって、ケーシングブロックの内部 に少なくとも1つの液圧通路が設けられており、液圧通路が、ケーシングブロッ ク面を起点として延びる1つの孔の内部を延びていて、該孔のケーシングブロッ ク面の領域に密な閉鎖部が設けられている形式のものにおいて、ケーシングブロ ックが延性の材料から成っており、前記ケーシングブロック面を起点としてケー シングブロックの材料の一部が、孔(4)に沿ってかつ該孔(4)の長手方向軸 線(8)に対して半径方向内側に向かって、しかも孔(4)の横断面を覆ってシ ールするように流れ変形されていることを特徴とするケーシングブロック。 2. 請求項1記載のケーシングブロックを製造する方法であって、ケーシングブ ロック(2)の延性材料の流れ成形を、半径方向において孔(4)の直径を越え て延在する面をすりこぎ運動もしくは揺動時に転動する端面(6)をケーシング ブロック(2)側に備えた揺動工具(5)を用いて実施することを特徴とする、 ケーシングブロックを製造する方法。
